Test example 1 stability and breaking force test
The lipsticks prepared in examples 1-9 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested for stability and breaking force and the results are shown in Table 1.
The stability test method comprises the following steps: the sample is placed at room temperature, -15 +/-2 ℃, 48 +/-2 ℃, and cold-heat circulation (-15 +/-2 ℃, 48 +/-2 ℃, 2 circulation) for testing for 3 months, and after the sample is recovered to the room temperature, the service performance of the sample is observed, and the sample is observed whether the abnormal conditions such as layering, discoloration, taste change, oil leakage, softening and the like exist.
And (3) breaking force testing: the measurement was carried out by means of a lipstick breaking force tester (lipstick diameter 12.7 mm).
TABLE 1 stability and breaking force test results
Figure BDA0003342086960000081
Figure BDA0003342086960000091
As can be seen from Table 1, the lipsticks of examples 1-9 have good cold and heat resistance, and the breaking force is within the range of 400-. The lipstick with good stability and service performance can be formed after reasonable compounding of proper raw materials.
Whereas comparative examples 1 to 3, which are inferior in stability to the examples, show the case of oil bleeding or softening under heat-resistant conditions, the case of slight oil bleeding under alternating cold and heat conditions, and the lipstick of comparative example 3 gives a sticky feeling in use, indicating that the present invention uses polyethylene, C20-C40 alcohol, white beeswax in accordance with (4-9): (8-12): (3-8) when the formula is used as a thickener, the lipstick has good stability and usability.
Test example 2 moisturizing effect test
65 volunteers aged 18 to 40 years were selected and randomly divided into 13 groups of 5 persons each, and moisturizing effect test was performed using the lipsticks of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 4 to 7, respectively. Evenly spread the test sample on the lip area using a latex finger cotThe coating amount is 2mg/cm2Lip skin moisture content (MMV,%) was measured with a skin moisture tester, Corneometer CM825, before and after 6h of use, respectively, and lips and surrounding skin were cleaned with clear water and allowed to equilibrate in the test environment for 30min before each test. The higher the skin moisture content, the better the moisturizing effect of the product. The test results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 lip skin moisture test results
Figure BDA0003342086960000092
Figure BDA0003342086960000101
As can be seen from the results in Table 2, the lipsticks of examples 1-9 have better moisturizing effect, wherein the lipsticks of examples 5-7 have better moisturizing effect, which shows that when the skin moisturizer is compounded by tridecyl trimellitate, hydrogenated poly-decene, jojoba seed oil, olive oil, dioctyl dodecanol dodecanedioate and diisopropyl dimelinoleate and the functional component B is composed of quinalder macrorrhiza seed oil, olive fruit unsaponifiable matter, seal fruit seed oil, cocoa resin and tocopherol (vitamin E), the prepared lipstick can better improve the moisture content of the skin and has better moisturizing effect.
As can be seen from comparison of comparative example 5 and example 2, the film former, polydiethylene glycol adipate/IPDI copolymer, can help to improve the moisturizing performance of the lipstick; also, as is clear from comparison of comparative example 4 and example 1, when the film forming agent content is higher than a certain value, the moisturizing performance of the lipstick is not increased, but is rather decreased.
Comparative examples 6 and 7 compared with example 6, when the lipstick formulation did not contain the efficacy ingredient A or the efficacy ingredient C, the skin moisture content of the lips was significantly decreased, indicating that the efficacy ingredient A, B, C was able to synergistically enhance the moisturizing effect of the lips. Test example 3 skin barrier repair, lip wrinkle lightening effect test and human body trial comprehensive evaluation
The skin barrier repair and lip wrinkle fading effect test method comprises the following steps: 65 volunteers between the ages of 30-55 were selected and randomized into 13 groups of 5 individuals each using the lipsticks of examples 1-9 and comparative examples 4-7 once in the morning and once in the evening. The lip skin was tested for trans-epidermal water loss TEWL values (in g/hm2) before use and after 1 month of use using a skin water loss tester, Tewanmeter TM300, and the depth of the labial striations (μm) was tested using the MicroSkinII multifunctional dermoscopic image analysis system, with the lips and surrounding skin cleaned with clear water and allowed to equilibrate for 30min in the test environment before each test. Lower TEWL values indicate better barrier function of the skin, indicating better healing of the product. The test results are shown in Table 3.
The human body trial comprehensive evaluation method comprises the following steps: the tester comprehensively scores the moisture degree, the moisture retention property, the lip wrinkle fading effect and the experience feeling of the test sample after using the test sample for 2 months. The best score was 5, the worst score was 1, and the test results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 3 lip skin TEWL and lip line test results
Figure BDA0003342086960000111
As can be seen from Table 3, after 1 month of using the lipsticks of examples 1 to 9, both the TEWL value and the depth value of the cheilogramma of the lip skin were decreased, indicating that the lipstick of the present invention can repair the barrier function of the lip skin and lighten the cheilogramma, and that examples 5 to 7 are superior in effect to examples 1 to 4, indicating that the barrier function repair effect of the lipstick and the cheilogramma-lightening effect are better when the functional component B is composed of tridecanol trimellitate, hydrogenated polysachene, jojoba seed oil, olive oil, dioctyldodecanol dodecanedioate, and diisopropyl dimer linoleate as an emollient agent, and the functional component B is composed of quinalder macrocarpa seed oil, olive fruit unsaponifiable, crabapple seed oil, macrocarpa seed fat, and tocopherol (vitamin E).
As can be seen from comparison of comparative example 5 and example 2, the film-forming agent poly (diethylene glycol adipate)/IPDI copolymer can help to improve the barrier function repairing effect of the lipstick and is beneficial to lip wrinkle lightening; as can be seen from comparison between comparative example 4 and example 1, the difference between the TEWL value variation and the lip depth variation of the lips was small.
In comparative examples 6 and 7, compared with example 6, when the lipstick formulation does not contain the efficacy component A or the efficacy component C, the barrier repair function and lip wrinkle lightening effect of the lipstick are remarkably reduced, which indicates that the efficacy component A, B, C of the present invention is synergistically enhanced to achieve the best effect.
TABLE 4 evaluation results of human body comprehensive utilization
Figure BDA0003342086960000121
As can be seen from Table 4, the lipsticks of examples 1-9 all had good moisturizing and lip wrinkle lightening effects, and had good spreadability. Comparative example 4 lipstick was less malleable and had a slightly sticky feel due to the greater content of film forming agent. The moisturizing degree, the moisture retention property and the lip wrinkle fading effect of the comparative examples 5 to 7 are lower than those of the examples, which shows that the lipstick provided by the invention can ensure moderate hardness and is convenient to apply while improving the compatibility of the formula by selecting proper emollients, film forming agents and thickening agents and adjusting the proportion of the emollients, and in addition, the functional component A, B, C is added to realize the synergistic effect, so that the lipstick has the deep moisturizing effect, can effectively fade the lip wrinkles and can better repair the skin of the lips.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, simplifications and equivalents which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
