Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an eye mask, in particular to a gel-like eye mask patch which does not use eye mask cloth or eye mask paper, has multiple effects and good mechanical property and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of eye masks.
Background
Researches show that modern young people stay up for a long time, the emotion fluctuation is large, eyes are extremely easy to fatigue, blood flow speed of blood vessels of skin of the eyes is too low, stagnation is formed, and fishtail lines and canthus lines are easy to appear; and because the oxygen supply of the tissues is insufficient, the metabolic waste in the blood vessels is accumulated excessively, so that the pigmentation of the eyes is caused, and a black eye is easily formed. Natural growth factors are also not negligible except for human factors, and subcutaneous fat around the eyes becomes thinner with age, so wrinkles and dark circles around the corners of the eyes are aggravated.
Compared with the skin at other parts of the face, the skin around the eyes is particularly soft and has a plurality of folds and larger surface area, so that the moisture evaporation speed of the skin around the eyes is higher; meanwhile, sweat glands and sebaceous glands of skin around eyes are less distributed, and the skin is easy to dry and lack of water. In addition, the aging of human body is the inevitable rule of life growth, wherein the change of skin is most obvious, and after the age of 25 years, the skin around eyes of general women begins to become worse, so that the problems of black eye circles, fishtail lines, eye bags, granulation, edema and the like occur. Therefore, the prevention and care of the eye skin is very important.
At present, cosmetics in the market are various, and cosmetics for caring eye skin comprise eye cream, eye essence, eye mask and the like. The common non-woven fabric eye mask is thick and heavy, is easy to bubble, can fall off when moving and has poor fitting property. The membrane cloth material contains fiber, skin itch can be caused due to static electricity, and meanwhile, most essence liquid is left outside and cannot fully exert the efficacy. The gel eye mask can well improve the problems, but has the defects that some gel eye masks have a mud rubbing phenomenon after being used, some gel eye masks have poor plasticity, and the gel eye masks cannot be suitable for all people according to different eye shapes of people. Compared with the non-woven fabric eye mask, the gel eye mask is not moist enough when being used, and cannot simultaneously play a role in moisturizing, wrinkle removal, dark eye removal and the like.
Therefore, there is a need to develop an eye care product having moisturizing, anti-aging, wrinkle-removing and refreshing functions simultaneously to solve various eye problems caused by growth factors and human factors simultaneously.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an eye mask containing tremella polysaccharide, which contains active ingredients of tremella polysaccharide, wherein the tremella polysaccharide has a good wrinkle removing effect, can play a role in synergy by matching with sclerotium rolfsii gum, and can improve the mechanical property of the eye mask by matching the tremella polysaccharide with the sclerotium rolfsii gum, so that the eye mask is more convenient to prepare and use.
The invention selects tremella polysaccharide as a main anti-wrinkle component, the tremella polysaccharide is an acidic heteropolysaccharide, the main chain structure is mannan connected by alpha- (1 → 3) glycosidic bond, and the branched chain is tremella heteroglycan composed of glucuronic acid and xylose. The tremella polysaccharide can absorb a large amount of moisture, has the same high moisture retention property no matter under the condition of low humidity or high humidity, is the only one million-level molecular weight natural moisture retention raw material at present, has excellent moisture retention and water locking capacity, and can repair epidermis, increase the moisture content of the epidermis, improve the conductivity integral value of the skin, enhance the skin protection barrier and prevent the moisture from evaporating from the skin. The tremella polysaccharide also has certain capacity of eliminating hydroxyl free radicals, can prevent skin aging by inhibiting peroxidation of cell lipid, can promote growth of elastic cells, reduce damage of UV to the skin, activate epidermal cells, repair photodamaged skin, accelerate skin regeneration, remove wrinkles and wrinkles, and can be applied to cosmetics as an anti-aging and anti-oxidation component. In addition, the tremella polysaccharide has good lubricity and film forming property, can form a layer of uniform film on the surface of skin, and plays roles in moisturizing, lubricating and eliminating static electricity.
The sclerotium rolfsii gum backbone is composed of beta-1, 3-D-glucopyranose, with a pendant beta-1, 6-D-glucopyranose unit group every third glucose unit. Research shows that the sclerotium rolfsii gum has excellent moisturizing, anti-allergic and skin repairing functions. The sclerotium rolfsii gum is used as a pure natural biological polymer humectant, has the functions of moisturizing, repairing, diminishing inflammation, resisting oxidation and the like, and has stable property, good water solubility and long-acting moisturizing.
Aiming at the purpose of providing a gel eye mask paste without using a substrate such as mask cloth or mask paper, experiments show that tremella polysaccharide and sclerotium rolfsii gum can be used as effective components of an eye mask and can improve the mechanical property of the eye mask paste, so that the eye mask paste is more conformable, less prone to fracture, simpler in forming and better in forming effect. The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an eye mask containing the Tremella polysaccharide comprises the following effective components in percentage by weight: 0.15-0.4% of tremella polysaccharide and 0.3-1.2% of sclerotium rolfsii gum. The mass ratio of the tremella polysaccharide to the sclerotium rolfsii gum is within the range of 1: 0.75-8. Under the content and the mass ratio, the sclerotium rolfsii gum has obvious synergistic effect on the anti-wrinkle effect of the tremella polysaccharide, and the obtained eye mask has better adhesive force and tensile strength, better fit with the skin and difficult fracture.
Further, the molecular weight range of the tremella polysaccharide can be selected within the usual range, such as 0.8 × 106~4.9×106Da,Preferably 3.5X 106~4.5×106Da. When the preferable molecular weight is adopted, the anti-wrinkle performance and the mechanical performance of the eye mask are better.
Furthermore, the tremella polysaccharide obtained by various preparation methods reported in the prior art can be selected, and the tremella polysaccharide obtained by Sevage extraction method, enzymolysis method, chemical method, biological fermentation method and other methods can be used in the invention. The Sevage extraction method, the enzymolysis method and the chemical method are complex in process, toxic reagents can be introduced in the preparation process, the potential safety hazard of the tremella polysaccharide is increased, the biological fermentation method is simple in process and low in cost, the toxic reagents which are harmful to skin can not be introduced, the activity of the tremella polysaccharide is kept to the maximum extent, and therefore the tremella polysaccharide obtained by the biological fermentation method is preferably used as the raw material.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the tremella polysaccharides are obtained from a tremella spore fermentation extract obtained by submerged fermentation of tremella spore liquid, and the main component of the tremella polysaccharides is tremella polysaccharides, which can be prepared by the method described in patent CN200410072865.5, for example. When the tremella spore fermentation extract is used, the dosage of the extract is measured according to the quantity of tremella polysaccharide in the extract.
Furthermore, the tremella polysaccharide and the sclerotium rolfsii gum mainly play a role in resisting wrinkles, in order to enrich the efficacy of the eye mask and enable the eye mask to be capable of solving various eye problems caused by different factors, other effective components with different efficacies can be added into the eye mask, for example, a moisturizing component, an anti-aging component, a whitening component, a freckle removing component, a bacteriostatic component and the like can be added, and the components can be one or more, such as a chlorella extract, a cactus extract, a centella extract, a golden yellow chamomile extract, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose and the like. The chlorella extract mainly contains chlorella growth factor which contains abundant nucleic acid and nucleoprotein, and has effects of repairing human body cell, scavenging free radicals, and resisting aging. The radix et caulis Opuntiae Dillenii extract has effects of promoting skin growth factor generation, activating skin, resisting aging, and resisting bacteria. Centella asiatica extract is a fully water-soluble natural active ingredient, has anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects, can be used as a supplement for treating dry and sensitive skin, and is widely applied to a formula of cosmetics for repairing scars, removing acnes and preserving moisture. The golden yellow chamomile extract is from a flower-like head of a chrysanthemum belonging to a Compositae plant, contains various effective components such as volatile oil, choline, stachydrine, amino acid, flavonoid, chrysanthemum lactone, chrysanthenone, chrysanthenol and the like, can treat dermatitis, has an inhibiting effect on induced allergy of skin, can enhance the resistance of capillary vessels, inhibit capillary permeability, has an anti-inflammatory effect, can eliminate free radicals, has oxidation resistance and an aging relieving effect, has a certain inhibiting effect on melanocyte, and has certain whitening and freckle removing effects. Sodium hyaluronate is a well-known natural moisturizing factor, has the thousand-fold water locking capacity, is a polysaccharide compound contained in a human body, and has compatibility and safety which are not possessed by other high molecular compounds. The moisture level of the skin is closely related to the content of hyaluronic acid, and the content of hyaluronic acid in the skin is reduced along with the increase of the age, so that the water retention function of the skin is weakened, wrinkles are generated, and the sodium hyaluronate has certain wrinkle resistance. In addition, sodium hyaluronate also has the effects of repairing and preventing skin injury, lubricating property, film-forming property, thickening property and the like. The trehalose has stable property and is not easy to be damaged, and the latest research shows that the exogenous trehalose also has good non-specific protection effect on organisms and biomacromolecules. In addition, the sodium hyaluronate and the trehalose are applied in a combined manner, have complementary and synergistic effects, have biological fresh-keeping and intelligent moisturizing effects, and can keep tissues, skins and cosmetics fresh all the time.
Furthermore, the content of the other effective components of the tremella polysaccharide and the sclerotium rolfsii gum in the eye mask can be adjusted and selected according to different effects to be achieved by the eye mask and the general dosage of the effective components in the cosmetics.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the chlorella extract is contained in an amount of 0.01 to 0.5 wt%.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the content of the cactus extract is 0.01 to 0.5 wt%.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the content of centella asiatica extract is 0.3 to 0.8 wt%.

Further, in order to form the eye mask into a desired shape or meet the performance requirements of various dosage forms, it is inevitable to add some auxiliary ingredients to the eye mask, and the auxiliary ingredients may be at least one of a humectant, a thickener, a preservative, water, and the like. The ingredients and amounts of these adjuvants can be selected from those reported in the prior art without difficulty for the person skilled in the art.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the humectant is selected from: one or more of propylene glycol, glycerin, butanediol and allantoin, wherein the content of the humectant is 8.2-26.4 wt%. The propylene glycol is a viscous and slightly sweet liquid, is mutually soluble with water, ethanol and various solvents, and has the effects of moisture absorption, lubrication and certain sterilization. Glycerin can absorb moisture in the air to moisturize the skin and also can lock the moisture in the skin to retain the moisture in the stratum corneum, so that the body shadow of glycerin can be seen in various cosmetics. Butanediol is a micromolecular moisturizing component, is often used as a moisturizing agent in cosmetics, and also has a certain antibacterial effect. Allantoin is a derivative of uric acid, is a very common humectant and anti-allergy agent, and is cheap and good. Allantoin can promote the growth of cell tissue, influence the rapid granulation of epidermis, accelerate the renewal process, and repair skin.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the thickener is selected from carbomer and/or glucomannan, and the content of the thickener is 3.0-7.5 wt%.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the preservative is selected from dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and/or methylparaben, and the content of the preservative is 0.02-0.4 wt%. The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is prepared by extracting effective components from liquorice, can penetrate into the skin, keeps high activity, whitens skin, resists oxidation efficiently, effectively inhibits the activity of various enzymes in the process of melanin generation, and has the effects of preventing rough skin, resisting inflammation and resisting bacteria.
