Specifically, the content of the salvia miltiorrhiza bunge extract is 0.1% -5%, preferably 0.2% -2% by total mass of the skin repair special cream, such as: 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, etc. When the content of the salvia miltiorrhiza bunge extract is within the range of 0.1-5%, the salvia miltiorrhiza bunge extract has good sterilizing and anti-inflammatory effects and also has the effects of activating skin and repairing.
When the combination of madecassoside, polypeptide, patchouli leaf extract and salvia miltiorrhiza extract is used as an anti-inflammatory repair component, the combination has a synergistic effect, and the efficacy of each component in the combination can be exerted most effectively.
Barrier repair compositions
The barrier repair component of the present invention may comprise ceramides and/or the phytosterol canola oil glycerides.
Among them, ceramide is a main component constituting a lipid of the stratum corneum of the skin, and helps repair the skin barrier, so that the skin is soft and glossy. Ceramide not only can resist external stimulation, but also can thicken the horny layer, improve the tolerance of the whole skin, avoid sensitivity and repair red blood filaments, and is an excellent barrier repair component.
Preferably, the ceramide is present in an amount of 0.01% to 1%, preferably 0.3 to 0.6%, for example: 0.02%, 0.05%, 0.08%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.8%, 0.9%, etc. When the addition amount of the ceramide is 0.01-1%, the ceramide can effectively resist external stimulation, thicken the stratum corneum, improve the tolerance of the whole skin, avoid sensitivity and repair red blood streak.
The phytosterols, Canola Glycerides (AAK AB), are suitable for use in sensitive muscles to improve the water retention of dry skin and protect the skin from environmental hazards.
Preferably, the phytosterol canola glycerides are present in an amount of from 0.1% to 5%, preferably from 0.5% to 2%, by weight of the total skin rejuvenation cream, for example: 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, etc. When the content of the phytosterol low erucic acid rapeseed oil glyceride is 0.1-5%, the phytosterol low erucic acid rapeseed oil glyceride can better generate a synergistic effect with ceramide, so that the skin barrier is repaired.
Other Components
The skin-repairing special cream can also comprise one or the combination of more than two of emulsifier, emollient grease, thickener and preservative. Preferably, the content of the emulsifier is 0.1-1%; the content of the emollient oil is 1% -10%, the content of the thickening agent is 0.3% -1%, and the content of the preservative is 0.1% -1%.
As for the emulsifier, in the present invention, the emulsifier is added in an amount of 0.1 to 1% based on the total mass of the skin-rejuvenating super cream, for example: 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.8%, 0.9%, etc. When the dosage of the emulsifier is too low, the emulsifier is not sufficiently emulsified, so that the system is unstable; when the dosage of the emulsifier is too high, the stability of the product can be influenced to a certain extent.
The kind of the emulsifier is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be any emulsifier commonly used in the art. Specifically, in the present invention, the emulsifier includes one or a combination of two or more of hydrogenated lecithin, PEG-20 methylglucamine sesquistearate, and the like.
As for the thickener, in the present invention, the content of the thickener is 0.3% to 1%, preferably 0.5 to 0.8%, based on the total mass of the skin-rejuvenating cream, for example: 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.8%, 0.9%, etc. The skin rejuvenation benefit cream of the present invention can be made to a suitable consistency by the addition of a thickener.
The kind of the thickener is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be any thickener commonly used in the art. Specifically, in the invention, the thickening agent comprises one or more than two of carbomer, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer and acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer.
As for the emollient oils, in the present invention, the content of the emollient oils is 1% to 10%, preferably 2% to 5%, based on the total mass of the skin-rejuvenating special cream, for example: 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, etc. The skin-repairing special cream is added with skin-moistening oil, so that the evaporation of water on the surface of the skin can be reduced, and the skin is prevented from being dried and cracked. In addition, by adding emollient oils and fats, a hydrophobic film can be formed on the skin surface to prevent the invasion of harmful substances from the outside. When the content of the oil is too low, evaporation of moisture on the surface of the skin cannot be reduced, and invasion of harmful substances cannot be effectively prevented; when the content of the skin-moistening oil is too high, the skin-repairing special cream is too greasy, and the using feeling is reduced.
The type of emollient oil is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be any thickener commonly used in the art. Specifically, in the invention, the emollient oil comprises one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, shea butter, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dimethiconol and squalane.
In addition, the skin-repairing special cream of the present invention may further contain a pH adjuster, a preservative, and the like. The content of the pH adjuster and the preservative is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be added as needed. Specifically, the amount of the pH adjuster to be added is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the pH of the skin care cream of the present invention may be made neutral by adding the pH adjuster. While the content of the preservative cannot generally exceed the cosmetic industry regulations, in particular, the content of the preservative is 0.1% to 1%, preferably 0.5% to 0.8%.
Specifically, in the present invention, the pH adjuster may be a pH adjuster commonly used in the art, for example: aminomethyl propanol, and the like.
<Second aspect of the invention>
In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a process for the preparation of a skin rejuvenation benefit cream comprising the step of mixing the components of the skin rejuvenation benefit cream.
Specifically, the preparation method of the skin-repairing special cream comprises the following steps:
step 1) combine the moisturizing component, optionally a thickener, and optionally deionized water as phase a, and the barrier repair component, optionally an emollient oil, and optionally an emulsifier as phase B.
Step 2) mixing the A, B phases uniformly, heating to 80-85 ℃ respectively, adding the B phase into the A phase, and homogenizing uniformly.
And 3) cooling the whole system to 45 ℃, adding the anti-inflammatory repair component, the preservative optionally existing and the pH regulator optionally existing, uniformly stirring to normal temperature, and discharging.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
In the examples: the manufacturing factory of the ceramide is Guangdong modern Han prescription science and technology limited company;
the manufacturer of madecassoside is the french saibik company;
the manufacturer of the patchouli leaf extract is the company of America Asia Shilan;
the production company of the salvia miltiorrhiza extract is vast Sen Biotech limited Oriental;
the plant sterol canola oil glycerides is AKK Nordic oil group;
high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate: 100 ten thousand to 180 ten thousand daltons, manufacturer: huaxi Biotechnology Ltd;
small molecular weight sodium hyaluronate: 5-1 kilo daltons, manufacturer: huaxi Biotechnology Ltd.
Examples 1 to 7
The two phases were weighed A, B accurately.
A, B, heating to 80-85 deg.C, adding phase B into phase A, homogenizing, and cooling.
And (3) when the whole system is continuously stirred and cooled to below 45 ℃, sequentially adding the phase C and the premixed phase D, uniformly stirring and then discharging.
The skin-repairing special cream is prepared according to the method according to the mass percentage shown in the following table 1-2.

Performance testing
1. Soothing and repairing effect
Using examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 4 as test samples, 20 female subjects having an allergy phenomenon at the age of 20 to 30 were selected and tested, and used daily in the morning and evening on the face in an amount of (2.0. + -. 0.1) mg/cm2(i.e., 0.0171g to 0.0189 g). The skin condition of the subjects after 7 days of use was tested in the form of questionnaires, and the soothing and repairing effect was measured in 10 points, 0 point representing no effect, and 10 points representing significant improvement in dry skin or acne symptoms, and the results are shown in tables 4 and 5.

As can be seen from the results shown in Table 4, the subjects had a more significant restorative effect when the special creams prepared in examples 1 to 7 were used.

As can be seen from the results shown in Table 5, the subjects had substantially no repairing effect when using the special creams prepared in comparative examples 1 to 4, as compared with examples 1 to 7.
2. Irritation test
Using examples 1-6 as test samples, 30 female subjects with hyperallergy at 20-30 years old were selected and tested, and used daily in the morning and evening at (2.0. + -. 0.1) mg/cm2(i.e., 0.0171g to 0.0189 g). The subjects were each tested for irritation when using the product in the form of a questionnaire, and the results are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from the results shown in Table 6, one person felt clear stinging 4 and felt slight stinging when the special cream prepared in comparative example 4 was tried, and the test subjects felt no stinging when the special creams prepared in the remaining comparative examples were tried.
3. Test of moisturizing Effect
3.1 short term moisturization test
Female subjects of 20 to 30 years old were selected for the moisturizing test using examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 5 as test samples. As test samples, the medial forearm area of the volunteer was 3.0cm X3.0 cm, and the amount of the sample was (2.0. + -. 0.1) mg/cm2(i.e., 0.0171g to 0.0189 g). The water content of the horny layer was measured as a value of the sample at the time of 2 hours and 4 hours after the initiation and the use of the product, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 7. Wherein the test persons numbered 1-10 performed the tests of examples 1-3; the testers numbered 11-20 performed the testsTesting of examples 4-6; the testers numbered 21-30 performed the tests of example 7 and comparative examples 1-2; the testers numbered 31-40 performed the tests of comparative examples 3-5.

As can be seen from the experimental results of table 7, the samples prepared in comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3 and comparative example 5 had inferior moisturizing effect in the 4-hour moisturizing test, compared to the other samples. The short-term moisturizing effect of examples 1-7 was very significant. In addition, it can be seen from comparative example 3 that the barrier repair component (typically the phytosterols canola glycerides) has some moisturizing effect.
3.2 Long-term moisture test
Female subjects of 20-30 years old were selected for the moisturizing test using examples 2-4 as test samples. As test samples, the medial forearm area of the volunteer was 3.0cm X3.0 cm, and the amount of the sample was (2.0. + -. 0.1) mg/cm2(i.e., 0.0171g to 0.0189 g). The water content of the stratum corneum was measured as a value for the sample at the beginning and 28 days after the use of the product, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 8.

From the results shown in Table 8, it can be seen that the special creams of examples 2 to 4 of the present invention have excellent moisturizing effects. Therefore, the special cream has excellent moisturizing effect.
The above examples of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The skin repair special cream is characterized by comprising the following components:
anti-inflammatory repair component: 0.13% -13%;
moisture retention component: 1.02% -11.2%; and
barrier repair component: 0.11% -6%; wherein
The moisturizing component comprises a polyol, hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, and a ceramide.
2. The skin-repairing cream composition according to claim 1, wherein the polyhydric alcohol is added in an amount of 1 to 10% by mass based on the total mass of the skin-repairing cream composition; the addition amount of the ceramide is 0.01-1%; the addition amount of the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof is 0.01-0.3%.
3. The skin-repairing cream according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the anti-inflammatory repair component comprises one or a combination of more than two of madecassoside, polypeptide, patchouli leaf extract and salvia miltiorrhiza extract;
preferably, the content of the madecassoside is 0.01-1% of the total mass of the skin-repairing special cream; the content of the polypeptide is 0.01-5%; the content of the patchouli leaf extract is 0.01-2%; the content of the salvia miltiorrhiza extract is 0.1-5%.
4. The skin rejuvenation cream as claimed in claim 3 wherein said polypeptide comprises oligopeptide-1 and/or palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7.
5. The skin rejuvenation cream as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the barrier repair component comprises ceramides and/or phytosterol canola glycerides;
preferably, the content of the ceramide is 0.01-1% by the total mass of the skin repair special cream; the content of the phytosterol low erucic acid rapeseed oil glyceride is 0.1-5%.
6. The skin rejuvenation cream as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 further including one or a combination of two or more of emulsifiers, emollient oils, thickeners and preservatives;
preferably, the content of the emulsifier is 0.1-1%; the content of the emollient oil is 1% -10%, the content of the thickening agent is 0.3% -1%, and the content of the preservative is 0.1% -1%.
7. The skin rejuvenation cream as defined in claim 6 wherein said emulsifier comprises one or a combination of two or more of lecithin, PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, methyl glucose sesquistearate.
8. The skin rejuvenation cream as claimed in claim 6 or claim 7 wherein the thickener comprises one or a combination of two or more of carbomer, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer.
9. The skin rejuvenation cream as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8 wherein said emollient oil comprises one or a combination of two or more of dimethicone, shea butter, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dimethiconol and squalane.
10. A method of making a skin rejuvenation benefit cream according to any one of claims 1 to 9 which includes the step of mixing the components of the skin rejuvenation benefit cream.
