Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging composition and a preparation method and application thereof. Wherein the anti-aging composition is prepared from the following components: behenyl alcohol, emulsifier, dimethyl silicone oil, type III collagen, retinol oil solution, preservative and deionized water. The anti-aging composition utilizes the unique structure and biological activity of the type III collagen to protect the retinol which has larger irritation to the skin in the composition, so that the retinol is slowly released to reduce the irritation to the skin, thereby ensuring the anti-aging activity of the retinol and enabling the retinol to play a role in the tolerance range of the skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-aging composition, in particular to an anti-aging composition containing type III collagen and retinol, and further relates to a preparation method and application of the anti-aging composition, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
With the increase of human age, the synthesis capacity of fibroblasts is reduced, collagen fibers are solidified, intercellular mucopolysaccharide is reduced, skin loses softness, elasticity and luster, and is aged, meanwhile, fiber breakage, lipoatrophy, sweat gland and sebaceous gland secretion of dermis are reduced, and a series of aging phenomena such as color spots, wrinkles and the like appear on the skin. Retinol is a precursor substance of tretinoin, has great potential as a topical anti-aging molecule, is first marketed in the us in the 70-80 s as a drug for treating acne, and its anti-aging effect was discovered later. After years of research, the drug is finally the first external drug for resisting photoaging, which is approved by FDA (American food and drug administration). However, retinol has obvious irritation to skin, and is sensitive, red and stabbing, even itchy and red swelling easily caused by improper use. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring the anti-aging effect of retinol, how to reduce the irritation of the product to the skin is a problem which is continuously researched in the field of cosmetics.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an anti-aging composition containing retinol and type III collagen, and the type III collagen in the composition is beneficial to improving the irritation of the retinol to the skin and improving the experience feeling of products while ensuring the anti-aging effect of the composition. It is preferable that: the emulsifier is DELTA MB.
It is preferable that: the viscosity of the simethicone is 5 cst.
It is preferable that: the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
Another object of the present invention is a method for preparing the antiaging composition, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing the behenyl alcohol, the dimethicone and the emulsifier according to the weight percentage, stirring and mixing at 80-85 ℃ until all the components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture A;
2) heating deionized water to 80-85 ℃, adding the mixture A obtained in the step 1) into the heated deionized water, homogenizing for 3-5 minutes, and then cooling to below 50 ℃;
3) adding the III type collagen and the retinol oil solution into the mixture cooled in the step 2), stirring all the components to be uniformly mixed,
4) adding a preservative into the mixture obtained in the step 3), stirring until the preservative is uniformly mixed, and cooling the mixture to room temperature to obtain the anti-aging composition.
The invention further aims to provide the application of the anti-aging composition in anti-aging skin care products.
The anti-aging composition utilizes the unique structure and biological activity of the type III collagen to protect the retinol with larger skin irritation in the composition, so that the retinol is slowly released to reduce the irritation to the skin, and even under the condition of larger addition amount of the retinol, the anti-aging composition can reduce the irritation to the skin on the premise of ensuring the anti-aging effect, so that the anti-aging composition can act within the tolerance range of the skin, and effectively solves the problem of overlarge irritation generally existing in the application of the retinol in the industry.

According to one aspect of the invention, an anti-aging composition is provided, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: behenyl alcohol: 0.1-1%, emulsifier: 1-3%, dimethicone: 1-3%, type III collagen 5-10%, retinol oil solution: 0.05-0.5%, preservative: 0.5-1%, and deionized water: the balance being.

Collagen is a protein widely distributed in human connective tissue, and is the most abundant protein in human body, accounting for 25-35% of the total protein. Its main functions are to maintain the extracellular environment, maintain the normal physiological functions of tissue and organ, repair the injury of body, etc. Collagen is a natural biological resource, has biological histocompatibility expected by other high molecular materials, and has supporting elasticity and degradability for cells, so that the collagen can be widely applied to industries such as medicines, cosmetics and the like. The III type collagen adopted by the invention realizes large-scale production of active collagen by utilizing a biological fermentation technology, and has good biological activity. The crystal structure characterization of the type III collagen proves that the sequence of the collagen is 100 percent identical to the corresponding sequence of human collagen, and the collagen has a triple-helix structure, a flexible angle, very strong cell adhesion activity and a water locking function. The anti-aging composition can be used as an anti-aging component to be applied to skin care products/cosmetics, such as face cream, so as to play a role in resisting aging.
Example 1
An anti-aging composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: behenyl alcohol: 0.5%, DELTA MB: 1.5%, dimethicone (5 cst): 2%, type III collagen: 6%, retinol oil solution GS 50: 0.05%, preservative Optiphen GP: 0.5%, deionized water: the rest is; the preparation method of the anti-aging composition comprises the following steps:
1) mixing behenyl alcohol, simethicone and DELTA MB, stirring and mixing at 85 ℃ until all components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture A;
2) heating deionized water to 85 ℃, adding the mixture A obtained in the step 1) into the heated deionized water, homogenizing for 3 minutes, and then cooling to 35 ℃;
3) adding the type III collagen and the retinol oil solution GS50 into the mixture cooled in the step 2), stirring for 3 minutes at the temperature until the components are uniformly mixed,
4) adding a preservative into the mixture obtained in the step 3), stirring for 2 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed, cooling the mixture to room temperature, and filling to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Example 2
An anti-aging composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: behenyl alcohol: 0.3%, DELTA MB: 3% dimethicone (5 cst): 3%, type III collagen: 5%, retinol oil solution GS 50: 0.3%, preservative Optiphen GP: 0.7%, deionized water: the rest is; the preparation process of the anti-aging composition is similar to that of example 1.
Example 3

Example 4
An anti-aging composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: behenyl alcohol: 0.1%, DELTA MB: 2%, dimethicone (5 cst): 2.7%, type III collagen: 7.5%, retinol oil solution GS 50: 0.28%, preservative Optiphen GP: 1.0%, deionized water: the rest is; the preparation process of the anti-aging composition is similar to that of example 1.
