The invention mainly achieves the whitening purpose through two main ways: the pigment generation is prevented by inhibiting the activity of related enzymes in the process of melanin synthesis or inhibiting the activation of the activity of melanocyte differentiation and tyrosinase by endothelin; secondly, the synthesized pigment is diluted, the transfer of melanin, purpurine and the like to the horny layer is accelerated by promoting the renewal of epidermis and the pigment is discharged out of the body along with the shedding of aged horny cells, or the pigment is discharged out of the body through a blood circulation system in vivo after being decomposed, dissolved and absorbed in the skin, and simultaneously, the effects of smearing texture, aging resistance and anti-allergy relief are achieved.

(1) the dendrobium officinale extract and the saffron can activate macrophages, resist oxidation, enhance immunity, activate expression of filaggrin, protect lipid from oxidation, enhance skin barrier function and synthesis of natural moisturizing factors, reduce activation of NF-KB, help to reduce proinflammatory reaction, relieve skin symptoms (red blood filaments, stabbing pain and burning heat), antagonize TRPV1 pain receptors, reduce discomfort of skin sense organs, relieve and resist allergy.

(2) The emollient comprises refreshing grease and solid ester, can increase texture, improve skin feeling and reduce skin burden;

(3) the invention achieves the whitening effect and has the functions of anti-allergy, comfort and anti-aging.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further explained with reference to specific embodiments in order to make the technical means, the original characteristics, the achieved objects and the effects of the present invention easy to understand, but the following embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments are possible. Based on the embodiments in the implementation, other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

In the following examples, unless otherwise specified, the experimental procedures used were conventional and the reagents used were commercially available.

Examples 1 to 9

The whitening, soothing and anti-aging essence of examples 1 to 9 comprises the components shown in the following tables 1 to 2 in parts by weight:

The whitening, soothing and anti-aging essence of comparative examples 1 to 5 comprises the following components in parts by weight as shown in Table 3:

Wherein, in Table 1-Table 3, the mass percentages of the phytosterol oleate 86% and β -sitosterol 14% in 10A, the polyglycerol-10 content 79% in 22B2, the aminopropyl alcohol content 95% in 35E, the extract content of the yeast lysate in 40F is 24%, 22%, 27%, and 25% in examples 1,2, 3, and 4, respectively, and the rest is 24%, the yeast fermentation product extract 7% in 43G2, α -arbutin 59%, tranexamic acid 34%, and "-" indicates that the components are not present.

Preparation example

The formulations in tables 1-3 were prepared according to the following procedure:

1. pre-soaking B3 a day in advance, and then homogenizing for more than 20 minutes at 50HZ by using a mobile homogenizer;

2. weighing all the phase A by using a proper stainless steel barrel, and heating the phase A to be completely dissolved while stirring by using an induction cooker, wherein the temperature is not more than 85 ℃;

3. adding B, B1 and B2 into a water phase pot, stirring and heating, adding homogenized B3 during heating, heating to 78-82 deg.C, and dissolving completely;

4. pumping the water phase into an emulsifying pot, stirring for 35 r/min, homogenizing for 3 min at 50HZ, adding dissolved A, homogenizing for 2-3 min at 45 r/min under stirring, adding C, homogenizing for 3 min at 50HZ, and cooling after homogenizing; cooling to 70 deg.C, adding D, E;

5. cooling under vacuum, stirring at 35-45 rpm, cooling to 40-45 deg.C, and sequentially adding the rest components;

6. when the temperature is reduced to 38 +/-2 ℃, the materials are discharged by a 100-mesh filter screen after passing the product control initial inspection, and the whitening, soothing and anti-aging essence is obtained.

Effect detection

In each of the examples and comparative examples, 20 female volunteers aged 20 to 50 were located, 5 fixed regions of 2 cm square were drawn on the face in an indoor environment at 20 ℃ and 50% relative humidity, and after the above whitening, soothing and antiaging essence and commercially available general essence were applied to the fixed regions, the feeling of use was evaluated, and the results are shown in table 4. Meanwhile, spots, wrinkles, and red blood streaks were measured with a visia skin test apparatus after 15 days and 30 days of continuous use (the increase in percentage indicates that the skin becomes better), and the results of the measurements are shown in tables 5 and 6, respectively.

The result shows that the essence has good hand feeling, is light and thin and is easy to absorb, and after the essence is used for one skin period, the skin of a test person is greatly improved in spots, wrinkles and subcutaneous red blood streaks, so that the essence achieves the whitening effect and also has the anti-allergy, relaxing and anti-aging effects. In addition, the whitening, anti-aging and relieving effects are improved by adding the saffron and the dendrobium officinale extracts, and as can be seen from example 1, particularly when the weight ratio of the saffron to the dendrobium officinale extracts is 1:2, the whitening, anti-aging and relieving effects are optimal, in addition, examples 6-9 show that the effects are further improved after adding the hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, and example 6 shows that the effects are optimal when the weight ratio of the hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum to the dendrobium officinale extracts is 1: 10. As can be seen from comparative examples 2 and 3, the effect of saffron and dendrobium officinale can be influenced, and comparative example 1 shows that the lack of solid ester can cause the lack of texture and influence the use feeling. Comparative examples 4 and 5 show that too much or too little of all the active ingredients can reduce the effect.

1. The whitening, soothing and anti-aging essence is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:

1.25-1.95 parts of emulsifier, 4.8-7.1 parts of emollient, 3.18-5.32 parts of thickener, 8.05-11.11 parts of humectant, 1.2-1.8 parts of skin conditioner, 1.13-1.67 parts of preservative, 2.74-5.08 parts of whitening anti-aging agent, 0.15-0.25 part of essence, 0.078-0.136 part of pH regulator and the balance of water, wherein the total weight part is 100; the skin conditioner comprises dendrobium officinale extract and saffron extract.

4. The whitening, soothing and anti-aging essence as claimed in claim 3, wherein the weight ratio of the dendrobium officinale extract to the saffron extract is 1: 1.5-2.5.

5. The essence of claim 1, wherein the skin conditioner further comprises hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum.

6. The whitening, soothing and anti-aging essence as claimed in claim 5, wherein the weight ratio of the hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum to the dendrobium officinale extract is 1: 8-12.

7. The preparation method of the whitening, soothing and anti-aging essence as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:

s1, adding the acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer into water, pre-foaming and homogenizing to obtain a mixture 1;

s2, mixing neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, polydimethylsiloxane, coco-caprylate/caprate, isononyl isononanoate, glycerol tri (ethyl acetate) ester, batyl alcohol, shea butter, PCA polydimethylsiloxane, phytosterol oleate and β -sitosterol, cetearyl alcohol, polyglycerol-6 distearate, polyglycerol-10 stearate, polyphenyl propyl ester, pentaerythritol tetra (bis-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamic acid) ester and tocopherol acetate, and heating while stirring until complete dissolution to obtain a mixture 2;

s3, mixing hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, polyglutamic acid, β -glucan, methyl propylene glycol, methyl glucitol polyether-20, polyglycerol-10, trehalose, erythritol, sucrose stearate, a dendrobium officinale extract, methylparaben and water, stirring, heating, adding the mixture 1 in the heating process until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a mixture 3;

s4, extracting all water phases of the mixture 3, stirring, homogenizing, adding the mixture 2, stirring, homogenizing, adding cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and sodium polyacryloyldimethyltaurate, continuing homogenizing, cooling after homogenizing, and adding EDTA disodium, nicotinamide, aminomethyl propanol and water to obtain a mixture 4;

s5, cooling the mixture 4, stirring, adding carboxymethyl β -dextran sodium, saccharide isomer, crocus sativus extract, yeast lysate extract, methyl propylene glycol, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, yeast fermentation product extract, α -arbutin, tranexamic acid, essence, methyl propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water to obtain a mixture 5;

and S6, cooling the mixture 5, discharging after the product control initial inspection is qualified, and obtaining the whitening, soothing and anti-aging essence.

8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the heating temperature in step S2 is not more than 85 ℃.

9. The production method according to claim 7, wherein the temperature at which the temperature is raised in step S3 is 78 to 82 ℃.

10. The method according to claim 7, wherein the temperature of the temperature decrease in the step S5 is 40-45 ℃.
