Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a foundation composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of cosmetics.
Background
The foundation composition can be used for homogenizing skin color and masking flaws, and belongs to basic foundation. Foundation compositions have been developed to date, and have been derived from a wide variety of products for different skin types and different cosmetic effects. In recent years, with the increase of the safety requirements for cosmetics on the market, there has been an increasing demand for creating a foundation suitable for sensitive muscles, and a foundation composition having a repairing and maintaining effect by combining skin care and skin care has been gradually appearing on the market.
In order to solve the problem of skin care, patent CN112603866A provides a radix pseudostellariae skin-nourishing foundation lotion, which comprises 0.5% of a combination of centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea leaf extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract and rosemary leaf plant extract, 0.5% of a combination of ganoderma sinense extract, snow lotus extract, ginseng root extract and peony extract and 6-12% of a colorant.
The patent CN111920706A provides a deep repair foundation liquid and a preparation method thereof, the foundation liquid completely wraps a concealer component foundation liquid in an oil phase by applying a wrapping technology, and the foundation liquid is fully fused with deep care essence whitening water gel to be combined into a whole. The liquid foundation is of an oil-in-water type, and the powder is suspended in aqueous gel in an oil drop shape. Although the foundation liquid has the effect of deep whitening and repairing, the foundation liquid needs to be uniformly brushed when in use, and the makeup process is complicated. In contrast, the water-in-oil foundation has better application and faster make-up speed.
The key point of skin repair is sebum repair, and the powder in the concealer product can absorb grease on the surface of the skin, so that the problem of dry skin can be caused. For those with a severely compromised barrier, the use of ordinary foundation make-up may result in a poor skin condition.
Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem to develop a foundation composition having a repairing effect to provide the foundation composition with a skin-nourishing effect.

When the content of the phytosterol canola oil glyceride is 0.5-1.7%, the skin feeling is not heavy, and the repairing effect is excellent.
Moisturizing component
The foundation composition also has moisturizing effect by properly adding some moisturizing components. In the present invention, the moisture-retaining component is contained in an amount of 3% to 10%, preferably 4% to 9%, for example: the content of the moisture-keeping component is 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, 8%, 8.5% and the like. If the content of the moisturizing component is less than 3%, the moisturizing feeling after makeup is reduced, and the phenomenon of drying and peeling is easy to occur after makeup; if the moisture-retaining component content of the present invention is more than 10%, the cosmetic composition does not dry quickly.
Specifically, the moisturizing component of the present invention includes a polyol, hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, and a ceramide. The moisturizing component can effectively increase the moisture content of the skin epidermis, can achieve deep moisturizing substantially, and can have excellent moisturizing effect when applied to the foundation composition of the present invention.
The polyols of the present invention are relatively low molecular weight polyols. The polyhydric alcohol not only can form a layer of compact protective film on the surface of the skin to reduce the loss of moisture, but also can promote the foundation composition of the invention to absorb moisture from the environment, supplement the moisture to the skin and increase the moisture content on the surface of the skin.
Further, in the present invention, the polyol includes: one or more of glycerol, 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, pentanediol, 1, 2-propanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, dipropylene glycol, and methyl propanediol. Preferably, one or a combination of two or more of glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol, and pentanediol can be used as the polyhydric alcohol in the present invention, and when glycerin and 1, 3-butanediol are used, the effect of the foundation composition of the present invention can be exerted to the maximum extent, and the water content on the skin surface can be effectively increased. When the pentanediol is used, the preservative synergistic effect can be achieved while moisture is preserved. In the present invention, glycerin, pentanediol and 1, 3-butanediol are preferably used as the polyhydric alcohol, and the effect of the foundation composition of the present invention can be exhibited to the maximum extent, and the moisture content of the skin surface can be effectively increased and the effect of antisepsis and synergism can be achieved.
Further, in the present invention, when the content of the polyol is too low, the effect of increasing the water content of the skin surface cannot be obtained, and when the content of the polyol is too high, the effect of increasing the water content of the skin surface is obtained by causing too low other components, which may affect the skin feel and the cost of the product. Specifically, the polyol content is 2.88% to 8.8%, for example: the content of the polyhydric alcohol is 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, 8.5% and the like.
Hyaluronic acid, also known as hyaluronic acid, is an acidic mucopolysaccharide. The moisturizing factor is an important basic substance for skin tenderness, is a component of a human body, has a special moisturizing effect, has a weight which is 100 times higher than that of the moisturizing factor, is a substance which is discovered at present and has the best moisturizing effect in nature, and is called as an ideal natural moisturizing factor. It can improve skin nutrition metabolism, make skin tender and smooth, remove wrinkle, increase elasticity, prevent aging, and keep moisture while being good skin penetration enhancer. The nutrient can be used together with other nutrient components to achieve the more ideal effect of promoting nutrient absorption.
In the present invention, the hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof may be a high molecular weight hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, or a low molecular weight hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof; specifically, the weight average molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof is 180 kilodaltons or less, preferably, the weight average molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof with large molecular weight is 100 kilodaltons to 180 kilodaltons, and the weight average molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof with small molecular weight is 5 kilodaltons to 1 kilodaltons.
Generally, the commonly used HYALURONATE salt may be in the form of its SODIUM salt, i.e. SODIUM HYALURONATE (SH). The sodium hyaluronate is extracted from rooster comb, or prepared by fermentation of lactococcus lactis, and is white or white-like granule or powder, and has no odor, nitrogen content of 2.8-4.0% and glucuronic acid content of 37.0-51.0% when dried.
However, hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof has a large molecular structure, and is easily aggregated after being applied to the skin; in addition, hyaluronic acid or its salt has many hydroxyl groups, and adhesion to the skin surface is mainly due to hydrogen bonding force of the hydroxyl groups, but when the hydroxyl groups do not absorb moisture to the outside, the moisture content of the epidermis cannot be increased. The inventors of the present invention have found that the function of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof can be further promoted in the presence of a polyhydric alcohol and a ceramide, and that moisture can penetrate into the epidermis of the skin, thereby effectively increasing the moisture content of the epidermis of the skin and essentially achieving deep moisturizing.
Further, in the present invention, when the content of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof is too low, the moisture content of the skin epidermis cannot be increased; when the content of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof is too high, excessive thickness may result, which is unfavorable for skin absorption. Specifically, the hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof is added in an amount of 0.02% to 0.2%, for example: the content of the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof is 0.04%, 0.06%, 0.08%, 0.1%, 0.12%, 0.14%, 0.16%, 0.18% and the like.
In the present invention, ceramide is also called glycolipid, phytosphingosine. The ceramide is prepared by screening high-yield strains from candida, converting the strains into the ceramide by utilizing olive oil nutrient substances in the growth and metabolism processes of bacteria through adjusting the growth and fermentation conditions of the yeasts and providing certain nutrient substances, is easy to permeate into cell gaps of skin cuticles, maintains skin moisture, and has the effects of moisturizing, moistening the skin and repairing skin barriers.
The ceramide of the invention is formed by the sugar linkage of fatty acid, mannose and erythrasma. The unique structure allows it to readily penetrate between corneocytes and fuse with the original outer cytoplasm to form a liquid crystal layer. Can be used for keeping moisture and keeping skin moisture. The ceramide has lipophilic and hydrophilic groups, is an amphiphilic molecule, and is helpful for spreading hyaluronic acid on the surface of skin to achieve the effect of moisturizing if being combined with sodium hyaluronate.
The inventors of the present invention have found that the moisturizing function of polyhydric alcohol and hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof can be further promoted in the presence of a ceramide, and the water content of the skin epidermis can be effectively increased. It can promote the humectant to permeate into the horny cells, and achieve the moisturizing effect by locking the humectant.
Further, in the present invention, when the amount of the ceramide added is too low, the moisture content of the skin epidermis cannot be increased; when the amount of the ceramide added is too high, no more excellent effect is obtained, and the cost is also high. Specifically, the amount of the ceramide of the present invention added is 0.1% to 1% based on 100% of the total mass of the foundation composition, for example: the content of the ceramide is 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.25%, 0.3%, 0.35%, 0.4%, 0.45%, 0.5%, 0.55%, 0.6%, 0.65%, 0.7%, 0.75%, 0.8%, 0.85%, 0.9%, 0.95%, etc.
Soothing component
The foundation composition also has a soothing effect by properly adding some soothing components. In the present invention, the soothing component is contained in an amount of 0.3% to 6%, preferably 1% to 3%, for example: the content of the soothing component is 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5% and the like. In the present invention, if the content of the relaxing component is less than 0.3%, the effect is not significant, and if the content of the relaxing component exceeds 6%, the cost is too high.
In some specific embodiments, the soothing component comprises one or a combination of two or more of opuntia ficus indica extract, scutellaria baicalensis extract, madecassoside, and pogostemon cablin extract.
