Description

Emulsified lipstick and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to emulsified lipstick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Lipstick is a kind of cosmetic for lips, whose main function is to give the lips a tone, accentuate or modify the outline of the lips, showing a greater vitality and vitality. The importance of the lipstick in the whole makeup face is undoubted, and beautiful lip color can make a 'pen-and-click' appearance for the whole face of a female, increase the complexion, show individuality and add points to beauty.
With the increasing living standard of people, the demand of consumers for cosmetics is increasing, and the technical requirements for lipstick are gradually developing from color, use feeling and cosmetic effect to the demand of functionality, such as: nursing property, etc. The lips are more sensitive than skin, so that a good lipstick has good use feeling and makeup effect, and also has the functions of moistening and moisturizing the lips, so that the loss of water in the lips is inhibited, the lips are prevented from drying, and the lips are kept healthy. However, most of the lipsticks on the market at present easily cause lip dryness, peeling and the like, have poor moisturizing function and bring much trouble to consumers. In addition, the lipstick with the existing formula has low water content, easy volatilization of water, strict requirement on filling during production, bubble in the appearance of a finished product, poor stability and easy color fracture.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provide an emulsified lipstick and a preparation method thereof, wherein the emulsified lipstick has a good moisturizing effect on lips, can effectively inhibit the loss of water of the lips, keeps the lips in a moisturizing state for a long time, and has strong coloring power, and is durable in make-up and difficult to fade.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an emulsified lipstick comprises emulsifier, humectant, emollient and colorant; the emulsifier comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-8 parts of cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and 1-10 parts of polyglycerol-2 triisostearate.
The cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane has the functions of lubricating and locking water, moistening the skin and slowing down the water loss of the skin. It also has good inclusion properties and can release active molecules, especially pigments, in a prolonged manner. It also has effects in caring skin, and making skin smooth and soft without generating sticky feeling.
The polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate has the function similar to castor oil, has good dispersion effect on pigment, and is suitable for color products such as lipstick. Meanwhile, the product has a certain moisturizing effect, so that the product has a certain moisturizing effect after contacting the skin.
A large number of experimental researches show that when cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and polyglycerol-2 triisostearate are matched in parts by weight, lipstick has high water content, good moisturizing property and is not greasy.
Preferably, the cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane: polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate is 1: 2. When the cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and the polyglycerol-2 triisostearate are matched and used according to the proportion, the lipstick prepared by the formula has the highest water content, the best moisturizing property and no greasiness.
Preferably, the humectant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-15 parts of jojoba seed oil, 1-15 parts of argania spinosa kernel oil and 0.02-1 part of a composition of sodium hyaluronate, castor seed oil and hydrogenated castor oil.
Jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil is an ester derived from jojoba, has skin moistening effect, is not easily oxidized, is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, has small viscosity change, has better touch and ductility than other vegetable oils, has soft and elastic feeling on skin, is easily absorbed by skin, and is excellent oil, moisturizer and humectant.
Aralia SPINOSA (ARGANIA SPINOSA) kernel oil is a nut oil extracted from the fruit of the argan tree. The oil is rich in fatty acids, vitamin E, squalene, sterol, etc., and is commonly used for treating skin diseases. The argania spinosa kernel oil is important oil for cosmetics, can improve good nourishing property and skin feel, has good oxidation resistance to human bodies, can repair lipid barriers of the skin, and has a certain repairing effect on sensitive skin.
The INCI name for the combination of sodium hyaluronate, castor seed oil and hydrogenated castor oil is "sodium hyaluronate/castor seed oil/hydrogenated castor oil" and is sold under the trade name HYACOLOR. The HYACOLOR is prepared from micromolecular sodium Hyaluronate (HA) and vegetable oil by a special process, and the main functional component, namely the micromolecular HA is uniformly dispersed in the oil in a microsphere form, so that the water-soluble HA is perfectly applied to an oily formula, and the effects of moisturizing, repairing, lip plumping and the like are given to the skin.
Experiments show that the compounding of the jojoba seed oil, the argania spinosa kernel oil and the HYACOLOR has a synergistic effect in the aspect of moisture preservation, and the skin can be kept moist for a long time.
Preferably, the humectant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of jojoba seed oil, 5-10 parts of argania spinosa kernel oil and 0.05-0.2 part of a composition of sodium hyaluronate, castor seed oil and hydrogenated castor oil. When the jojoba seed oil, the argania spinosa kernel oil and the HYACOLOR are compounded in parts by weight, the synergistic moisturizing effect is more remarkable.
Preferably, the humectant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of jojoba seed oil, 7 parts of argania spinosa kernel oil and 0.1 part of a composition of sodium hyaluronate, castor seed oil and hydrogenated castor oil. When the jojoba seed oil, the argania spinosa kernel oil and the HYACOLOR are compounded in parts by weight, the synergistic moisturizing effect is most remarkable.
Preferably, the emollient is octyldodecanol stearoyloxystearate. Octyl dodecanol stearoyl stearate has high skin-moistening effect, and excellent pigment dispersing and binding capacity, so that it is favorable to coloring lipstick.
Preferably, the colorant comprises the following components in parts by weight: CI 774990.3-5 parts, CI 147000.2-5 parts and CI 159850.2-5 parts.
