Abstract
The invention discloses a composition with the effects of moisturizing and relieving skin, which comprises the following components: the composition can be applied to cosmetics, can quickly relieve red, itching and pain discomfort symptoms of sensitive muscles, consolidate skin barriers, immediately replenish and lock water for the skins, and has remarkable moisturizing and relieving effects.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition with effects of moisturizing and soothing skin and application thereof.
Background
More and more people have been afflicted with sensitive muscles in recent years. Sensitive muscles are a metastable skin that exhibits an intolerant skin condition in response to environmental changes and the use of care products. Sensitive skin is easy to cause the problems of skin itch, red swelling and the like when being stimulated by external ultraviolet rays, pollen, cold air, fragrance and the like. The sensitive skin has a thin gelatinous layer, red blood streak may appear seriously, and desquamation is easy to appear. For people with obvious facial blood vessels, the cheeks are easily engorged with blood and red and swollen. Sensitive skin, because of its thin stratum corneum, has a poor water-locking capacity, and may also exhibit a tendency to dry and tight skin that is not seasonal, and that is always dry and crispy regardless of the season, and may also exhibit a tingling sensation after application of moisturizing skin care products.
The etiology of the sensitive skin is complex, and the sensitive skin mainly comprises the combined action of various factors such as endogenous susceptibility factors and exogenous stimulus factors, such as climate change, air pollution and the complexity of the types and components of cosmetics, which can increase the possibility of the sensitive skin appearing and receiving the stimulus. The mechanism of development of sensitive muscle is not well defined and may be associated with impaired skin barrier function, increased nerve conduction function and enhanced immune reactivity. After the barrier function of the skin is damaged, the insufficiently protected nerve endings are stimulated by the outside, and the transient potential receptor vanilloid subfamily member 1(TRPV1) distributed in the nociceptive sensory nerve endings, keratinocytes and mast cells is activated, so that the nerve conduction function is enhanced, itching, pain and burning sensation appear, and the keratinocytes and the mast cells are promoted to release inflammatory factors and chemokines, so that local vasodilatation and local inflammatory response are caused.
Proper use of care products is highly desirable for people with sensitive muscles. Developers in the cosmetics industry have become aware of this phenomenon and have placed increasingly important products on sensitive skin to develop active anti-sensitivity ingredients for various reasons and manifestations of sensitive skin. At present, a plurality of brands of products developed aiming at sensitive skin are sold in the market, some plant extracts with anti-sensitivity and anti-inflammation functions are added for nursing the sensitive skin so as to reduce the irritation of the products to the skin, but the plant extracts can not show the effect of the plant, the effective components of the plant raw materials are often complex, the expected effect can not be achieved after all the plant extracts are added, and even the situation that the effects are mutually inhibited can be caused, so that the effect of repairing the sensitive skin is not good.

The patch was removed 24h later and the skin reaction was observed at 0.5h, 24h, 48h after patch removal. The results show that the compositions of examples 1-11 and comparative examples 1-4 both show negative reactions. The test sample is deemed not to cause adverse reactions to the skin of the subject batch as specified in the technical specifications for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), and the composition of the present application has better safety in use.
Second, efficacy test
Test A: test for moisture retention
1. Skin moisture test
(1) Test samples: the test samples prepared by adding the compositions of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 4 to a general mask base, wherein the composition having the moisturizing and skin soothing effects accounts for 2% of the total mass of the mask, and the general mask base was used as a control group.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: sensitive muscle subjects were screened by lactate sting for 60, and each group of samples for 5. After cleaning the face of the volunteer, a proper amount of the product is applied to the left half face and is evenly spread for 15 minutes, and then the volunteer is cleaned by clear water. The moisture content of the facial skin before and after the application of the sample was measured using a skin moisture content tester MDD4-corneometer cm825, respectively, and repeated 3 times to obtain an average value, thereby calculating the skin moisture content increase rate. The test site is prohibited from using the formulation that improves the efficacy test and is administered by drops, injection, orally, or in other forms. The test results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 skin moisture test results
As can be seen from the experimental results in Table 1, the skin moisture content can be obviously increased by using the facial mask of the embodiment, particularly, the skin moisture content increase rate of the embodiment 10 and the embodiment 11 can reach 75% -80%, which is far higher than that of the comparative example, which shows that the composition of the invention can immediately replenish water and moisturize, while the sample of the comparative example has poor effect, which shows that the components of the composition of the invention can synergistically provide sufficient moisture for the skin, rapidly increase the moisture content of the horny layer of the skin and achieve better moisturizing effect.
2. Skin Water Dispersion loss test
The skin water loss TEWL value reflects the effect of improving skin barrier function, with lower TEWL values indicating less water loss and better skin barrier function.
(1) Test samples: the test samples prepared by adding the compositions of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 4 to a general mask base contained a composition having the moisturizing and skin soothing effects in an amount of 2% by mass of the total mass of the mask.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: sensitive muscle subjects were screened by lactate sting for 40, and each group of samples for 5. After cleaning the face of the volunteer, a proper amount of the product is applied to the left half face and is evenly spread for 15 minutes, and then the volunteer is cleaned by clear water. The amount of loss of skin moisture after 1 hour and 6 hours of facial mask application was measured using a skin moisture loss meter TM300, and repeated 3 times, respectively, and the average value was calculated. The change of water loss is reflected in the test period, and the change rule of water loss in the test area along with time. The smaller the value, the less water loss and the stronger the skin barrier function; conversely, the weaker the skin barrier function. The change rate (water loss after use-initial water loss)/initial water loss, the smaller this value, the smaller the water loss, the stronger the skin barrier function of the test sample, and the better the moisturizing effect. The test site is prohibited from using the formulation that improves the efficacy test and is administered by drops, injection, orally, or in other forms. The test results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 skin Water Dispersion loss TEWL values
The results in tables 1 and 2 show that the facial mask prepared from the composition of the embodiment of the invention has good moisturizing performance, and can significantly improve the skin barrier function and reduce the water dispersion loss of the skin. Particularly, after the facial mask added with the composition in example 11 is used, the moisture content of the facial mask is obviously higher than that of the compositions in examples 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, which shows that the composition can lock moisture and reduce the loss rate of the moisture, and the humulus lupulus extract, sodium hyaluronate acetylated and lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate can further enhance the moisturizing performance of the composition, and confirms that the components of the composition can synergistically enhance the moisturizing effect.
And (3) testing B: test for soothing efficacy
(1) Test samples: the test samples prepared by adding the compositions of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 4 to a general mask base contained a composition having the moisturizing and skin soothing effects in an amount of 2% by mass of the total mass of the mask.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: sensitive muscle subjects were screened by lactate sting for 60, with 4 subjects per group of samples. After cleaning the face of the volunteer, a proper amount of the product is applied to the left half face and is evenly spread for 15 minutes, and then the volunteer is cleaned by clear water. The average value of the redness of the skin is used for judging the efficacy of the sample on relieving and anti-allergy according to the disappearance of the red and itchy face of the subject. The average skin redness before and after using the test product described above is recorded. The test site is prohibited from using the formulation that improves the efficacy test and is administered by drops, injection, orally, or in other forms. The test results are shown in Table 3.
