Performance test
The non-woven fabric mask paper with the absorptivity of 95% and the same regulation is respectively soaked in the mask liquid prepared in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-5, and is taken out after 24 hours to serve as a test example, a commercial biological peptide mask with a certain brand is taken as a comparative example, and the moisture content of the mask in the test example and the moisture content in the comparative example are consistent within an allowable error range (+ -1%).
Test 1, propionibacterium acnes antibacterial detection: referring to GB15979-2002 'Disposable sanitary articles sanitary Standard' appendix C4 'dissolution antibacterial product antibacterial property test method', mask liquids of examples 1-5 and comparative examples are diluted into 2% diluent respectively; washing a culture of propionibacterium acnes for 24 hours with 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution to prepare 104-106CFU/mL bacterial suspension; 1g of test sample is respectively taken, 0.1mL of the bacterial suspension is added for uniform coating and mixing, timing is started, 9mL of 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution is added after 20min for full mixing, after proper dilution is carried out, 3 dilutions are taken, 1mL of the solution is respectively taken and placed in two parallel plates, and then the corresponding culture medium is added for culturing for 24 hours under the anaerobic condition at 36+/-1 ℃ for colony counting. Repeating the above test for 3 times, taking average, and setting blank control group; and calculating the bacteriostasis rate. The calculation formula of the bacteriostasis rate is as follows: the bacteriostasis rate X= (A-B)/A multiplied by 100 percent, wherein A is average recovered colony of blank control sample, and B is average recovered colony of test sample; the specific results are shown in Table 2.
Test 2, test for relief of facial redness: selecting 55 testers with the condition of redness of the face, wherein the ages of the testers are 18-45 years, one group of 5 testers is selected for men and women, the testers are divided into 11 groups, each group is respectively coated with the mask of the embodiment 1-5, the comparative embodiment 1-5 and the comparative embodiment at about 10 pm every day for 15 minutes, and the embodiment 1-5, the comparative embodiment 1-5 and the comparative embodiment mask are respectively scored according to the condition of red blood streak of the skin and the use feeling after one week of use, the specific results are shown in the table 2, and the evaluation criteria are as follows:
1 part-after one week of use, the redness degree of the face does not decline, and the effect is basically not achieved;
2 minutes-the redness degree of the face is reduced after one week of use, but the effect of the reduction is not obvious;

Taking 4mL of DPPH-absolute ethanol solution with the concentration of 0.1mmol/L, adding 2mL of test sample into a container, uniformly mixing, keeping out of the sun for 30min at room temperature, measuring absorbance at 517nm wavelength, and recording the absorbance value as C1; taking 4mL of absolute ethanol solution and 2mL of test sample solution, and recording the absorbance value as C2 under the same conditions; the absorbance was measured under the same conditions as above using a 4mL dry ethanol solution of 4mL PPH and a 2mL dry ethanol solution and was recorded as C3. Calculating the DPPH free radical clearance: DPPH free radical clearance (%) = [1- (C1-C2)/C3 ]. The integrity of the mouse skin was visually checked before each experiment and there could not be any breakage. Preparing 6 mouse skins, and dividing the mouse skins into an experimental group and a control group, wherein each group comprises three mouse skins; respectively marked as experimental groups 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, and control groups 2-1, 2-2, 2-3;
(2) The mask of example 3 and the mask of the comparative example are respectively applied on three mouse skins of each group, the mouse skins are taken down after 15min, and residual mask liquid on the mouse skins is washed clean by deionized water, so as to obtain the mouse skins after the mask is applied;

The method comprises the steps of slowly adding sample solution into a supply tank by using an injector, uniformly selecting an emulsion of a brand A as the sample solution in an experiment group 1-1 and a control group 2-1, uniformly selecting an emulsion of a brand B as the sample solution in the experiment group 1-2 and the control group 2-2, uniformly selecting an emulsion of a brand C as the sample solution in the experiment group 1-3 and the control group 2-3, wherein the sample solution contains sodium hyaluronate components, the adding amount of the sample solution is 2mL, and the upper opening is sealed by a preservative film. At the beginning, when the sample permeates 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours, 2mL of the receiving liquid is respectively taken in a centrifuge tube, the receiving liquid is supplemented into the receiving tank and bubbles in the tank are removed at the same time of sampling each time, the content of sodium hyaluronate in the receiving liquid is measured, and the accumulated permeation quantity Q (mg/cm) is calculated according to a formula 2 ). According to the performance detection data of the examples 1-3 and the comparative example in the table 2, the mask liquid prepared by the application examples 1-3 has a strong inhibition effect on propionibacterium acnes, which is the main germ causing acne, and the mask liquid prepared by the application has a high inhibition rate on propionibacterium acnes, so that the mask liquid prepared by the application can effectively relieve pimple and acne problems; the facial mask liquid prepared in the embodiments 1-3 can obviously relieve the problem of facial skin redness after being used for two or three days, and has quick and efficient relieving and repairing effects; the prior commercial bio-peptide mask used in the comparative example has poor effect of relieving the problems of acne inflammation and facial redness. The facial mask liquid prepared in the embodiments 1-3 of the application is more excellent in the aspects of skin elasticity change and free radical removal compared with the facial mask liquid prepared in the comparative example, and the skin tendering and antioxidation effects of the facial mask liquid prepared in the application are further improved compared with the prior art.
Particularly, the skin moisture content of the mask liquid prepared in the embodiment 1-3 of the application is remarkably improved after 30min of application, and the skin moisture content can also be increased after 120min, but the phenomenon of skin moisture loss already occurs in 120min after the mask of the comparison example is used, which fully illustrates that the mask liquid prepared in the embodiment 1-3 of the application has longer lasting moisturizing and water-locking effects, can realize skin water circulation, and solves the problem of dry and rough skin.
In examples 4 and 5, the emollient and the skin conditioner defined in the present application were replaced with components capable of achieving similar functions, but compared with the components of the mask liquid in examples 1 to 3, which have already formed a matching system, the components after replacement cannot produce the excellent effects of the mask liquid in examples 1 to 3 on the skin in terms of efficacy, so that the connectivity and the matching between the substances in the mask liquid system of the present application are fully described, and the components cannot be replaced at will.

and D phase: 0.17 to 0.21 percent of purslane extract, 0.004 to 0.006 percent of beta-glucan, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of nicotinamide, 0.08 to 0.1 percent of wheat bran extract, 0.25 to 0.35 percent of biological peptide composition, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of skin conditioner and 0.55 to 0.65 percent of preservative;
the balance of water;
wherein the hyaluronic acid comprises 4000-6000 daltons of small molecular hyaluronic acid and 100-130 ten thousand daltons of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, and the mass ratio of the small molecular hyaluronic acid to the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is 2:1;
the skin conditioner consists of 23-27wt% of hydrolyzed sweet tonsil protein, 2.3-2.7wt% of yeast, 0.08-0.12wt% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of solvent;
the biological peptide composition comprises 0.011wt% of decapeptide-4, 0.011wt% of glycoprotein, 0.15-0.22wt% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.8-1.2wt% of sodium chloride and the balance of water.

The biopeptide activation repair mask liquid according to claim 1, wherein: the emollient comprises rhodophyta extract, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer sodium and bis-PEG-15 methyl ether polydimethoxyalkane, wherein the mass ratio of the rhodophyta extract to the acrylic acid (ester) copolymer sodium to the bis-PEG-15 methyl ether polydimethoxyalkane is 1:4:10.
