Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of sensitive muscle skin care products, in particular to a repairing composition and essence water and essence milk containing the composition.
Background
The skin is the first barrier of the human body from the external environment, and it protects various internal barriers and organs from external physical, mechanical, chemical and pathogenic microorganisms. The skin barrier is mainly composed of many substances such as sebaceous membranes, keratin in the stratum corneum, lipids, etc.
The term "sensitive muscle" in the mouth, known as "sensitive skin", refers to a highly reactive state of the skin under physiological or pathological conditions, which occurs mainly in the face. The clinical manifestations of sensitive muscles are mainly burning, stabbing pain, itching and tightness when skin is stimulated by physical, chemical or mental factors, and sometimes accompanied by erythema, desquamation and telangiectasia.
At present, the most effective solution for skin sensitivity is to use drugs, but drugs with drug resistance are easy to generate after long-term use, which can cause the situation that sensitive muscles of users cannot be relieved. Or some hormones in medicines, and long-term use of the hormones can cause hormone-dependent dermatitis. Therefore, improvement is yet to be achieved.

Oil, sweat and fat from the skin jointly form a sebum membrane of the skin, improper cleaning and excessive cleaning are main reasons for the damage of the sebum membrane, particularly for dry sensitive muscles, the sebum membrane is poor in state, and moisture retention is required to assist in repairing the sebum membrane.
A prerequisite for this is that the user uses the product containing the composition after cleansing and application of a toner. At this point, the user's surface has been replenished with a quantity of extraneous water.
Firstly, under the common cooperation of the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the vegetarian square flower extract and the radix ophiopogonis extract, the original way of forming a film and locking water by macromolecules is widened to the way of absorbing moisture and coexisting by micromolecules on the original basis, and the repairing of the sebaceous membrane is assisted from multiple aspects.
Moreover, on the basis, the skin care product is matched with a humectant of a specific kind, so that the effects of the dendrobium polysaccharide and the ophiopogon polysaccharide on the skin are further promoted. Specifically, the polar groups of the polysaccharide form hydrogen bonds with water molecules to bind moisture, thereby providing skin with engorgement moisture. Moreover, the dendrobium polysaccharide and the ophiopogon polysaccharide form a uniform film on the surface of the skin more quickly, so that the speed of supplementing water from the outside and evaporating the skin from the water in the air is reduced. The water is locked and supplemented, and the long-term water moistening is kept, so that good repairing conditions are provided for the sebum membrane, and the repairing is carried out under mild and proper conditions.
In a second aspect, the application provides a serum containing the composition, and the following technical scheme is adopted:
the essence water containing the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 8-12% of humectant B, 0.1-0.5% of preservative, 0.2-0.5% of thickening agent B, 0.1-0.3% of pH regulator, 0.1-0.3% of skin conditioner, 9-12% of composition and water to 100%.
Preferably, the humectant B comprises one or more of 1, 3-propylene glycol and betaine.
Preferably, the preparation process of the essence water containing the composition comprises the following steps:
step 1): mixing water, humectant B, thickener B, skin conditioner, and 15-25% antiseptic uniformly, adjusting temperature to 80-90 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for 18-30min to obtain semi-finished product of water.
Step 2): cooling to 32-42 deg.C, adding pH regulator, composition and the rest antiseptic into the semi-finished product, and stirring;
and step 3): and filtering and discharging after the plate is qualified to obtain a water material body, and filling the water material body after aging and inspection to obtain a finished product.
By adopting the technical scheme, the composition is prepared by being mixed into the essence water, and a specific humectant is selected for auxiliary matching. The specific humectant lays a foundation for basic moisturizing, and the humectant permeates into different skin layers of the skin along with the composition to enable the skin to be full of moisture. The composition has the effect of strongly locking water while supplementing water by cooperating with the humectant, so that the sebum membrane is repaired.
In a third aspect, the application provides a serum containing the composition, and the following technical scheme is adopted:
the essence milk containing the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-13% of humectant C, 2-6% of emollient, 1.0-1.5% of thickener C, 0-0.6% of antioxidant, 0.1-0.5% of preservative, 0.1-0.3% of skin conditioner, 9-12% of composition and water to 100%.
Preferably, the humectant C comprises one or more of propylene glycol, glycerin and betaine.
Preferably, the essence milk containing the composition comprises the following preparation methods:
step 01): mixing water, humectant C, 45-55% thickener, skin conditioner, and 15-25% antiseptic, stirring, adjusting temperature to 80-90 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for 18-30min to obtain semi-finished product of milk;
step 02): adjusting temperature to 68-78 deg.C, adding emollient, antioxidant and the rest thickener into the semi-finished product, and homogenizing for 4-8 min;
step 03): continuously adjusting the temperature to 35-45 deg.C, adding the composition and the rest antiseptic, and mixing;
step 04): and filtering and discharging after the plate is qualified to obtain an emulsion body, and filling the emulsion body after aging and inspection to obtain a finished product.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, essence milk texture can be thicker and heavier than essence water, and it has good long-term moisturizing effect, but essence milk produces the stifled skin sense easily. The composition is applied to the essence milk and is matched with a specific humectant, so that the refreshing feeling of the essence milk is improved. The composition has rapid penetration function, so that the essence milk can penetrate into the skin before the skin feeling is stuffy, and the essence milk can be rapidly absorbed by the skin and then forms a uniform film for water locking. The refreshing feeling slows down the situation of acne, is beneficial to repairing sensitive muscles and improves the good use experience.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. under the specific proportion of the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the vegetarian square flower extract and the radix ophiopogonis extract, various macromolecules and small molecules with different sizes act on the skin of a user together, and permeate into different skin layers on the skin layer by layer, so that the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the vegetarian square flower extract and the radix ophiopogonis extract have good permeability and efficacy. So that various externally supplemented nutrient substances can deeply permeate into the skin cortex, nourish the skin and supplement various nutrient substances lacking in the skin, thereby repairing the skin barrier. Under the condition of long-term use, the face is ruddy, the skin is smooth and not easy to be reddened, and the skin barrier is in a relatively firm condition, so that the resistance effect on the severe environment is improved.
2. The prepared composition acts in products such as essence water, essence milk, essence cream and the like, strongly resists the release of inflammation media, and inhibits the damage of the inflammation media to normal cells; reducing the water loss of the skin, enhancing the barrier function of the skin, improving the self-protection capability of the skin and reducing the sensitivity; the compound preparation can eliminate excessive free radicals, weaken the damage of the free radicals to cell membranes of mast cells and basophils, and achieve the effects of anti-allergy and relieving itching, thereby achieving good repairing effect.
3. Under the cooperation of the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the vegetarian square flower extract and the radix ophiopogonis extract, water is locked and supplemented, and long-acting moisture is kept, so that good repairing conditions are provided for a sebum membrane, and repairing is carried out under mild and appropriate conditions.

Performance test
1. And (3) detecting the water content of the skin: 24 slightly sensitive muscle volunteers aged 25-35 were selected, two volunteers in one group, and one of the products of examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-4 was used in one group. During the test period, the volunteers respectively use the corresponding products once every morning and evening after basic face cleaning and toner, and other skin care products and cosmetics are not additionally used. The skin moisture content was measured with a skin moisture content tester before use, 1h after the first use, and 8 weeks after use.
2. And (3) penetration effect: 10 pieces of cotton pads are prepared and piled. 2ml of the samples of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 are taken and dropped on the surface of the cotton pads from top to bottom, and the time required for dropping the liquid on the surface of the first cotton pad without flowing is recorded by visual observation; the next piece of cotton pad from top to bottom was then examined for penetration.
3. Appearance of sensitive muscles, feeling of use: the first volunteers were observed for the face after 8 weeks of use and recorded for erythema, redness, rash, etc. Meanwhile, the volunteers are asked to feel the use, and the conditions of absorption speed, moisture retention, moistening degree and the like are recorded.
The above assay data are detailed in Table 6.
TABLE 6-1
TABLE 6-2
According to the detection data of the examples 1-8 in the table 6, the water content of the face is greatly improved after the products of the examples 1-8 are applied to the face of a volunteer for 1h, which shows that the products have good water replenishing effect. After the face mask is continuously used for 8 weeks, the water content of the face is greatly improved compared with that before the face mask is used, which shows that the product has good water locking effect and the effect of improving the skin water wettability, and provides a good environment for repairing the sebum membrane. The excellent effect of the products of examples 1-8 on skin repair is further verified by combining the detection data of appearance and use feeling, the volunteers have good use experience, the sensitive muscles of the volunteers are also relieved, and the health state is presented.
The method is characterized in that under the specific proportion of the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the vegetarian square flower extract and the ophiopogon root extract, a moisture retention mode of micromolecule moisture absorption coexistence is realized while water is retained in macromolecular film forming, so that the skin is kept to be long-acting moist, and the sebaceous film is repaired under a proper condition.
As can be seen from the measured data of the permeation effects of examples 1 to 5 in Table 6-1, the essential waters of examples 1 to 5 have a rapid permeation rate and also have a good permeation effect. The specific proportion of the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the vegetarian square flower extract and the radix ophiopogonis extract shows that the combination of various molecules is favorable for permeation, so that the nutrient substances are supplemented to different cortical nourishing skins, and the skins are also favorable for repairing.
As can be seen from comparison of the test data of examples 1-3 and examples 4-5 in Table 6, further limiting the amount of component A, B, C and the selection of raw materials is beneficial to improving the product effect to some extent.
According to the comparison of the test data of example 1 and comparative examples 1-3 in table 6, the water content of the face of the volunteer is improved to a smaller extent than that of the volunteer before use 1h and 8 weeks after the volunteer uses the product of comparative examples 1-3, and the improvement of the face is far from the improvement of the volunteer brought by example 1. The preparation method is characterized in that the prepared composition can be applied to skin care products to achieve a good repair effect only by the common cooperation of the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the vegetarian square flower extract and the ophiopogon root extract, and the three extracts are not acceptable. And the detection data of the comparative example 4 are combined, so that the three components can be matched under a specific use amount to achieve an ideal effect.
