Abstract
The invention discloses a soothing and moisturizing composition suitable for desert muscles and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the soothing and moisturizing composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of ceramide III, 1 to 7 percent of cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, 0.5 to 3 percent of scutellaria baicalensis extract and 0.02 to 0.7 percent of beta-glucan. The soothing and moisturizing composition provided by the invention is used for preparing soothing and moisturizing cream with good soothing, moisturizing and repairing effects. In addition, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, high in production efficiency and low in production cost, and can be used for large-scale production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a soothing and moisturizing composition suitable for desert muscles and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Desert skin, as the name implies, is very dry, as in desert, even dry lines. The desert skin and the dry skin are not the same thing, the severity of water shortage of the dry skin is lower compared with the desert skin, the desert skin is very sensitive compared with the common dry skin, the common dry skin can be relieved by timely water replenishing and moisture retention, and the treatment of the desert skin generally needs to persist in water replenishing for a long time and simultaneously needs to relieve and repair the damaged skin barrier.
At present, products aiming at desert skin are relatively few in the market, so that the development of a product suitable for desert skin, which has a good soothing and moisturizing effect and can repair skin barriers, is very necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a soothing and moisturizing composition suitable for desert muscles, a preparation method and application thereof, solves the problems of sensitive desert muscle dryness and skin barrier damage in the prior art, and is simple to operate, high in production efficiency, low in production cost and applicable to large-scale production.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a soothing and moisturizing composition suitable for desert muscles, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
in some embodiments, the scutellaria baicalensis extract is a scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, which is an extract obtained by extracting the flowers, leaves and stems of scutellaria alpina together.
In some embodiments, the soothing moisturizing composition further comprises a polyol, a chelating agent, a thickener, a skin conditioner, deionized water, an emulsifier, an emollient, an antioxidant, a PH adjuster, and a preservative.
In some technical schemes, the soothing and moisturizing composition is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
phase A: beta-glucan 0.02-0.7%, polyhydric alcohol 2-10%, chelating agent 0.01-0.5%, thickening agent 0.01-5%, skin conditioner 0.01-5%, and deionized water to make up to 100%;
phase B: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of ceramide III, 1 to 7 percent of cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, 0.5 to 5 percent of emulsifier, 1 to 10.5 percent of emollient and 0.01 to 1 percent of antioxidant;
and C phase: 0.5 to 3 percent of scutellaria baicalensis extract, 0.01 to 2 percent of PH regulator and 0.01 to 2 percent of preservative.
As a preferred technical scheme, the soothing and moisturizing composition is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
phase A: beta-glucan 0.2%, polyhydric alcohol 2.5%, chelating agent 0.05%, thickening agent 0.4%, skin conditioning agent 0.17%, and deionized water to make up to 100%;
phase B: 0.5% of ceramide III, 5% of cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, 1.7% of emulsifier, 10.5% of emollient and 0.5% of antioxidant;
and C phase: 2.5 percent of scutellaria baicalensis extract, 0.2 percent of PH regulator and 0.55 percent of preservative.
In some embodiments, the polyol is at least one of glycerol, panthenol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, and hexylene glycol.
As a preferable technical scheme, the polyalcohol is compounded by hexanediol and glycerol.
In some embodiments, the chelating agent is disodium EDTA.
In some embodiments, the preservative is at least one of phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, and ethylhexyl glycerin.
As a preferable technical scheme, the preservative is prepared by compounding phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
In some technical schemes, the thickening agent is at least one of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl acrylate, sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and xanthan gum.
As a preferable technical scheme, the thickening agent is acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer.
In some embodiments, the emulsifier is at least one of cetearyl glucoside, methylgluco sesquistearate, PEG-20 methylgluco sesquistearate, cetearyl olive oleate, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate.
As a preferable technical scheme, the emulsifier is compounded by adopting methyl glucose sesquistearate and PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate.
In some embodiments, the antioxidant is tocopherol acetate.
In some embodiments, the emollient is at least one of isononyl isononanoate, caprylic capric triglyceride, hydrogenated polyisobutene, shea butter, dioctyl carbonate.
As a preferable technical scheme, the emollient is prepared by compounding isononyl isononanoate, caprylic capric triglyceride and shea butter.
In some embodiments, the skin conditioning agent is at least one of allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, fucus extract, and arginine/lysine polypeptide.
As a preferable technical scheme, the skin conditioner is prepared by compounding allantoin and sodium hyaluronate.
In some embodiments, the PH adjusting agent is at least one of triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, and sodium citrate.
According to a preferable technical scheme, the PH regulator is aminomethyl propanol.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides the use of said soothing and moisturizing composition in cosmetics suitable for desert muscles.
In some technical schemes, the cosmetic is any one of soothing moisturizing lotion, soothing moisturizing cream and soothing moisturizing cream.
In a third aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the soothing and moisturizing composition as a soothing and moisturizing cream, which comprises the following steps:
(1) stirring the beta-glucan of the phase A, the polyalcohol, the chelating agent, the thickening agent and the skin conditioner by using part of deionized water until the beta-glucan, the polyalcohol, the chelating agent, the thickening agent and the skin conditioner are completely dissolved, heating to 80-85 ℃, and preserving heat;
(2) stirring the ceramide III, the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, the emulsifier, the emollient and the antioxidant of the phase B with the rest deionized water until the ceramide III, the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, the emulsifier, the emollient and the antioxidant are completely dissolved, heating to 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature;
(3) adding the phase B into the phase A raw material, and homogenizing at constant temperature for 3-5 minutes;
(4) cooling to 45 deg.C under stirring, adding Scutellariae radix extract of phase C, pH regulator and antiseptic, and stirring;
(5) stirring and cooling to below 38 ℃, and filtering out impurities to obtain the finished product.
Ceramide III: ceramide (Ceramide) is a kind of phospholipid with Ceramide as a skeleton, mainly comprising Ceramide phosphorylcholine and Ceramide phosphorylethanolamine, the phospholipid is a main component of a cell membrane, 40-50% of sebum in a horny layer is composed of Ceramide, and the Ceramide is a main part of an intercellular matrix and plays an important role in keeping the moisture balance of the horny layer. There are roughly 6 types of ceramides on the market, among which ceramide type iii rapidly and effectively penetrates into the intercellular substance, maintains skin elasticity and moisture, restores and reestablishes cell adhesiveness, rapidly restores dry and damaged skin, and is particularly desirable for sensitive skin.
cetyl-PG hydroxyethylpalmitamide is an analogue of ceramide NS/ceramide NG which enhances epidermal cohesion, repairs the skin barrier, and improves the skin's ability to retain moisture.
The beta-glucan can promote the proliferation of Langerhans cells so as to enhance the immunocompetence of the skin, has obvious anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activities, has a film-forming property, and can help the skin to keep moisture.
The extract of the flowers, leaves and stems of the scutellaria alpina has obvious biological activity, has the functions of bacteriostasis, anti-inflammation and anti-allergic reaction, has the function of promoting the generation of ceramide, can improve the sebum composition, enables the skin to have the softness, can calm the skin and has certain red fading effect.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a novel anti-counterfeiting method, which has the following beneficial effects:
the soothing and moisturizing composition provided by the invention is used for preparing the soothing and moisturizing cream and has good soothing, moisturizing and repairing effects. Specifically, (1) the result of a skin patch test of a human body shows that the soothing and moisturizing cream does not have adverse reaction on the skin, and is safe and non-irritant. (2) From the moisturizing test results, the soothing moisturizing cream improves the moisture content of the skin and has better moisturizing effect due to the complex use of beta-glucan, the scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, ceramide III and cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitoyl. (3) According to the repairing effect test result, the soothing repairing cream prepared by compounding beta-glucan, the scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, the ceramide III and the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitoyl can be synergistically enhanced, so that the effect of reducing the heme EI value of the soothing moisturizing cream is improved on one hand, and the soothing moisturizing cream has the effect of relieving SDS stimulation; on the other hand, the effect of the soothing moisturizing cream on reducing the percutaneous water loss is improved, and the soothing moisturizing cream prepared by the invention has the effect of repairing the skin barrier.
In addition, the preparation method provided by the invention is simple to operate, high in production efficiency and low in production cost, and can be used for large-scale production.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely by the detailed embodiments, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The present invention is further described below by way of examples 1 to 5.
Embodiments 1 to 5 respectively provide a soothing and moisturizing composition, which is a soothing and moisturizing cream, and comprises the following raw materials:
phase A: beta-glucan, polyalcohol, a chelating agent, a thickening agent, a skin conditioning agent and deionized water;
phase B: ceramide III, cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, emulsifier, emollient, antioxidant;
and C phase: scutellariae radix extract, pH regulator, and antiseptic.
Wherein the Scutellariae radix extract is obtained by extracting flos Scutellariae, folium Scutellariae and stems of Scutellaria alpina, and is purchased from Dismann. The polyalcohol is compounded by hexanediol and glycerol. The chelating agent is disodium EDTA. The thickening agent is acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer. The skin conditioner is prepared by compounding allantoin and sodium hyaluronate. The emulsifier is compounded with methyl glucose sesquistearate and PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate. The emollient is prepared by compounding isononyl isononanoate, caprylic capric triglyceride and shea butter. The antioxidant is tocopherol acetate. The PH regulator is aminomethyl propanol. The preservative is prepared by compounding phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The raw materials, reagents or instruments used are not indicated by manufacturers, and all are conventional products which can be obtained commercially.
The preparation method of the soothing moisturizing cream of embodiments 1 to 5 comprises the following steps:
(1) stirring the phase A beta-glucan, the polyalcohol, the chelating agent, the thickening agent and the skin conditioning agent by using part of deionized water until the beta-glucan, the polyalcohol, the chelating agent, the thickening agent and the skin conditioning agent are completely dissolved, heating to 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature;
(2) stirring the ceramide III, the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, the emulsifier, the emollient and the antioxidant of the phase B with the rest deionized water until the ceramide III, the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, the emulsifier, the emollient and the antioxidant are completely dissolved, heating to 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature;
(3) adding the phase B into the phase A raw material, and homogenizing at constant temperature for 3-5 minutes;
(4) cooling to 45 deg.C under stirring, adding Scutellariae radix extract of phase C, pH regulator and antiseptic, and stirring;
(5) stirring and cooling to below 38 ℃, and filtering out impurities to obtain the finished product.
Specifically, the specific formulation compositions of the soothing and moisturizing creams of examples 1-5 are shown in table 1 below.

The effects of the present invention are verified by comparing comparative examples 1 to 10 with the present invention.
The creams are provided in comparative examples 1 to 10, and the specific formula composition of the creams in the comparative examples 1 to 10 is shown in the following table 2. The preparation method of the creams of comparative examples 1 to 10 is the same as that of example 1.

The soothing, moisturizing and repairing effects of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 10 are demonstrated by tests below.
1. Patch test on human skin
1.1 test substance: the soothing and moisturizing cream prepared in the embodiments 1-5 of the invention;
1.2 subjects: the age of 10 men and 22 women is 20-40 years, and the total of 32 men and women meet the volunteer enrollment standard of the subject;
1.3 test methods: placing the tested object in a proper spot sticking device by adopting a closed test method, sticking the tested object on the arm curve side of the tested object by using a hypoallergenic adhesive tape, and lightly pressing the tested object by using a palm to uniformly stick the tested object on the skin for 24 hours; the blank control group was subject without product;
1.4 observations: the test devices were removed after 24 hours, the skin reactions were observed after 0.5h, 24h, 48h, respectively, and the reaction results were recorded. The grade of the adverse reaction of the skin is shown in Table 3, and the test results are shown in Table 4.

The results in Table 4 show that in 32 subjects, the examples 1-5 have no adverse skin reactions, which indicates that the soothing and moisturizing creams of the examples 1-5 are safe and non-irritant.
2. Moisturizing test
The soothing moisturizing cream in the example 1 and the creams prepared in the comparative examples 1 to 10 are selected as test samples, and moisturizing effect evaluation is carried out on testers, wherein the specific experimental design is as follows:
and 5 effective subjects are selected for testing each sample, and the test is carried out under the same test condition, wherein the temperature is 20-22 ℃, and the humidity is 40-60%. Before the test, the subject was tested by the staff in the unified clean both hands forearm: the area marking was measured on the inner forearm of the subject, the area of the test area was 3cm x 3cm, and the same arm could mark multiple areas, each 2cm apart. Before formal test, the people need to sit in a room with constant temperature and humidity for half an hour. Carrying out an initial value (0h) test of the skin stratum corneum moisture; at 0.055mL sample/cm2The amount of the skin moisture content in the area is measured by using a skin moisture content measuring probe after the sample is smeared in the test area and is massaged until the sample is completely absorbed for 30 minutes, namely the skin moisture content in the 30-minute area. The stratum corneum moisture content was then tested at 60, 120, and 180 minutes after application, and the results are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from the data in table 5: compared with the cream before use, the soothing and moisturizing cream in the example 1 and the creams prepared in the comparative examples 1-10 improve the moisture content of the skin to a certain extent when used for 180 minutes, except for the comparative example 6, the test effect of the example 1 is more obvious, and the soothing and moisturizing cream prepared by compounding the beta-glucan, the scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, the ceramide III and the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitoyl improves the moisture content of the skin and has better moisturizing and moisturizing effects.
Comparative example 6 and example 1 did not show much difference in test effect, but comparative example 6 greatly increased the amounts of β -glucan, scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, ceramide iii and cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitoyl in the formulation, increasing production costs.
3. Testing of repair effect
A skin damage model is established by SDS stimulation of a certain concentration, and after test samples are continuously smeared on damaged skin for 7 days, the repairing efficacy of the samples on the damaged skin caused by the SDS stimulation is evaluated through a skin erythrocin and percutaneous water loss TEWL test.
Test samples: 11 groups of soothing and moisturizing cream prepared in example 1 and cream prepared in comparative examples 1-10.
Testing the population: 5 persons/group, women 25-45 years old.
Testing an instrument: german CK company multifunctional tester, probe model Tewameter TM 300.
The test method comprises the following steps: the skin heme was measured in the test area using a skin heme tester (MX18, Courage and Khazaka, Germany) and a multifunctional tester (Probe model TewameterTM300) from CK corporation, Germany, 2 times a day for 7 consecutive days, before using the samples after the model was established (D0), after using the samples 1, 3, 5, 7 days (D1, D3, D5, D7). The larger the skin heme index EI value is, the higher the skin heme content is; the larger the mean value of skin TEWL, the faster the transdermal water loss of the skin. The test results are shown in tables 6 and 7 below.

As can be seen from table 6, compared with the blank group, the soothing and moisturizing cream prepared in example 1 and the creams prepared in comparative examples 1 to 10 both have a certain effect of removing redness of skin caused by SDS stimulation, and except for comparative example 6, the effect of removing redness of the soothing and moisturizing cream prepared in example 1 is more remarkable, which indicates that the soothing and moisturizing cream prepared by compounding beta-glucan, scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, ceramide iii and cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitoyl can synergize, the effect of reducing heme EI value of the soothing and moisturizing cream is improved, and the soothing and moisturizing cream of the present invention has the effect of relieving SDS stimulation. While the test results of comparative example 6 and example 1 are not very different, comparative example 6 greatly increased the amounts of β -glucan, scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, ceramide iii and cetyl-PG hydroxyethylpalmitoyl in the formulation, increasing the production cost.

The soothing and repairing cream prepared by compounding the beta-glucan, the scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, the ceramide III and the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitoyl can realize synergistic interaction, the effect of the soothing and moisturizing cream on reducing the percutaneous water loss is improved, and the soothing and moisturizing cream prepared by the invention has the effect of repairing the skin barrier. Although the test effects of the comparative example 6 and the example 1 are not very different, the comparative example 6 greatly improves the dosage of the beta-glucan, the scutellaria alpina flower/leaf/stem extract, the ceramide III and the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitoyl in the formula, increases the production cost, is not in line with the actual production benefit, and also shows that the moisturizing and relieving composition can achieve a good effect of relieving, moisturizing and repairing the skin barrier within a certain concentration range, and the more the dosage is, the better the effect is.

4. A soothing moisturizing composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the soothing and moisturizing composition is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
phase A: beta-glucan 0.02-0.7%, polyhydric alcohol 2-10%, chelating agent 0.01-0.5%, thickening agent 0.01-5%, skin conditioner 0.01-5%, and deionized water to make up to 100%;
phase B: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of ceramide III, 1 to 7 percent of cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, 0.5 to 5 percent of emulsifier, 1 to 10.5 percent of emollient and 0.01 to 1 percent of antioxidant;
and C phase: 0.5 to 3 percent of scutellaria baicalensis extract, 0.01 to 2 percent of PH regulator and 0.01 to 2 percent of preservative.
5. A soothing moisturizing composition according to claim 4, characterized in that: the soothing and moisturizing composition is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
phase A: beta-glucan 0.2%, polyhydric alcohol 2.5%, chelating agent 0.05%, thickening agent 0.4%, skin conditioner 0.17%, and deionized water to make up to 100%;
phase B: 0.5% of ceramide III, 5% of cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, 1.7% of emulsifier, 10.5% of emollient and 0.5% of antioxidant;
and C phase: 2.5 percent of scutellaria baicalensis extract, 0.2 percent of pH regulator and 0.55 percent of preservative.
6. A soothing moisturizing composition according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that: the polyalcohol is at least one of glycerol, panthenol, propylene glycol, butanediol and hexanediol;
the chelating agent is EDTA disodium;
the preservative is at least one of phenoxyethanol, methyl hydroxybenzoate and ethylhexylglycerin;
the thickening agent is at least one of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl acrylate, sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and xanthan gum;
the emulsifier is at least one of cetearyl glucoside, methyl glucose sesquistearate, PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, cetearyl olive oleate, PEG-100 stearate, and glyceryl stearate.
7. A soothing moisturizing composition according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that: the antioxidant is tocopherol acetate;
the emollient is at least one of isononyl isononanoate, caprylic capric triglyceride, hydrogenated polyisobutene, shea butter and dioctyl carbonate;
the skin conditioner is at least one of allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, fucus extract and arginine/lysine polypeptide;
the pH regulator is at least one of triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, citric acid and sodium citrate.
8. A process for preparing a soothing moisturizing composition as claimed in any of claims 3 to 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) stirring the phase A beta-glucan, the polyalcohol, the chelating agent, the thickening agent and the skin conditioning agent by using part of deionized water until the beta-glucan, the polyalcohol, the chelating agent, the thickening agent and the skin conditioning agent are completely dissolved, heating to 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature;
(2) stirring the ceramide III, the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, the emulsifier, the emollient and the antioxidant of the phase B by using the rest deionized water until the ceramide III, the cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, the emulsifier, the emollient and the antioxidant are completely dissolved, heating to 80-85 ℃, and preserving heat;
(3) adding the phase B into the phase A raw material, and homogenizing at constant temperature for 3-5 minutes;
(4) cooling to 45 deg.C under stirring, adding Scutellariae radix extract of phase C, pH regulator and antiseptic, and stirring;
(5) stirring and cooling to below 38 ℃, and filtering out impurities to obtain the finished product.
9. Use of a soothing moisturizing composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5 in a cosmetic for desert skin.
10. Use according to claim 9, characterized in that: the cosmetic is any one of soothing moisturizing lotion, soothing moisturizing cream and soothing moisturizing cream.
