Performance test
1. Facial skin absorption rate test: the non-woven fabric mask paper with the absorptivity of 90% and the same regulation is respectively soaked in the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 1-26 and the comparative experimental examples 1-5 for 24 hours and then taken out to be used as a test group, a commercial brand of the comfortable and waterproof mask is used as a control group, and the moisture contents of the mask of the test group and the mask of the control group are consistent within an allowable error range (+ -1%). 160 testers with no obvious difference between skin quality and facial skin moisture content were selected: dividing 155 testers into the same test group every 5 testers, testing samples prepared by the same test example in the test group by the same test group, and taking an average value of test results; the remaining 5 testers were used as a control group to test the control group mask, and the test results were averaged. Washing cheeks with warm water for 10 minutes, and measuring the moisture content of the skin horny layer at the forehead of a tester before each test group applies the mask in batches by adopting a Callgari Soft5.5 skin horny layer moisture content tester under the conditions of room temperature and humidity of 75-80 percent, and recording the moisture content as an initial value; and then the test group and the control group respectively use the facial masks of the test group and the control group to apply the face, when the facial masks are used for 5 minutes, the facial masks at the forehead of the tester are lifted, the facial mask liquid at the forehead of the tester is wiped clean by paper towels, and then the moisture content of the skin cuticle at the forehead of the tester is measured by a tester and is recorded as the moisture content of 5 minutes. After the data of the plurality of groups are collected and finished, the increase of the moisture content of the skin cuticle of the face of the trial person (moisture content-initial value of 5 minutes) in 5 minutes of applying the mask to the test group and the control group are analyzed and compared, so that the effect of promoting skin absorption by the mask liquid of the experimental examples 1-23 and the mask liquid of the comparative experimental examples 1-5 is detected, and the greater the increase of the moisture content of the skin cuticle in 5 minutes is, the better the skin absorption effect is proved.
2. Mask moisturizing effect test: on the basis of test 1, after 160 testers apply the mask for 15 minutes, taking down the mask, cleaning the mask liquid remained on the face, and measuring the moisture content of the skin horny layer at the forehead of each test group by adopting a Callgari Soft5.5 skin horny layer moisture content tester in batches, and marking the moisture content as a basic value; the water content of the skin cuticle of the face of the test group and the control group is measured after the test group is subjected to indoor waiting for 30 minutes under the conditions of room temperature and humidity of 75-80 percent, the water content is recorded as 30 minutes, and the 30 minutes loss (the water content of the basic value-30 minutes) is calculated; after 60 minutes of indoor conditioning of the test and control groups, the moisture content of the skin horny layer of the face of the test group and the control group were measured, recorded as 60 minutes moisture content, and the 60 minutes loss (base-60 minutes moisture content) was calculated. Recording data, collecting and finishing multiple groups of data, taking an average value of test results of each group, taking down the mask for 30 minutes and 60 minutes, and showing that the smaller the loss amount of the moisture content of the skin horny layer of the face of the user is, the smaller the water loss of the skin is in the same time of 30 minutes and 60 minutes, and the better the moisturizing effect of the mask is.
3. Evaluating the relaxing effect of the mask: selecting 30 testers with facial redness, wherein the testers have similar facial redness, the testers are 18-45 years old, 10 testers are one group, 3 groups of testers are respectively used for applying the mask for 15 minutes at 10 pm, and the test cases 26, the comparative test cases 5 and the comparative groups are respectively scored according to skin red blood streak reduction conditions and use feelings after one week, wherein the evaluation criteria are as follows:
1 part-after one week of use, the redness degree of the face does not decline, and the effect is basically not achieved;
2 minutes-the redness degree of the face is reduced after one week of use, but the effect of the reduction is not obvious;
3 minutes-the redness degree of the face is reduced after one week of use, and the reduction effect is obvious;
4 minutes-the redness degree of the face is reduced after three days of use, and the reduction effect is obvious;
5 minutes-the redness of the face is reduced in the next day, and the reduction effect is obvious.
The specific test data for runs 1-3 are detailed in tables 5-11.
TABLE 5
Figure BDA0003254689690000151
According to the detection data of the experimental examples 1-6 and the control group in Table 5, the water content of the skin cuticle of the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 1-6 is larger than that of the skin cuticle of the control group after being applied for 5 minutes, and the increase of the water content of the skin cuticle of the experimental examples 1-6 compared with the initial value is larger than that of the control group after being applied for 5 minutes, which shows that the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 1-6 has better moisturizing and absorbing effects compared with the commercially available mask.
The moisture content values of the same time after the mask is taken off in the experimental examples 1-6 and the control group are compared, the moisture content of the skin cuticle of the experimental examples 1-6 after the mask is taken off for 30 minutes and 60 minutes is larger than the moisture content of the skin cuticle of the control group after the mask is taken off for 30 minutes and 60 minutes, the moisture loss of the skin cuticle of the experimental examples 1-6 in 30 minutes and 60 minutes is smaller than the moisture loss of the skin cuticle of the control group in 30 minutes and 60 minutes, and the fact that the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 1-6 has stronger water locking and moisturizing capacities than the commercially available mask liquid is shown.
TABLE 6
Figure BDA0003254689690000152
According to the detection data of the experimental examples 6 and the comparative experimental examples 1 to 4 in Table 6, when the experimental examples 1 to 4 were not added with the three substances of the alpine leontopodium flower/leaf extract, the fragrant solomonseal rhizome extract and the lactobacillus/rice fermentation product or one of the three substances was removed, the increase of the moisture content of the skin horny layer after the application of the mask liquid of the comparative experimental examples 1 to 4 by the trial person for 5 minutes was much smaller than the numerical value of the experimental example 6, which indicates that the absorption promoting ability of the mask liquid of the comparative experimental examples 1 to 4 to the skin was weak; the loss amount of the moisture content of the skin cuticle after the mask is taken off in the comparative experiment examples 1-4 for 30 and 60 minutes is larger than that after the mask is taken off in the experiment example 6 for 30 and 60 minutes, which indicates that the effect of the mask liquid prepared in the comparative experiment examples 1-4 on locking and moisturizing is poorer than that in the comparative experiment example 5.
The inventor analyzes that a plurality of high-permeability colloid groups are formed under the synergistic effect of a composition A containing the alpine leontopodium herb flower/leaf extract, a composition B containing the fragrant solomonseal rhizome extract and a composition C containing lactobacillus/rice fermentation products in the high-permeability water-locking composition, when the components of the high-permeability water-locking composition in the mask liquid are contacted with facial skin of a tester, the high-permeability colloid groups can rapidly permeate into deep cells of the skin, and substances such as a humectant, a soothing agent, a repairing agent and the like in the high-permeability water-locking composition are wrapped by the colloid groups and rapidly enter the skin cells together with the colloid groups, so that the absorption of the skin to the high-permeability water-locking composition is promoted, and the absorption capacity of the skin is improved; the humectant, the soothing agent, the repairing agent and the colloid groups in the high-permeability water-locking composition jointly enter deep cells of skin, so that the facial skin can be deeply repaired and moisturized, and nutrition ingredients are not easy to lose, so that the mask liquid has remarkable soothing and moisturizing effects.
In the comparative experiment examples 1-4, one or no three substances are added, the synergistic effect of the three substances is lost, the help of high-permeability colloid groups formed under the synergistic effect of the three substances is lost, and the substances such as the humectant, the soothing agent, the repairing agent and the like in the high-permeability water-locking composition cannot penetrate deep into the skin, so that the absorption capacity of the skin is reduced, the loss of the substances such as the humectant, the soothing agent and the repairing agent floating on the surface is faster, and the water-retaining and water-locking and repairing effects of the mask liquid are reduced.
TABLE 7
Figure BDA0003254689690000161
According to the detection data of experimental examples 6 and 7-14 in Table 7, the increase of the moisture content of the skin cuticle after the application of the mask for 5 minutes in experimental examples 11-12 is obviously larger than that after the application of the mask for 5 minutes in experimental examples 6 and 7-10, which shows that the effect of moisturizing and promoting skin absorption of the prepared mask liquid is better when the soothing agent in experimental examples 11-12 is prepared by combining the herba Cirsii Japonici extract, the fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii extract, the herba gorgoniae extract, the flos Plumeriae Acutifoliae extract, the flos Nymphaeae extract and the Opuntiae Dillenii extract in a specific proportion. The value of the increase in the moisture content of the mask liquid in 5 minutes obtained in experimental examples 13 to 14 is similar to the value of the mask liquid in experimental examples 7 to 10 and smaller than the value of the mask liquid in experimental examples 11 to 12, which indicates that the moisturizing and absorption promoting effects of the mask liquid obtained in experimental examples 13 to 14 are weakened after the substances in the soothing agent are replaced by the substances, and the remarkable moisturizing and absorption promoting effects of the mask liquid obtained in experimental examples 11 to 12 on the skin cannot be achieved.
From the test data of comparative example 5 and examples 6 to 14 in Table 7, it was found that the increase in the moisture content of the skin horny layer after 5 minutes of application of the mask of comparative example 5 was significantly smaller than that of the skin horny layer after 5 minutes of application of the mask of examples 6 to 14, indicating that the ability of the mask liquid prepared in comparative example 5 to promote absorption by water was greatly impaired when no soothing agent component was added to comparative example 5.
The inventor analyzes that plant extracts such as the herba Cirsii Japonici extract and the fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii extract in the soothing agent are cooperated with each other in a specific proportion, so that a cooperated compounding effect can be generated, each component substance in the high-permeability water locking composition and the high-permeability colloid group can be uniformly dispersed in the process of penetrating into deep cells of the skin, and the absorption capacity of the skin is improved. When the above substances are not added or replaced in the formula, the synergistic effect of the above substances in a specific ratio cannot be achieved, so that the water supplementing and absorption promoting effects of the prepared mask liquid cannot be improved.
TABLE 8
Figure BDA0003254689690000171
According to the detection data of the experimental examples 6 and 15 in table 8, the value of the moisture content increase of the skin cuticle of the mask liquid prepared in the experimental example 15 is improved compared with the value of the experimental example 6 when the mask liquid is applied for 5 minutes, which indicates that the efficacy of the mask liquid prepared in the experimental example 15 in the aspects of supplementing water and promoting absorption is improved when the repairing agent in the mask liquid prepared in the experimental example 15 adopts gentian extract, honeysuckle extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, hu Suogen extract, field mint extract and kuh-seng extract to be mixed with a solvent.
The inventor analyzes that the repairing agent is formed by mixing a plurality of plant extracts such as gentian extract, hu Suogen extract and the like, is beneficial to repairing the skin in all directions, and the components such as brass, amino acid and the like contained in the repairing agent are beneficial to being blended into the high-permeability colloid group, so that the stability of the high-permeability colloid group is enhanced, and the absorption promoting effect of the high-permeability colloid group on the skin is improved.
According to the detection data of the experimental examples 6 and 16 in the table 8, the value of the increase of the moisture content of the skin cuticle when the mask liquid prepared in the experimental example 16 is applied for 5 minutes is larger than that of the experimental example 6, which indicates that the water supplementing and absorption promoting capacity of the mask liquid prepared in the experimental example 16 is improved; experimental example 16 the water loss of the skin cuticle after 30 and 60 minutes of mask removal is smaller than that of experimental example 6, which shows that the mask liquid prepared in experimental example 16 has better water locking and moisturizing capabilities.
The inventor analyzes that all substances in the humectant are mutually promoted to penetrate into deep cells of the face to supplement water for the cells, so that the moisture is not easy to run off, a remarkable moisturizing effect is achieved, and the water locking capacity of the cells is improved from the deep layers of the skin.
The values of the moisture content increase of the skin cuticle of the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 17-19 are far larger than those of the mask liquid prepared in the experimental example 6 when the mask liquid is applied for 5 minutes, which shows that the water supplementing and absorption promoting capabilities of the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 17-19 are more outstanding; the water retention and moisture retention capacity of the mask liquid prepared in experimental examples 17-19 is improved as the water loss of the skin cuticle after 30 minutes and 60 minutes of mask removal in experimental examples 17-19 is smaller than that in experimental example 6. Experimental examples 17 to 19 adopt the better components in the above examples on the basic formulation of experimental example 6, so that the values of the performance detection data of experimental examples 17 to 19 are greatly improved compared with the values of experimental example 6, and the combination ratio of the components in the moisturizing relieving composition in experimental example 18 is selected as the best combination ratio.
TABLE 9
Figure BDA0003254689690000181
According to the detection data of the experimental examples 18 and the experimental examples 20-21 in the table 9, the increase of the moisture content of the skin cuticle after the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 20-21 is applied for 5 minutes is larger than the data of the experimental example 18, which indicates that the mask liquid has better water supplementing and absorption promoting effects when the mass percentage of arginine in the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 20-21 is 0.125-0.135 percent.
According to analysis of the inventor, when the mass percentage of arginine accounts for 0.125-0.135% in the mask liquid, the acid-base regulation effect of the arginine is better, so that the fusion of a colloid group with high permeability and other components in the mask liquid is better, and a part of arginine can be fused into the colloid group with high permeability, so that the dispersion uniformity of the colloid group can be improved, and the uniform absorption of facial skin is promoted; and can promote the colloid groups to penetrate deeply into dermal fibroblasts, thereby improving the skin absorption effect.

Figure BDA0003254689690000182
Figure BDA0003254689690000191
According to the detection data of experimental examples 18 and 22-24 in Table 10, the increase of the moisture content of the skin cuticle after the mask liquid prepared in experimental examples 22-24 is applied for 5 minutes is obviously higher than that of the mask liquid prepared in experimental example 18, which indicates that the mask liquid prepared in experimental examples 22-24 has better effects of supplementing water, promoting absorption and relieving restoration. The numerical value of the moisture loss amount of the skin cuticle after the mask is taken off for 30 minutes in the experimental examples 22-24 is smaller than that in the experimental example 18, which shows that the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 22-24 can achieve a certain moisture-locking and preserving effect in a short time.
According to the analysis of the inventor, carbomer can increase the cohesiveness of the colloid group, is beneficial to improving the structural stability of the colloid group, enhancing the absorption effect of skin, and is beneficial to improving the cohesiveness between the penetration water-locking composition and other components in the mask liquid; the sclerotium rolfsii is beneficial to controlling the viscosity of the mask liquid, maintaining the stability of a mask liquid system, and has good cohesiveness with colloid groups, so that the cohesiveness between other components in the mask liquid and the colloid groups is improved.
The mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 25-26 adopts the better components in the experimental examples, so that the values of all performance detection data of the experimental examples 25-26 are greatly improved compared with the values of the experimental example 18, the performance data of the mask liquid prepared in the experimental examples 25 and 26 are similar, and the mask liquid prepared in the experimental example 26 is selected as the optimal example of the application.
The redness relieving condition of the face of the testers is classified into a table, and the detail is shown in a table 11.
TABLE 11
Figure BDA0003254689690000192
According to the scores of 30 testers in table 11 for experiment example 26, comparative experiment example 5 and control group, the composition A prepared in the experiment example 1, the composition B prepared in the preparation example 4, the composition C prepared in the preparation example 5, the soothing agent prepared in the preparation example 13, the repairing agent prepared in the preparation example 16 and the high-permeability water-locking composition prepared in the preparation example 19 are selected, and the overall score of the mask liquid prepared by mixing the high-permeability water-locking composition with carbomer, sclerotium, arginine and other substances is more than 4 minutes, which indicates that the high-permeability water-locking composition in the mask liquid prepared in the experiment example 26 is the optimal proportion and the combined action with other raw material components is optimal, so that the mask liquid has a remarkable effect on the efficacy of relieving and reducing facial redness.
The components of the soothing agent are removed from the mask liquid prepared in the comparative experiment example 5, and when the ingredients of the soothing agent, namely the herba Cirsii Japonici extract, the fructus momordicae extract, the gorgonian coral extract, the white plumeria rubra extract, the white water lily flower extract and the Cactus fruit extract, cannot be combined in a specific proportion to produce a synergistic effect, the components of the mask liquid prepared in the comparative experiment example 5 are all 2-3, which indicates that the effect of other components in the mask liquid prepared in the comparative experiment example 5 on relieving the problem of facial redness after the soothing ingredients are lost is not great, and the obvious soothing effect of the mask liquid prepared in the experiment example 25 cannot be achieved.
The scores of the control groups are all 2-3 points and lower than those of experimental example 26, which shows that the mask liquid prepared according to the optimal component proportion of the application has remarkable effect on relieving compared with the commercially available mask liquid.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
