The skin barrier repair compositions prepared in examples 1 to 6, which were resistant to external stimuli, were tested for their stability and heat resistance: keeping the temperature at 48 +/-2 ℃ for 24 hours, and comparing the performance difference after the room temperature is recovered with the performance difference before the test; cold resistance: keeping the temperature at (-18 +/-2 ℃) for 24 hours, and comparing the performance difference after room temperature is recovered with that before the test; high and low temperature cycle test: keeping the temperature at (48 +/-2 ℃) for 1 hour, then quickly keeping the temperature at (-18 +/-2 ℃) for 1 hour, and after 12 times of circulation, comparing the performance difference with that before the test after the room temperature is recovered; the results are shown in Table 1.
2. Rate of water loss through skin
30 volunteers between 20 and 50 years of age were selected and divided into 5 groups, 6 and 6 persons in each group were tested for their percutaneous water loss rates immediately after use, 14 days after use and 28 days after use by using the skin barrier repair composition for external stimulation prepared in examples 1 to 6 once in the morning and evening on the inner side of the arm, the percutaneous water loss rate of the skin was tested by using a percutaneous water loss tester, 5 groups were averaged, and the 28-day change rate (percutaneous water loss rate after use 28 days-percutaneous water loss rate immediately after use)/percutaneous water loss rate immediately after use 100% was calculated, and the measured data were recorded in table 2. A higher absolute value of the 28-day rate of change indicates a lower transdermal water loss rate after 28 days, the better the barrier repair function of the skin barrier repair composition on the stratum corneum.
3. Irritation test
The irritation of the composition was judged by lactic acid sting test. Selecting 30 volunteers aged 20-50 years, applying samples to the left side of the nose wing and applying placebo to the right side of the nose wing under the condition of not informing the volunteers of applying the samples, applying the samples to the right side of the nose wing for 1 minute, naturally airing and absorbing, applying lactic acid solution with equal concentration (2.5%) to the two side of the nose wing, grading the stinging sensation of the two side of the nose wing by the volunteers, judging that the samples in the embodiments are effective when the stinging sensation is obviously smaller than that of the placebo, and recording the results in a table 2.
