The carmine skin care cream provided by the invention adopts a formula which contains a large amount of carmine seed oil composition, astaxanthin, vitamin C derivative and the like, and the product is easy to have unstable color, such as color change, fading and the like, which is difficult to overcome, and the applicant finds a relatively suitable solution through a large amount of research and development, wherein the solution comprises a and a proper amount of coloring agent for fixing color; b. the antioxidant p-hydroxyacetophenone is added, and meanwhile, a certain amount of tocopherol is compounded in the formula raw materials, so that the added ergothioneine can play an antioxidant role; c. when the formula is designed, the pH of the product is controlled below 6 as much as possible (the formula of the invention is multipurpose neutral raw materials and weak acid raw materials); d. the preparation process needs to avoid long-time heating.
The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of carmine skin care cream comprises the following steps:
mixing raw materials of cyclohexane siloxane, cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, dioctyl carbonate, tocopherol and a colorant for wetting, and grinding uniformly and finely for later use to form an A2 phase;
adding cetostearyl alcohol, hydrogenated coco glyceride, beeswax, cetyl ethyl hexanoate and an emulsifier into an oil pan, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, adding the A1 phase raw material film forming agent, polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane alcohol after completely dissolving the mixture until no particles exist, and stirring and dispersing the mixture uniformly to form an A3 phase; adding the pretreated A2 phase, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and keeping the temperature at 84-80 ℃ to form an A4 phase for later use;
before oil pumping operation, adding A5-phase raw materials of the composition of the squalene, the ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and the annatto seed oil into the A4 phase, and stirring and dissolving completely to form the A phase;
adding the B phase material including part of water, glycerol, part of butanediol, allantoin, sodium polyacrylate grafted starch, sodium hyaluronate and tremella fruiting body extract into an emulsifying pot, dispersing uniformly, stirring and heating to 85-88 deg.C, homogenizing for 3-5 min until completely uniform transparent particle-free solution is obtained; sequentially adding the sodium polyacrylate and part of propylene glycol serving as the B1 phase raw materials and the sodium polyacrylate serving as the B2 phase raw materials which are uniformly dispersed in advance, uniformly stirring, and continuously homogenizing for 1-2 minutes;
slowly pumping the phase A into an emulsifying pot under rapid stirring, and homogenizing for 5-8 minutes; preserving heat for 25-18 minutes, stirring and cooling to 68-62 ℃;
separately heating part of butanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol serving as a C-phase raw material to 60-65 ℃, stirring and dissolving completely transparent particle-free materials, adding the materials into an emulsifying pot when the temperature of the materials in the emulsifying pot is reduced to 66-62 ℃, and uniformly stirring;
continuously stirring and cooling to 55-50 ℃, adding part of water, part of butanediol, ergothioneine composition and carnosine which are completely dissolved in the C1 phase raw material in advance, and uniformly stirring;
continuously cooling to 50-45deg.C, sequentially adding D-phase raw material astaxanthin composition, 1, 2-pentanediol, thyme composition, siberian fir oil and bergamot fruit oil, and stirring;
finally, the carmine skin care cream is obtained.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The carmine skin care cream provided by the invention is velvet skin care cream, sodium polyacrylate and sodium polyacrylate grafted starch are selected as water phase thickening agents, so that the product can be endowed with a powdery feel similar to bean paste, and a soft velvet skin feel is provided. Meanwhile, the rosewood seed extract and astaxanthin extracted from the carmine seeds can endow the product with natural red color, and the unique visual appearance of red velvet is created. The invention utilizes carotenoid, ellagic acid and the like in the rouge seed oil to neutralize free radicals, plays an antioxidant role, repairs skin injury caused by severe environment, season change, unhealthy work and the like, helps skin resist external invasion, promotes self-repairing force and supplements vitality for tired skin. Meanwhile, active substances such as astaxanthin and the like play a role in high-efficiency antioxidation and anti-aging, so that the skin is full of vitality and kept young.
(2) The preparation method of the carmine skin care sand cream provided by the invention has the advantages of simple flow, easily controlled product quality, soft and powdery skin care Sha Shuang and velvet-like velvet feel, and the unique appearance can endow the cream with hazy and natural novel and fashion sense and has good market prospect.

The raw materials, equipment, etc. used in the following examples are available in a purchase manner except for special restrictions.
Examples 1 to 3
A annatto skin care cream is prepared from raw materials such as moisturizer, emollient, thickener, emulsifier, skin conditioner, antioxidant, film forming agent, etc., and is specifically shown in table 1 and table 2. In the embodiment of the invention, the particle size of the sodium polyacrylate is 25-50nm; the particle size of the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch is 100-200nm.

In the table, the same number of raw materials represents a raw material which is a compounded composition, for example, no. 5 emulsifier raw material cetostearyl alcohol/cetostearyl glucoside, which is a composition formed from cetostearyl alcohol and cetostearyl glucoside, which is commercially available directly from BAIKOBAO Co., guangzhou.
The carmine skin care cream of examples 1-3 was prepared as follows:
mixing raw materials of cyclohexane siloxane, cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, dioctyl carbonate, tocopherol and a colorant for wetting, and grinding uniformly and finely for later use to form an A2 phase;
adding cetostearyl alcohol, hydrogenated coco glyceride, beeswax, cetyl ethyl hexanoate and an emulsifier into an oil pan, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, adding the A1 phase raw material film forming agent, polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane alcohol after completely dissolving the mixture until no particles exist, and stirring and dispersing the mixture uniformly to form an A3 phase; adding the pretreated A2 phase, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and keeping the temperature at 82 ℃ to form an A4 phase for later use;
before oil pumping operation, adding A5-phase raw materials of the composition of the squalene, the ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and the annatto seed oil into the A4 phase, and stirring and dissolving completely to form the A phase;
adding the B phase material including part of water, glycerol, part of butanediol, allantoin, sodium polyacrylate grafted starch, sodium hyaluronate and tremella fruiting body extract into an emulsifying pot, dispersing uniformly, stirring and heating to 85-88 deg.C, homogenizing for 4 min until completely uniform transparent particle-free solution is obtained; sequentially adding the sodium polyacrylate and part of propylene glycol serving as the B1 phase raw materials and the sodium polyacrylate serving as the B2 phase raw materials which are uniformly dispersed in advance, uniformly stirring, and continuously homogenizing for 1.5 minutes;
slowly pumping the phase A into an emulsifying pot under rapid stirring, and homogenizing for 6.5 minutes; after heat preservation for 20 minutes, stirring and cooling to 65 ℃;
separately heating part of butanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol serving as a C-phase raw material to 60-65 ℃, stirring and dissolving completely transparent particle-free materials, adding the materials into an emulsifying pot when the temperature of the materials in the emulsifying pot is reduced to 66-62 ℃, and uniformly stirring;
continuously stirring and cooling to 50 ℃, adding part of water, part of butanediol, ergothioneine composition and carnosine which are completely dissolved in the C1 phase raw material in advance, and uniformly stirring;
continuously cooling to 45 ℃, sequentially adding the D-phase raw material astaxanthin composition, 1, 2-pentanediol, the thyme composition, siberian fir oil and bergamot fruit oil, and uniformly stirring;
finally, the carmine skin care cream is obtained.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that the thickener cetostearyl alcohol was omitted and the remainder was the same as example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that sodium polyacrylate and sodium polyacrylate grafted starch of the same particle size are used, both of which have particle sizes of 25 to 50nm, and the remainder are the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 is different from example 1 in that the coloring agent is omitted and the rest is the same as example 1.
Comparative example 4
Comparison 4 differs from example 1 in that the No. 15 raw material tocopherol and the No. 20 raw material ergothioneine composition were omitted, and the remainder was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 5
Comparative example 5 is different from example 1 in that the raw material astaxanthin composition No. 22 is omitted and the rest is the same as example 1.
Effect evaluation and Performance detection
1. Appearance test
The visual appearance of the test specimens under various conditions, including texture and color, was visually observed and recorded in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the samples of examples 1-3 were better in stability, exhibited carmine, maroon texture, red velvet visual appearance (the product diagrams of example 1 are shown in FIGS. 1-2). The comparative example was not as good in color and velvet feel as the example, especially comparative example 1, but lacked the thickener cetostearyl alcohol, and the stability of the sample was the worst. Comparative example 3 lacks a colorant to fix the color, and the color of the product is unstable.
2. Trial evaluation
80 skin health testers were selected and equally divided into 8 groups of 10 testers each, each group of testers tested samples of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively. When the face cleaning device is used for a trial, after the same face cleaning procedure, the face moisture is wiped off, 3g of samples are taken respectively, and the samples are uniformly smeared on the face skin and are massaged for 2 minutes. The preparation is used for 2 times in the morning and evening for 21 days. After the trial is finished, the trial participants respectively score the samples from different indexes, the score is 1-10, the higher the score is, the better the evaluation is, and the average score of each index is 10 trial participants.

According to the skin care sample of the embodiment 1-3, the sodium polyacrylate and the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch with different particle sizes are compounded, so that the product has velvet feeling and sand feeling at the same time, the particle sizes of the sodium polyacrylate and the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch are different, and a user can obviously feel different sand textures when using the skin care sample. Meanwhile, the formula adopts a plurality of skin conditioning agents for matching, after 21 days of trial, a tester can obviously feel that the skin is thin and smooth, and fine lines are improved, wherein active substances such as astaxanthin, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, ergothioneine, carnosine, thyme extract and the like have certain antioxidation efficacy: astaxanthin can capture active oxygen inside and outside cells, remove free radicals, inhibit melanin generation and clear accumulated oxidative damage; ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate inhibits intracellular tyrosinase activity and melanin production, and prevents lipid peroxidation and skin aging; ergothioneine neutralizes in vivo unbalanced oxidative stress reaction by the strong ability of scavenging free radicals, protects DNA from oxidative damage caused by environmental pollution, and simultaneously protects and maintains the biological activity of other antioxidant substances; carnosine prevents the destruction of proteins by inhibiting glycation, while protecting the lipid component of cell membranes; the thyme can inhibit melanin from being transported by reducing the amount of kinesin in melanocytes, and inhibit the activity of kinesin, thereby brightening skin and reducing color spots.
Comparative example 1 omitted the thickener cetostearyl alcohol, and the sample had poor red bean paste powder texture and a soft and tender velvet skin feel; comparative example 2 was formulated with sodium polyacrylate and sodium polyacrylate grafted starch of the same particle size, with minimal velvet and sandy feel evaluation. Comparative example 4 and comparative example 5 omitted a part of the skin conditioner, and the antioxidant and anti-aging effects were poor, and were characterized by a smooth and fine texture with a low score.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.

Claims (7)

1. The carmine skin care cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 2-3% of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.16-0.18% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1-0.3% of sodium polyacrylate grafted starch, 1.6-2.4% of cetostearyl alcohol/cetostearyl glucoside, 1.3-1.7% of glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate, 5-9.5% of an emollient, 3.5-6.8% of a skin conditioner, 12-18% of a humectant, 0.2-0.3% of a colorant, 1.1-2% of a film forming agent, 0.4-0.6% of an antioxidant and the balance of water;
the skin conditioning agent comprises squalol, tetraisopalmitate ascorbate, allantoin, carnosine, siberian fir oil, bergamot fruit oil, annatto seed oil composition, ergothioneine composition, astaxanthin composition, and thyme composition; the annatto seed oil composition is formed by sunflower seed oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, rosewood seed extract and tocopherol; the ergothioneine composition is a composition formed by mannitol and ergothioneine; the astaxanthin composition is formed by astaxanthin, haematococcus pluvialis extract, caprylic/capric triglyceride, tocopherol and rapeseed oil; the thyme composition is formed by thyme extract, water and butanediol;
the colorant is a composition formed by CI77491, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and CI 77019;
the particle size of the sodium polyacrylate is 25-50nm; the particle size of the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch is 100-200nm.
2. A annatto skin cream according to claim 1, wherein said film former is a combination of polydimethylsiloxane and polysiloxane-11; the antioxidant is p-hydroxyacetophenone.
3. A annatto skin cream according to claim 1, wherein said emollient is selected from one or any combination of the following: hydrogenated cocoglycerides, beeswax, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, dimethicone, dimethiconol, cyclohexasiloxane, cyclopentadimethicone, dioctyl carbonate, and tocopherols.
4. A annatto skin cream according to claim 1, wherein said humectant is selected from one or any combination of the following: glycerol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, tremella fruiting body extract, sodium polyacrylate, propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol.
5. The annatto skin care cream of claim 1, comprising the following components in weight percent:
and (3) a thickening agent: 2-3% of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.16-0.18% of sodium polyacrylate and 0.1-0.3% of sodium polyacrylate grafted starch;
emulsifying agent: cetostearyl alcohol/cetostearyl glucoside 1.6-2.4%, glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate 1.3-1.7%,
an emollient: hydrogenated coco glyceride 0.2-0.5%, beeswax 1.3-1.6%, cetyl ethyl hexanoate 1-4%, polydimethylsiloxane 0.3-0.5%, dimethiconol 0.01-0.11%, cyclohexasiloxane 0.5-0.7%, cyclopenta-dimethicone 1.3-1.5%, dioctyl carbonate 0.4-0.5%, tocopherol 0.0002-0.003%,
skin conditioning agent: 0.2 to 0.3 percent of scyllnol, 0.14 to 0.15 percent of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 2 to 3.5 percent of nopal seed oil composition, 0.15 to 0.26 percent of allantoin, 0.09 to 0.11 percent of ergothioneine composition, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of carnosine, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of astaxanthin composition, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of thyme composition, 0.07 to 0.08 percent of Siberian fir oil and 0.01 to 0.03 percent of bergamot fruit oil; the annatto seed oil composition is formed by sunflower seed oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, rosewood seed extract and tocopherol; the ergothioneine composition is a composition formed by mannitol and ergothioneine; the astaxanthin composition is formed by astaxanthin, haematococcus pluvialis extract, caprylic/capric triglyceride, tocopherol and rapeseed oil; the thyme composition is formed by thyme extract, water and butanediol;
humectant: 7.6-8% of glycerin, 2-4% of butanediol, 0.06-0.6% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.03-0.04% of tremella fruit body extract, 0.8-1.0% of sodium polyacrylate, 1-3% of propylene glycol, 0.4-0.6% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.2-0.4% of 1, 2-pentanediol;
coloring agent: 0.2-0.3% of a composition of CI77491, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and CI 77019;
film forming agent: 1.1-2% of a composition formed by polydimethylsiloxane and polysiloxane-11;
antioxidant: 0.4 to 0.6 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
solvent: the balance of water.
6. The annatto skin care cream of claim 1, comprising the following components in weight percent:

7. A method of preparing the carmine skin cream of claim 5 or 6, comprising the steps of:
mixing raw materials of cyclohexane siloxane, cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, dioctyl carbonate, tocopherol and a colorant for wetting, and grinding uniformly and finely for later use to form an A2 phase;
adding cetostearyl alcohol, hydrogenated coco glyceride, beeswax, cetyl ethyl hexanoate and an emulsifier into an oil pan, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, adding the A1 phase raw material film forming agent, polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane alcohol after completely dissolving the mixture until no particles exist, and stirring and dispersing the mixture uniformly to form an A3 phase; adding the pretreated A2 phase, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and keeping the temperature at 84-80 ℃ to form an A4 phase for later use;
before oil pumping operation, adding A5-phase raw materials of the composition of the squalene, the ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and the annatto seed oil into the A4 phase, and stirring and dissolving completely to form the A phase;
adding the B phase material including part of water, glycerol, part of butanediol, allantoin, sodium polyacrylate grafted starch, sodium hyaluronate and tremella fruiting body extract into an emulsifying pot, dispersing uniformly, stirring and heating to 85-88 deg.C, homogenizing for 3-5 min until completely uniform transparent particle-free solution is obtained; sequentially adding the sodium polyacrylate and part of propylene glycol serving as the B1 phase raw materials and the sodium polyacrylate serving as the B2 phase raw materials which are uniformly dispersed in advance, uniformly stirring, and continuously homogenizing for 1-2 minutes;
slowly pumping the phase A into an emulsifying pot under rapid stirring, and homogenizing for 5-8 minutes; preserving heat for 25-18 minutes, stirring and cooling to 68-62 ℃;

continuously cooling to 50-45deg.C, sequentially adding D-phase raw material astaxanthin composition, 1, 2-pentanediol, thyme composition, siberian fir oil and bergamot fruit oil, and stirring;
