Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a composition for relieving and resisting allergy, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Skin allergy is also called hypersensitivity, which means that a specific immune response, also called allergy, occurs when the body is stimulated by some specific antigen. Skin allergy reaction occurs, skin telangiectasis, permeability increase, tissue degeneration necrosis and the like can occur, and skin can generate symptoms such as itching, redness, swelling, desquamation and the like. Skin allergy is classified into four types according to reaction mechanism and clinical characteristics. In the field of skin care products, skin allergies are of the type I hypersensitivity.
The main cause of sensitive muscles is: 1. the skin barrier is damaged, the percutaneous water loss is increased, the water content of the stratum corneum is low, external causes are used for damaging the barrier function of the skin, and external stimulation factors are easier to enter the skin to cause allergic reaction of the skin; 2. the nerve growth content is high, the nerve reactivity is high when the nerve growth is stimulated by the outside, and allergic reaction is easy to occur; 3. inflammatory reactions, which are more difficult to resist invasion of external stimuli and allergens than normal skin due to the characteristics of damage of barrier function or abnormal nerve function of sensitive skin, are liable to occur a series of skin inflammatory reactions caused by stimuli or allergies, thereby further damaging the skin barrier structure and nerve endings, resulting in malignant circulation.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a composition for relieving and anti-sensitization with high efficiency and cosmetics thereof.

Performance test for cosmetics:
1. test for soothing anti-allergy test
Several subjects aged 35-45 years were randomized into groups of 10 subjects each, with 5 subjects for men and women. The left hand forearm of the subject was divided into 2 small square areas of 3cm x 3cm (denoted as area 1 and area 2, respectively), 20 μl of histamine solution (allergen, concentration of 2wt%, solvent water) was applied to the patch, the patch was applied for 30min in each area, and then the patch was torn off;
area 1 was used as a sensitization control group and a blank group product (water) was applied; area 2 was smeared with the experimental group products (cosmetics 1-6, cosmetics 1A-1I); the coating amount is 0.2+/-0.02 g, and the sensitive phenomenon of each region is observed by photographing after 20min and 50min of coating respectively.
The skin red and swollen states of each group of subjects were scored, averaged and counted according to the skin reaction evaluation criteria described in table 3, and the test results are shown in table 4:
table 3: skin reaction evaluation criteria
Table 4: status scoring results of skin redness and swelling in subjects
As shown in the test results of Table 4, the soothing and antiallergic composition of the present invention comprising 0.5-2.0 parts of ginseng extract, 0.5-2.5 parts of Potentilla discolor extract, 0.5-2.2 parts of Paris polyphylla extract, 0.2-1.5 parts of coptis extract, 0.1-1.2 parts of licorice extract and 0.6-3.0 parts of Gymnema sylvestre extract has excellent soothing and antiallergic effects, and the average value of skin redness score of the cosmetic obtained by using the composition at 20 minutes is as low as 0.94 minutes, and the average value of skin redness score at 50 minutes is as low as 0.73 minutes.
The cosmetics 3 and 4 of the present invention are respectively prepared by using sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine and MONTANOV TM 82, but the resulting cosmetic products have a soothing anti-sensitization effect lower than that of cosmetic 1 using both of the above-mentioned emulsifiers simultaneously; sodium di (lauramide glutamine) lysine, montanov of the present invention TM 82 produces a compound effect when preparing the soothing and antiallergic cosmetic composition, and can synergistically increase the soothing and antiallergic effects of the cosmetic. From the results of the tests of cosmetics 5 to 6 and cosmetic 1 in Table 4, it is found that when the mass ratio of sodium di (lauramide glutamine) lysine to emulsifier MONTANOV (TM) 82 is 1: in the range of (1.1-1.6), the cosmetic product has a better soothing anti-allergic effect.
As can be seen from the comparison of the cosmetics 1F-1I and the cosmetics 1, the coptis chinensis extract and the Gymnema sylvestre extract in the soothing anti-allergic composition can produce a mutual synergistic interaction when the soothing anti-allergic effect of the product is given, and the interaction of the coptis chinensis extract and the Gymnema sylvestre extract remarkably increases the soothing anti-allergic effect of the product. When the ratio of the amount of the coptis extract to the amount of the Gymnema sylvestre extract (namely, the A value) is between (0.4 and 0.65): when the content is within the range of 1, the product has more remarkable effect of improving skin relaxation and anti-sensitization.
2. Smooth skin test
Several subjects 30-40 years old were selected, randomly grouped, and 10 subjects for men and women were each 5, and the above-mentioned cosmetics (cosmetics 1-6, cosmetics 1A-1I) were used, respectively. The subjects applied the test group product 1.5.+ -. 0.1g each twice a day on the inner side of the arm about 10cm from the base of the palm, and after week 0 and week 7 of the test group product, the subjects washed the applied sites each week at the same time, and the average skin roughness of the applied area was measured using a multifunctional dermoscope image analysis system. Average change rate (%) = (average roughness of skin at week 0-average roughness at week 7)/average roughness of skin at week 0. The smooth skin test results are shown in table 5.
Table 5: smooth skin test
As can be seen from the test results of Table 5, the soothing and anti-allergic composition of the present invention comprising ginseng extract in an amount of 0.5-2.0 parts, potentilla discolor extract in an amount of 0.5-2.5 parts, paris polyphylla extract in an amount of 0.5-2.2 parts, coptis extract in an amount of 0.2-1.5 parts, licorice extract in an amount of 0.1-1.2 parts and Gymnema sylvestre extract in an amount of 0.6-3.0 parts has excellent skin smoothing effect, and the cosmetic obtained using the composition can reduce skin roughness by 39.83% at 7 th week.
The cosmetics 3 and 4 of the present invention use only sodium di (lauramide glutamine) lysine, montanov TM 82, but the skin roughness reducing effect of the resulting cosmetic product is lower than that of cosmetic 1 using both of the above-mentioned emulsifiers simultaneously; from these results, it was found that sodium di (lauramide glutamine) lysine and Montanov according to the present invention TM 82 produces a compound effect when preparing the soothing anti-allergic cosmetic composition, and can increase the skin smoothing effect of the cosmetic. From the results of the tests of cosmetics 5 to 6 and cosmetic 1 in Table 5, it is found that when the mass ratio of sodium di (lauramide glutamine) lysine to emulsifier MONTANOV (TM) 82 is 1: in the range of (1.1-1.6), the cosmetic product has a better skin smoothing effect.
As can be seen from the comparison of cosmetics 1B-1E with cosmetic 1, the ginseng extract and the potentilla discolor extract in the soothing and antiallergic composition can produce a mutual promotion effect when the product has a smooth skin effect, and the two can produce a synergistic effect to a certain extent, so that the smooth skin effect of the product is remarkably improved. When the ratio of the ginseng extract amount to the discolor cinquefoil herb extract amount (i.e., the B value) is in the range of (0.8-1.05): within 1, the product has more remarkable effect of improving skin smoothness.
