1. And (3) anti-aging test: skin elasticity test
Skin elasticity test: the test subjects were 60 randomly selected women of the same area with close skin condition, the age was 40 years old, the body was healthy, and the test subjects were randomly divided into 6 groups of 10 persons each, which were respectively designated as a first group (example 1), a second group (comparative example 1), a third group (comparative example 2), a fourth group (comparative example 3), a fifth group (comparative example 4), and a sixth group (comparative example 5). The test apparatus is a revisometer RV600 (elastic fiber tissue test probe) of a skin elasticity tester MPA580 of CK company, Germany, and after five times of tests are carried out by each person, the average value of 10 persons in each group is obtained.
And (3) testing conditions are as follows: (1) an indoor environment; (2) no strong sunlight or direct light; (3) the ambient temperature is 20 +/-2 ℃, and the ambient humidity is 40-60%.
Test area: the left cheekbone part.
Test procedure blank values (R2, R5, R7) were measured 30min after cleaning of the test area, and then the subjects were asked to adhere to the product 2m L of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5 in groups of 2m each day, evenly spread on the test area, and test the skin elasticity index R2, R5, R7 values of the test area after 4 weeks, respectively (the negative pressure during the test was constant at 450 mbar).
Specification of indexes: the closer the skin elasticity indexes R2, R5, R7 are to 1, the better the elasticity of the skin. Wherein R2 ═ Ua/Uf; r5 ═ Ur/Ue; r7 ═ Ur/Uf. Uf is the maximum skin stretch, and Ue is the skin stretch at 0.1s after a constant negative pressure is applied to the skin, and the elastic portion stretch is located. Ur is the value of elastic part Ur, namely the value of recovery and viscoelastic part, or moulding part, of skin after negative pressure is removed for 0.1 s. Ua is the recovery value of the skin from the removal of the negative pressure to the next successive test of the skin surface plus the negative pressure, and the results are shown in Table 3.
Table 3 skin elasticity test results
The elasticity of the skin reflects the aging condition of the skin, and as can be seen from the test results in table 3, the elasticity of the skin is significantly improved after the cosmetic essence of the present invention is used, which indicates that the cosmetic essence of the present invention has excellent anti-aging effect, and the aging condition of the skin has close relationship with oxidation, so that the cosmetic essence of the present invention has excellent antioxidant ability. Further, according to the test results of the second group and the first group, it can be seen that the silanediol salicylate and other components play a synergistic role in enhancing the anti-aging capability of the cosmetic essence to the best, and according to the test results of the third group and the first group, it can be seen that the anti-aging capability of the anti-allergy compound plant extract is improved to a certain extent, but the effect is not as good as the silanediol salicylate, which can be considered as a promoting effect. From the test results of the fourth group, the fifth group and the first group, the polyglutamic acid sodium and the sodium hyaluronate enhance the anti-aging capability of the beauty essence, particularly the sodium hyaluronate, which is probably related to the fact that the sodium hyaluronate has certain anti-wrinkle effect, presumably because the moisture state of skin is good, the absorption of other components is promoted, the components are mutually promoted and synergized, and the antioxidant capability of the beauty essence is exerted to the maximum extent. According to the test results of the sixth group and the first group, the influence of the fullerene on the oxidation resistance of the beauty essence is the largest, the oxidation resistance of the beauty essence is obviously improved after the fullerene is added, and a good anti-aging effect is embodied.
2. Pore enlargement improvement test
The test subjects were 60 women of similar skin conditions in the same area, which were randomly selected, aged 35 years, healthy, and had a problem of large pores in the skin, and were randomly divided into 6 groups of 10 persons, which were respectively designated as a first group (example 1), a second group (comparative example 1), a third group (comparative example 2), a fourth group (comparative example 3), a fifth group (comparative example 4), and a sixth group (comparative example 5).
The test method comprises the following steps: change in pore size improvement before and after use was photographed using VISIA, and the photographed area: the nose is across the cheek, and the average value is taken after three measurements are taken for each person, and then the average value of 10 persons in each group is taken.
The test procedure was carried out by measuring the facial condition before non-use and recording the number of hair holes, and then, the subjects were prescribed to adhere to the product 2m L of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5 in terms of groups in the morning and evening, and the facial condition of the subjects after 8 weeks was measured and the number of hair holes was recorded, respectively, and the results of the test are shown in table 4, wherein the rate of improvement of hair holes is (average number of hair holes before use-average number of hair holes after use)/average number of hair holes before use.
Table 4 improvement in pore size test results
As can be seen from the test results in table 4, the cosmetic essence of the present invention has an excellent effect of improving the formation of large pores, and as described above in the present invention, the skin condition is deteriorated due to the radicals, one of which is the formation of large pores, and as can be seen from the results in table 4, the cosmetic essence of the present invention can significantly improve the formation of large pores, and has a good effect. According to the comparison of a plurality of groups of test groups, the components are synergistic and mutually promoted, for example, the addition of the anti-allergy compound plant extract obviously improves the capability of improving pore size, on one hand, the anti-allergy compound plant extract has certain antioxidant capability, on the other hand, the anti-allergy compound plant extract has good skin calming effect, the good state of the skin is recovered, so that the absorption and permeation of other components are promoted, and the other components are similar in principle. The influence of fullerene is also the greatest, because the antioxidant capacity of fullerene in the components is the strongest, and therefore, the synergistic effect caused by the addition of fullerene is the greatest.
3. Skin hydration, sensitivity repair test
The test subjects were 60 women of age 35 years old and healthy who were randomly selected and had sensitive skin and similar skin conditions in the same area, and were randomly divided into 6 groups of 10 persons each, which were designated as a first group (example 1), a second group (comparative example 1), a third group (comparative example 2), a fourth group (comparative example 3), a fifth group (comparative example 4), and a sixth group (comparative example 5), respectively, the hydration level of the skin before use and the facial red area (redness) were measured, and then the subjects were prescribed to use the product 2m L of examples 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5 in the facial test zones firmly in the morning and evening, respectively, the skin moisture and facial red area of the test zones of the subjects after 4 weeks were tested, and the skin sensitivity repair ability was judged according to the relative change of the facial red area before and after use, each test, it was guaranteed that one person was operating the apparatus, the force was constant when the probe was in contact with the skin, the environmental temperature was maintained, the humidity was consistent (40-60% and the temperature was constant), the test results are shown in table 5, wherein the skin moisture content was measured using a test instrument, the relative change of the facial red area was calculated as% change before use of the test area (visa-a).
Table 5 skin moisture and facial red area test results
According to the test results in table 5, the skin hydration degree of the beauty essence of the invention can reach 90% after use, and the obvious synergy effect among the five components can be obviously found according to several groups of tests. In addition, the sensitivity repairing capability is similar to the skin hydration degree, and the presumed result is that the anti-sensitivity component plays a role in relieving the skin to calm, so that the absorption and the permeation of a moisturizing agent and an antioxidant component in the beauty essence are promoted, the skin hydration degree and the antioxidant capability are improved, and the improvement of the antioxidant capability further repairs the state of the skin, so that the anti-sensitivity component can better relieve the skin, the interaction among the components is mutually promoted, and the effect is exerted to the maximum extent.
4. Degree of recovery of skin's anti-allergic ability
The subject who used 4 weeks in test 3 was subjected to lactic acid stimulation test, which was performed by cleaning the face of the volunteer and then resting for 30min in a room at a temperature of 25 ± 2 ℃ and an RH of 40 ± 5%, two layers of filter paper having a diameter of 0.5cm were dropped with a 10% lactic acid solution of 50 μ L, stuck to the nasolabial sulcus on one side of the volunteer, followed by the left or right side, asked for stinging sensation and observed skin reaction of the subject after 0, 2, 5 and 8 minutes, respectively, scored by 4 points (0 no stinging, 1 mild stinging, 2 moderate stinging, 3 severe stinging and 4 severe stinging), evaluated for the indices of skin sensitivity and tolerance, tested for the average rating of the volunteer, and the test results are shown in table 6.
