The essential liquids in comparative examples 1 to 3 have poor inhibition degrees on tyrosinase mainly because the comparative examples lack important components in the composition with moisturizing and whitening effects, the comparative example 1 lacks dendrobium stem extract, the comparative example 2 lacks sophora flavescens root extract, the comparative example 3 lacks aloe barbadensis leaf extract, and the comparative example 4 is commercially available moisturizing and whitening essential liquid of a certain brand, which has main components different from those of the composition with moisturizing and whitening effects in the embodiments of the present application and has poor whitening effects, and the formula components of the essential liquid of the present application are obtained by a large number of experimental screening by an inventor and can not be randomly combined to bring the tyrosinase inhibition rate as high as 20% or more in table 7 of the present invention. Comparative example 5 although the four effective ingredients of the composition having moisturizing and whitening effects of the present invention were included, the ratio of the four ingredients was not listed in the formulation of the composition having whitening effects of the present invention. The above results indicate that the composition with moisturizing and whitening effects of the present invention has the advantages that the components are not available, and the composition can exert the maximum effect only by being mixed in a reasonable ratio, so as to obtain the optimal whitening effect.
Test of moisturizing Effect
Test samples: the essence of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-5 of the invention.
Subject: for women of 25 to 44 years old, the eligible subjects were divided into 10 groups on average, and 30 subjects in each group corresponded to the groups of examples 1 to 5 of the present invention and the groups of comparative examples 1 to 5.
The tested part: marking three tested parts on the inner sides of the two forearms, and randomly distributing the tested parts into a sample painting area 1, a sample painting area 2 and a sample painting area 3, wherein the sample painting area is used for painting each group of essence.

Note: the application area 1 is the water content of stratum corneum of the skin 1 hour after application of the test substance (T1).
The application area 2 is the water content of the stratum corneum of the skin 4 hours after application of the test substance (T2).
The application area 3 is the water content of the stratum corneum of the skin 8 hours after the application of the test substance (T3).
The subjects in each of the examples had higher water content in the stratum corneum than in the comparative examples under the test conditions of 1 hour after application, 4 hours after application, and 8 hours after application. Further, after 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours after the application, there was a significant difference in the moisture content of example 1 compared to comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3, comparative example 4, and comparative example 5. Further, as can be seen from Table 8, the skin stratum corneum of the subjects in the example group showed no significant decrease in water content even after 8 hours of application. The above results indicate that the composition with moisturizing and whitening effects of the present invention has the advantages that the components are not available, and the composition can exert the effects to the maximum extent only by being mixed in a reasonable ratio, so as to obtain the optimal moisturizing effect.
