5-12 parts of umbilical cord extract, 1-8 parts of hydrolyzed placenta extract, 0.5-1.2 parts of arbutin, 4-8 parts of pomegranate exosome and 2-5 parts of giant knotweed exosome.
3. The spot-removing cosmetic composition according to claim 2, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8 parts of umbilical cord extract, 5 parts of hydrolyzed placenta extract, 1 part of arbutin, 6 parts of pomegranate exosome and 4 parts of giant knotweed exosome.
4. The spot-removing cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of pomegranate exosome or giant knotweed exosome comprises the following steps:
1) grinding pomegranate or giant knotweed rhizome, adding PBS buffer solution, filtering, centrifuging, and taking supernatant;
2) and (4) carrying out ultracentrifugation on the obtained supernatant, taking the precipitate, carrying out heavy suspension on the precipitate by using a buffer solution, and taking the precipitate.
5. The spot-removing cosmetic composition according to claim 4, wherein the rotation speed of the centrifugation in the step 1) is 8000rpm to 9500 rpm; the rotating speed of the centrifugation in the step 1) is 8500rpm-10000 rpm.
6. Use of the spot-removing cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for preparing water, milk, essence, cream.
7. The freckle-removing cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
the spot-removing cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 1 to 3% of a skin conditioner, 5 to 15% of a humectant, 0.2 to 1% of an emulsifier, 0.5 to 1% of an antioxidant, and the balance of water.
8. The spot removing cream of claim 7 wherein the skin conditioning agent is at least one of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and allantoin; the humectant is hydrogenated polyisobutene; the emulsifier is candelilla wax or cetostearyl alcohol; the antioxidant is p-hydroxyacetophenone.
9. A method of preparing a spot removing cream according to claim 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing the humectant, the emulsifier, the antioxidant and water to obtain a water-phase material;
s2, cooling the water phase material, adding the freckle-removing cosmetic composition and the skin conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and cooling to obtain the freckle-removing cream.
