Abstract
The invention provides a whitening, anti-allergic and anti-wrinkle essence composition, and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics. The essence composition is prepared from active substances, emollients, moisturizers, emulsion stabilizers, skin conditioning agents, pH regulators, thickeners, essences, chelating agents and solvents, has the advantages of synergistic effect, good permeability, easy absorption, whitening and skin wrinkle repairing effects, wrinkle regeneration inhibition, skin aging delay, and skin aging relieving and anti-sensitivity effects, can improve facial red blood streaks, reduce skin sensitivity, relieve and repair skin for a long time, and has high stability and good safety.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a whitening, anti-allergic and anti-wrinkle essence composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With age, the number of facial skin fibroblasts decreases, collagen and elastin secretion decreases, skin elasticity deteriorates, and wrinkles occur. The aging of facial skin is affected by age factors, and the damage of ultraviolet rays, dust and other factors in the external environment can cause the damage of facial skin, and the aging can also affect the skin after working for a long time after staying at night on computers, smoking, sleeping deficiency, staying in an air conditioning room for a long time, and the like, so that the skin is loose, rough, dull and the like.
Although skin aging is an irreversible physiological phenomenon, its progression can be delayed or slowed down. The main methods for removing wrinkles on the face at present mainly comprise operation wrinkle removal, injection wrinkle removal and anti-wrinkle cosmetics, the treatment cost of the operation wrinkle removal and the injection wrinkle removal is high, the risk is high, not all consumers can bear the cosmetic, and the anti-wrinkle cosmetics are a good choice. The anti-wrinkle cosmetic mainly comprises an anti-wrinkle facial mask, a facial cleanser, an anti-wrinkle toner, a facial cream, an essence and the like. The face cleansing cream has short residence time on the face, has insignificant effect, needs long-term use and is inconvenient in use; the anti-wrinkle toner and the cream have relatively low content of active ingredients, the anti-wrinkle effect is not obvious, and the anti-wrinkle mask or essence contains more nutrient substances and active ingredients than the toner and the cream, and has strong efficacy and obvious anti-wrinkle effect. Therefore, researches on anti-wrinkle essence are attracting attention.
As disclosed in patent CN105250184a, a whitening anti-aging essence is disclosed, which comprises polyethylene glycol, polydimethylsiloxane, sodium polyglutamate, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, xylitol, C20-22 alcohol phosphate/C20-22 alcohol, ginkgo leaf extract, ophiopogon root extract, purslane extract, suberect spatholobus stem extract, milk protein and the like, has good permeability, is easy to absorb, effectively supplements water, moisturizes and whitens skin, repairs skin wrinkles, reduces fine lines and delays skin aging.

The human skin fibroblast can secrete extracellular matrixes such as procollagen, fibronectin, collagenase and the like, and can migrate to a wound for proliferation in the wound healing process, so that the proliferation of the human skin fibroblast is beneficial to the update and repair of aged skin. From the data in the table, the essence composition obtained in examples 1-3 has obvious proliferation effect on human skin fibroblasts, the cell proliferation rate in comparative examples 3 and 4 is obviously lower than that in examples, and the proportion of the active substances has great effect on proliferation of human skin fibroblasts, and the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts can be further promoted by reasonable proportion of each component in the active substances, so that the anti-wrinkle effect is improved.
(II) wrinkle-removing efficacy experiment
Selecting 35-55 volunteers with similar facial wrinkles, and dividing female volunteers without skin disease allergy history into 5 groups of 20 people each; after the face of a subject is cleaned, the essence composition is uniformly smeared on the face and gently massaged until the essence composition is absorbed, and the essence composition is continuously used for one month in the morning and evening. The experimental evaluation results are shown in table 3 below.

Women with relatively dark facial complexion aged 23-50 years are selected, randomly divided into 8 groups, 10 groups are used for collecting, analyzing and testing melanin and color difference data of facial skin before sampling, and the change of skin color is measured by a color system (Lab color system) regulated by International Commission on illumination (CIE), and the data are used as skin background values. The essence composition is used by a subject once in the morning and evening for 4 weeks, and the change of the whiteness (brightness) and the melanin content of the skin before and after the cosmetic is used by the subject is tested and evaluated again after the completion of the use; wherein,,
Δmi=tn—t0; wherein Tn is the time-varying value of the tested area; t0 is the test area start value;
Δl=tn-T0; wherein Tn is the time-varying value of the tested area; t0 is the test area start value.
The experimental results are shown in table 4 below.
