s1, mixing the humectant, the emulsifier, the antioxidant and water to obtain a water phase material;
s2, cooling the water phase material, adding the freckle-removing cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1-5 and a skin conditioner, and mixing, and cooling to obtain the freckle-removing cream.
