A preparation method of essence comprises the following steps:
mixing 0.05 part of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 8 parts of 1.3-propylene glycol and 78.5 parts of deionized water in a stirring pot, uniformly stirring to obtain a phase A, adding the components of the composition with the whitening effect in the table 8 into the phase A, uniformly stirring, wherein the stirring speed is 40 revolutions per minute, stirring for 60 minutes until the components are uniformly dispersed to obtain a phase B, adding 0.2 part of potassium sorbate and 0.2 part of sodium benzoate, continuously stirring for 50 minutes until the preservative is uniformly dispersed in the phase B, stopping stirring, standing for 30 minutes, filtering by a 500-mesh filter screen, and retaining a filtrate to obtain an essence.

Test of whitening effectiveness
The inhibition of tyrosinase activity by the essences prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was examined in this test.
1. Test method
Referring to section 2.3 of whitening effectiveness test method of in vitro experimental study on skin aging resistance and whitening efficacy of angelica sinensis extract in the 21 st volume of 2010, 4 th of the journal Shizhen national medicine.

As can be seen from table 9, in the tyrosinase inhibition rate test, the inhibition degree of the example group on tyrosinase is significantly better than that of the comparative example group, and the tyrosinase inhibition rate in the example 4 group is the highest, mainly because the example 4 group also contains a soothing component, which adjusts the skin microenvironment, facilitates the components with the whitening effect to enter the inside of the skin, and inhibits the tyrosinase activity, thereby avoiding the formation of melanin and achieving the mild whitening effect. In comparative example 1, the pseudo-ginseng root extract and the astragalus membranaceus root extract are absent, the tyrosinase inhibition rate is the lowest, and although the dendrobium officinale stem extract and the angelica root extract are contained, substances capable of regulating the microenvironment on the surface of the skin are required to open the skin channel, so that the main substances can exert the effects. In the absence of the angelica root extract in comparative example 2 and the dendrobium officinale stem extract in comparative example 3, the sum of the tyrosinase inhibition rates in both groups was not as high as that in the case of the tyrosinase inhibition rate in example 4. Although the group of comparative example 4 includes the four effective ingredients of the composition having whitening efficacy of the present invention, the ratio of the four ingredients is not listed in the formulation of the composition having whitening efficacy of the present invention. The above results indicate that the composition with whitening effect of the present invention has no essential ingredients, and at the same time, the composition needs to be mixed with each other in a reasonable ratio to obtain the maximum synergistic effect, so as to obtain the optimal whitening effect.
Test of practical effect
1. Grouping experiments:
the subjects selected from 20-30 years old people with facial skin allergy (face with acne, pimple, red blood streak, patient) were randomly divided into 8 groups of 10 per group according to examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4.

The test results are shown in table 10, and the overall effect of the example group is significantly better than that of the control group. The comparative example 1 does not contain the notoginseng root extract and the astragalus membranaceus root extract, has the worst performance in index evaluation of relieving, nonirritating, acne removing and red blood streak removing which can reflect the anti-allergy relieving effect, and also proves that the notoginseng root extract and the astragalus membranaceus root extract can play the anti-allergy relieving effect. Comparative examples 2 to 3 lack an important ingredient of the composition having whitening efficacy of the present invention and each index is low, and in comparative example 4, although the composition having whitening efficacy of the present invention contains four effective ingredients, the ratio of the four ingredients is not in the list of the ratio of the composition having whitening efficacy of the present invention, and each index is also low. Examples 3 and 4 show the best performance in the evaluation of anti-allergy soothing effect because they further contain anti-allergy soothing components such as rosa multiflora extract. The above results indicate that the composition with whitening effect of the present invention has no essential ingredients, and at the same time, the composition needs to be mixed with each other in a reasonable ratio to obtain the maximum synergistic effect, so as to obtain the optimal whitening effect.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

0.1-5 parts of astragalus membranaceus root extract,
0.1-4 parts of glossy privet fruit extract,
0.1-6 parts of licorice root extract,
0.3-5 parts of daisy extract,
0.3-5 parts of rosa centifolia flower extract, and
0.3-5 parts of a vegetarian square flower extract;
the raw materials are extracted by the following method, and the method comprises the following steps:
1) selecting high-quality fresh and high-quality plant raw materials, cleaning the plant raw materials with purified water, drying and dehydrating the plant raw materials, and putting the plant raw materials into a crusher to be crushed into raw material powder with the particle size of less than 800 meshes;
2) conveying the raw material powder to a supercritical extraction kettle for supercritical CO2Extracting by a method, and introducing CO into a supercritical extraction kettle2Gas, CO2The flow rate of the extraction is 8kg/h, and the extraction is carried out for 8h under the conditions that the extraction pressure is 20MPa-25MPa and the extraction temperature is 35 ℃ to obtain an extract;

0.2-3 parts of angelica root extract,
0.3-4 parts of pseudo-ginseng root extract,
0.2-4 parts of astragalus membranaceus root extract,
0.5 to 3.5 portions of glossy privet fruit extract,
0.8-3 parts of licorice root extract,
0.3-2 parts of daisy extract,
0.4-3 parts of rosa centifolia flower extract, and
0.3-4 parts of extract of the vegetarian square flower.
3. The composition with whitening effect according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by mass:
4 parts of dendrobium officinale stem extract,
3 parts of angelica root extract,
3.5 parts of pseudo-ginseng root extract,
3.8 parts of astragalus membranaceus root extract,
2.4 parts of glossy privet fruit extract,
3 parts of licorice root extract,
1.4 parts of daisy extract,
0.5 part of rosa centifolia flower extract and
0.6 part of extract of the vegetarian square flowers.
4. A cosmetic comprising the composition having whitening efficacy according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
5. An essence comprising the composition having whitening effects according to any one of claims 1 to 3, 1.3 to 15.5 parts of a moisturizer, and 75 to 80 parts of water.
6. The essence of claim 5, further comprising a preservative.
7. The essence of claim 5 or 6, wherein the humectant is selected from at least one of sodium hyaluronate, polyglutamic acid and 1, 3-propanediol.
8. The essence of claim 7, wherein the moisturizer consists of 0.01 to 0.2 parts by mass of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.01 to 0.3 parts by mass of polyglutamic acid and 1 to 15 parts by mass of 1.3-propanediol.
9. The preparation method of the essence is characterized by comprising the following steps: based on the mass portion of the raw materials,
mixing 1.3-15.5 parts of humectant with 75-80 parts of water to obtain phase A;
adding the composition with whitening effect according to any one of claims 1 to 3 into the phase A, and uniformly mixing to obtain a phase B;
filtering the phase B, and reserving filtrate to obtain the essence.
