Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to a skin barrier repairing composition capable of resisting external stimulation. According to the invention, the organic silicon compound and the isomeric grease compound are compounded to form a breathable protective layer, so that the external stimulation can be resisted, the plant extract can be assisted to continuously act on sensitive skin, and a better skin repairing effect is achieved under the synergistic effect of the plant grease derivative.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to a skin barrier repairing composition capable of resisting external stimulation.
Background
With the development of modern social life, the pace of life of people is faster and faster, the physical barrier of skin is damaged by long-time radiation of electronic products such as computer screens, mobile phones and the like, the invasion of external harmful substances cannot be resisted, the skin is dry, aged, reddened and pigment precipitated easily due to external stimulation, and skin diseases such as dermatitis, allergy, acne and the like can be even caused due to poor skin resistance.
In the prior art, a patent application document with an authorization publication number of CN108721154B discloses a skin care product for skin moisturizing and barrier repair and a preparation method thereof, and the skin care product prepared by adding raw materials such as marine fish skin collagen oligopeptide, kelp extract, low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and the like has a good moisturizing and repairing effect and can improve erythema. However, the use of marine fish skin collagen oligopeptide in excess can cause allergic diseases.
Patent document No. CN103705426B discloses an antiallergic moisturizing composition for repairing skin barrier function and an external preparation thereof, wherein the skin surface layer and deep layer barrier function is repaired by adding components such as grape seed extract and niacinamide, but niacinamide may irritate the skin, and grape seed extract as a plant extract may cause poor weather resistance and short shelf life of the composition.
Therefore, there is a need for a skin barrier repair composition that can resist external irritation, has a good moisturizing and repairing effect, does not irritate the skin, has excellent high and low temperature stability, and is not prone to deterioration.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a skin barrier repair composition for external irritation resistance, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-40 parts of organic silicon compound, 5-50 parts of isoalkane and oil compounds thereof, 0.5-15 parts of vegetable oil derivatives and 0.02-5 parts of plant extracts.
Preferably, the skin barrier repairing composition capable of resisting external stimulation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-35 parts of organic silicon compound, 15-40 parts of isoalkane and oil compounds thereof, 2-13 parts of vegetable oil derivatives and 1-4 parts of plant extract.
Preferably, the organosilicon compound is one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, dimethiconol, octyl polymethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, methyl-terminated silicone oil and polyether modified silicone oil; further preferred are polydimethylsiloxane and dimethiconol.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane to the dimethiconol is (0.2-20): (0.1-10); further preferably (5-15): (2-8); further, 2: 1.
The applicant finds that the dimethiconol is selected as the organic silicon compound, so that the repairing capacity of the skin can be improved, the use feeling is comfortable and not greasy, probably because the texture is thick and heavy, the water of the skin can be firmly locked, the water loss is prevented, the external stimulation is resisted, but the skin is not breathable, pores can be blocked, the risk of acne is caused, the horny layer is increased, and skin diseases such as eczema and the like are easily caused. The applicant has surprisingly found that a certain amount of polydimethylsiloxane is added, and the weight ratio of polydimethylsiloxane to dimethiconol is (0.2-20): (0.1-10), the obtained repairing composition can reduce water loss through skin, and simultaneously has better air permeability and lubricity. The reason for this is probably that the compatibility of the polydimethylsiloxane and the dimethiconol is good, and the combined action of the polydimethylsiloxane and the dimethiconol can ensure that the skin has good air permeability and ultraviolet resistance while keeping moisture and locking water, and improve the immunity of the skin.
Preferably, the isoparaffin and the oil and fat compound thereof are one or more of isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, and isostearyl pivalate; further preferred are mixtures of isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethylhexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetrakis (ethylhexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isostearyl pivalate.
Preferably, the weight ratio of isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethylhexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetrakis (ethylhexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isostearyl pivalate is (1-20): (1-20): (0.5-10): (0.5-10): (0.5-10): (0.5-10): (1-15): (1-20): (1-20): (1-20): (0.5-10); further preferably, the ratio of (5-15): (5-15): (2-8): (2-8): (2-8): (2-8): (5-12): (5-15): (5-15): (5-15): (2-8); further, the ratio is 10:10:5:5:5:5:8:10:10:10: 5.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the organic silicon compound to the isomeric alkane and the oil and fat compounds thereof is (1-2): (1-4); more preferably, it is 5: 7.
The applicant finds that the organic silicon compound, the isoalkane and the oil and fat compounds are compounded, so that the breathable protective layer can be formed, and meanwhile, the external stimulation can be resisted. The reason is that the compound of various isomeric alkanes and oil compounds thereof in the application can improve the stability of the prepared composition at high and low temperatures, has high film forming property and can also improve the smoothness and the use comfort of the composition. The applicant has found that, when the weight ratio of the organosilicon compound to the isoparaffin and the oil-and-fat compound thereof is (1-2): (1-4), the prepared composition is applied to the skin, so that the moisture loss in the skin can be reduced, the irritation can be reduced, the skin redness and sensitivity are avoided, and the high-temperature stability and the low-temperature stability of the composition are improved. In addition, isopropyl myristate can also be used for promoting the penetrating capability of the composition under the synergistic action with polydimethylsiloxane, so that the effective components can penetrate into the dermis, and the performance of the repairing composition is further improved.
Preferably, the vegetable oil and fat derivative is one or more of cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olivine oleate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester and glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester; further preferred are mixtures of cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olivine oleate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the cetearyl glucoside to the sorbitan olivine oleate to the glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester to the glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester to the glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester is (0.1-5): (0.1-5): (0.1-10): (0.1-10): (0.1-10); further preferably, the ratio of (1-4): (1-4): (2-8): (2-8): (2-8); further, 3:3:5:5: 5.
In order to further improve the stability and repair effect of the composition, in some preferred embodiments, the vegetable oil and fat derivative comprises cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olivate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester. The applicant has surprisingly found that the weight ratio of (0.1-5): (0.1-5): (0.1-10): (0.1-10): the cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olivate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester and glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester (0.1-10) are added into the composition as vegetable oil derivatives, so that the moisturizing effect of the composition can be enhanced, the composition is cool in texture, and meanwhile, no harmful substances such as dioxane, ethylene oxide and the like are left in the system, in addition, the addition of the glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester can help to improve the water solubility of other oils, and the vegetable oil derivatives synergistically improve the compounding effect of the organic silicon compound and the isoparaffin and the oil compounds thereof, so that the stability and the repairing effect of the composition are further improved.
Preferably, the plant extract is one or more of centella asiatica extract, turmeric root extract, gentian root extract, angelica dahurica extract, honeysuckle extract, seaweed extract, oat bran extract, licorice extract, purslane extract, aesculus hippocastanum extract, and citrus fruit extract; further preferred are centella asiatica extract, gentian extract, oat bran extract, aesculus hippocastanum extract, and citrus fruit extract.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the centella asiatica extract, the gentian root extract, the oat bran extract, the aesculus hippocastanum extract and the citrus fruit extract is (0.001-2): (0.005-3): (0.001-2): (0.001-2): (0.002-3); further preferably, it is (0.5-1.5): (1-2): (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5): (1-2); further, 1:1.5:1:1: 1.4.
In order to reduce skin irritation and improve moisture retention of the composition, in some preferred embodiments, the composition comprises plant extracts including centella asiatica extract, gentian root extract, oat bran extract, aesculus hippocastanum extract, citrus fruit extract. The applicant has unexpectedly found that the weight ratio of (0.001-2): (0.005-3): (0.001-2): (0.001-2): (0.002-3) the centella asiatica extract, the gentian root extract, the oat bran extract, the aesculus hippocastanum extract and the citrus fruit extract are added into the composition as plant extracts, wherein the effective components not only have the repairing effect on atopic dermatitis, but also can relieve the allergic phenomenon, so that the external stimulation is resisted, the anti-inflammatory and soothing effects are achieved, and the composition is suitable for most people, particularly for allergic skin. In addition, the synergistic effect of the five plant extracts can promote the secretion of epidermal cells, so that the skin aging is prevented while the grease is removed, and the skin is kept moist for a long time. However, the natural plant extract is applied to the astringent, and although the components are safe, the stability is poor.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a skin barrier repair composition for protecting against external stimuli, comprising the steps of:
adding organosilicon compound, isoalkane and its oil compound, and vegetable oil derivative into emulsifying pot, heating to 75-88 deg.C, stirring, adding plant extract, and stirring.
Has the beneficial effects that:
1. selecting the following components in percentage by weight (0.2-20): (0.1-10) polydimethylsiloxane and dimethiconol as organosilicon compounds, and the prepared repairing composition has good air permeability and lubricity while reducing water loss through skin.
2. Selecting the components in the weight ratio of (1-2): the composition prepared from the organosilicon compound and the isoalkane and the oil compounds thereof in the step (1-4) is applied to skin, so that the moisture loss in the skin can be reduced, the irritation can be reduced, the skin redness and sensitivity can be avoided, and the high-temperature and low-temperature stability of the composition is improved.
3. 5. The addition of the glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester can help to improve the water solubility of other grease, and the vegetable grease derivative synergistically improves the compounding effect of the organic silicon compound, the isomane and grease compounds thereof, so that the stability and the repairing effect of the composition are further improved.
6. According to the invention, the organic silicon compound and the isomeric grease compound are compounded to form a breathable protective layer, so that the external stimulation can be resisted, the plant extract can be assisted to continuously act on sensitive skin, and a better skin repairing effect is achieved under the synergistic effect of the plant grease derivative.
7. The skin barrier repairing composition capable of resisting external stimulation, which is prepared by the invention, is suitable for various skins, such as sensitive skins, oily skins, dry skins and the like.

Examples
Example 1
Example 1 provides a skin barrier repair composition for combating external irritants prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of organic silicon compound, 35 parts of isoalkane and oil compounds thereof, 10 parts of vegetable oil derivatives and 2 parts of plant extract.
The organic silicon compound is polydimethylsiloxane and dimethiconol.
The organosilicon compounds were all purchased from eastern Male chemical Co., Ltd, Guangzhou.
The weight ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane to the dimethiconol is 2: 1.
The said isoalkane and its grease compound are mixture of isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, and isostearyl pivalate.

Example 2 provides a skin barrier repair composition that is resistant to external stimuli, and the specific embodiment is the same as example 1, except that: the preparation raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of organic silicon compound, 10 parts of isoalkane and oil compounds thereof, 10 parts of vegetable oil derivatives and 2 parts of plant extract.

Performance test method
1. Stability test
The skin barrier repair compositions prepared in examples 1 to 6, which were resistant to external stimuli, were tested for their stability and heat resistance: keeping the temperature at 48 +/-2 ℃ for 24 hours, and comparing the performance difference after the room temperature is recovered with the performance difference before the test; cold resistance: keeping the temperature at (-18 +/-2 ℃) for 24 hours, and comparing the performance difference after room temperature is recovered with that before the test; high and low temperature cycle test: keeping the temperature at (48 +/-2 ℃) for 1 hour, then quickly keeping the temperature at (-18 +/-2 ℃) for 1 hour, and after 12 times of circulation, comparing the performance difference with that before the test after the room temperature is recovered; the results are shown in Table 1.
2. Rate of water loss through skin
30 volunteers between 20 and 50 years of age were selected and divided into 5 groups, 6 and 6 persons in each group were tested for their percutaneous water loss rates immediately after use, 14 days after use and 28 days after use by using the skin barrier repair composition for external stimulation prepared in examples 1 to 6 once in the morning and evening on the inner side of the arm, the percutaneous water loss rate of the skin was tested by using a percutaneous water loss tester, 5 groups were averaged, and the 28-day change rate (percutaneous water loss rate after use 28 days-percutaneous water loss rate immediately after use)/percutaneous water loss rate immediately after use 100% was calculated, and the measured data were recorded in table 2. A higher absolute value of the 28-day rate of change indicates a lower transdermal water loss rate after 28 days, the better the barrier repair function of the skin barrier repair composition on the stratum corneum.
3. Irritation test
The irritation of the composition was judged by lactic acid sting test. Selecting 30 volunteers aged 20-50 years, applying samples to the left side of the nose wing and applying placebo to the right side of the nose wing under the condition of not informing the volunteers of applying the samples, applying the samples to the right side of the nose wing for 1 minute, naturally airing and absorbing, applying lactic acid solution with equal concentration (2.5%) to the two side of the nose wing, grading the stinging sensation of the two side of the nose wing by the volunteers, judging that the samples in the embodiments are effective when the stinging sensation is obviously smaller than that of the placebo, and recording the results in a table 2.

Claims (10)
1. A skin barrier repairing composition capable of resisting external stimulation is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-40 parts of organic silicon compound, 5-50 parts of isoalkane and oil compounds thereof, 0.5-15 parts of vegetable oil derivatives and 0.02-5 parts of plant extracts.
2. The skin barrier repairing composition against external stimuli according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-35 parts of organic silicon compound, 15-40 parts of isoalkane and oil compounds thereof, 2-13 parts of vegetable oil derivatives and 1-4 parts of plant extract.
3. A skin barrier repairing composition against external irritants according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the weight ratio of said organosilicon compound to said isoparaffin or said lipidic compound is from 1 to 2: 1-4.
4. A skin barrier repairing composition according to any of claims 1 to 3 wherein said organosilicon compound is one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, dimethiconol, octyl methicone, cyclopentadimethicone, methyl terminated silicone oil, polyether modified silicone oil.

A skin barrier rejuvenating composition according to claim 4 wherein said isoparaffin and said oleaginous compound are isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethylhexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetrakis (ethylhexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isostearyl pivalate in admixture.

A skin barrier rejuvenating composition as claimed in claim 5 wherein said isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethylhexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetrakis (ethylhexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isostearyl pivalate are present in a weight ratio of from 1 to 20: 1-20: 0.5-10: 0.5-10: 0.5-10: 0.5-10: 1-15: 1-20: 1-20: 1-20: 0.5-10.
7. A skin barrier treatment composition according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the vegetable oil and fat derivative is cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olivate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester, mixtures thereof.
8. A skin barrier rejuvenating composition according to claim 7 wherein the weight ratio of cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olivate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester is from 0.1 to 5: 0.1-5: 0.1-10: 0.1-10: 0.1-10.
9. The skin barrier repair composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the plant extract is one or more of centella asiatica extract, curcuma aromatica extract, gentian root extract, angelia dahurica extract, honeysuckle extract, seaweed extract, oat bran extract, glycyrrhiza extract, purslane extract, aesculus hippocastanum extract, and citrus fruit extract.
10. A method of preparing a skin barrier rejuvenating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9 which is resistant to external irritants, comprising the steps of:
adding organosilicon compound, isoalkane and its oil compound, and vegetable oil derivative into emulsifying pot, heating to 75-88 deg.C, stirring, adding plant extract, and stirring.
