step five: continuously stirring the emulsified solution, cooling to 40 ℃, adding preservative and rose essential oil, stirring for 10min, and homogenizing for 3min at 7000r/min by using a homogenizer;
step six: continuously stirring and cooling to 30 ℃, discharging to obtain the waterproof sweat-proof skin-care powder base liquid.
Example 4
To further illustrate the benefits of the present invention, examples 1-3 and commercially available foundation solutions were tested as follows: 100 female testers aged 25-45 years were selected, randomly divided into 4 groups, and 25 individuals in each group were respectively smeared on the face with the foundation solutions of examples 1-3 and commercially available foundation solutions, and each day was kept for 8 hours with makeup for 7 days.
The texture, spread ductility, and smoothness of the foundation liquids were evaluated in a scoring manner (1 to 10 points), and the average values of the sensory scores of the foundation liquids of examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1 were counted for each group of testers, and the counted results are shown in table 1.

the 20 volunteers were randomly recruited, and in addition to the foundation solutions prepared in examples 1-3 above, three different brands of example samples of the same amount were applied, and the foundation solutions were scored for easy push-out and use experience, and the evaluation grades were rated from a-C:
class a: the powder base liquid is easy to push away, the texture is light, thin and fine, and the use experience is good;
b level: the powder base liquid is easy to push away, the texture is fine, and the use experience is good;
c level: the powder base liquid is not easy to push away, easy to agglomerate, oily in texture and poor in use experience.
Make-up holding ability:
the condition of the volunteers after applying the foundation liquid was tracked and recorded, the makeup removal condition of the foundation liquid was observed and sensory scoring was performed after 8 hours of daily activities of the volunteers, the score was from 1 (difference) to 10 (excellent), and the average value of the score results was calculated to evaluate the makeup holding capacity of the example samples.

The above examples 1 to 3 can all be prepared into a mixed biological agent, and it can be seen from examples 4 and 5 that the waterproof sweat-proof skin-care foundation liquid prepared in the second group of examples has the best effect, and the foundation liquid has better film forming property and better oil control effect, and after use, the foundation liquid is applied with makeup and moistened, lasts for a long time, is not easy to take off makeup, is not frizzy, has light and comfortable skin feel, is not acne and has the function of moisturizing and concealing; the raw materials are environment-friendly, have no pungent smell, and meet the requirements of cosmetic sanitation chemistry and microorganisms; the product has wide temperature resistance, strong storage stability and wide application prospect.

The waterproof sweat-resistant skin care foundation solution is characterized in that: the film forming agent comprises cyclopentadimethicone, butanediol, and acrylic acid (ester) copolymer/ethylhexyl acrylate, nicotinamide and moisturizing grease, wherein the cyclopentadimethicone, the butanediol, and acrylic acid (ester) copolymer/ethylhexyl acrylate, nicotinamide and moisturizing grease are prepared according to a weight ratio of 5:2:3:2 mass ratio.
3. The waterproof sweat-resistant skin care foundation solution is characterized in that: the moisturizing grease is one or more of octyl polydimethylsiloxane, isononyl isononanoate, tridecyl trimellitate and phenyl trimethicone.

7. The waterproof sweat-resistant skin care foundation solution according to claim 1, wherein the colorant is one or more selected from the group consisting of CI77492, CI77491, CI77499 and CI 77891.
8. The waterproof sweat-resistant makeup-keeping skin-nourishing foundation solution according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is at least one of osmanthus fragrans flower juice and vitamin E.
9. The waterproof sweat-resistant skin care foundation solution of claim 1, wherein the plant extract is an equal proportion composition of ganoderma sinensis extract, saussurea involucrata extract, ginseng root extract, scutellaria root extract, centella asiatica extract and peony extract.
10. The preparation method of the waterproof sweat-proof skin-care foundation lotion is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one: mixing cyclopentadimethicone, butanediol, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer/ethylhexyl acrylate copolymer, nicotinamide and moisturizing grease according to the proportion, heating to 70-75 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a film forming agent;
