1) Sequentially adding the raw materials of phase A into a main tank, stirring, mixing and dissolving uniformly;

Examples 5.1 to 5.3
A facial mask essence containing antiaging composition comprises the following raw materials in proportion as shown in Table 2.

The preparation process flow of the facial mask essence containing the anti-aging composition in the embodiment 5.1-5.3 of the invention is as follows:
1) Sequentially adding the raw materials of phase A into a main tank, heating to 60 ℃, stirring, mixing, dissolving uniformly;
2) Cooling to 30-40 ℃, sequentially adding the phase B and the phase C, stirring and dissolving, and uniformly mixing to obtain the facial mask essence containing the anti-aging composition.
Examples 6.1 to 6.3
A cream comprising an anti-aging composition comprises the raw materials in the proportions shown in Table 3 below.

The preparation process flow of the cream comprising the anti-aging composition of examples 6.1-6.3 of the present invention is as follows:
1) The A phase and B phase raw materials are respectively stirred and heated to 80 ℃;
2) Adding phase B into phase A at 80deg.C, homogenizing for 10min;
3) Cooling to 45deg.C in water bath under stirring, sequentially adding D phase, E phase and C phase, stirring, and cooling to below 35deg.C to obtain cream containing antiaging composition.
Effect verification test example
Stability test of vesicle wrap 1
1. Test article: examples 1 to 3;
2. test instrument: performing particle size distribution test on a test object by a transmission electron microscope and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS);
3. the test principle is as follows: the stability of the vesicle wrap is judged by determining whether the particle size of the vesicle wrap is changed after being placed for a period of time at a certain temperature. Particle size stability represents vesicle wrap stability;
4. the test indexes are as follows: storing the test object in 30 ℃ environment, and measuring average particle sizes of D0, D3, D7, D14 and D28;

The invention uses nonionic surfactant to form vesicle material and adds cholesterol, and uses the filling effect of cholesterol to make the vesicle material fill in the molecular pores formed by active agent monomer, so that it can give certain rigidity to double-layer film and can raise stability of vesicle wrapping material.
The test results show that the particle size change rate of the vesicle wrappers of the embodiment of the invention is within 3% after the vesicle wrappers are stored for a period of time, which proves that the vesicle wrappers of the invention have stability.
Anti-aging Effect test 2
1. The tester: 20 healthy persons (25-55 years old), women, were randomized into two groups, one group using example 4.1 with the composition of example 1 added as the efficacy group and the other group using the sample with the blank added as the control group; the face has no obvious redness, skin damage, scars and the like;
2. test part: full face;
3. test instrument: visia-CR is used for facial image acquisition and wrinkle analysis.
4. The test indexes are as follows: skin wrinkle area rate of change; rate of change = (post-use measurement-pre-use measurement)/(pre-use measurement x 100%;

The skin wrinkle area ratio (table 5 and fig. 2) at five time points of D0, D7, D14, D28, D56 measured according to the Visia-CR, revealed that the skin wrinkle area was reduced by 5.56% after 7 days of use compared to before use; after 14 days of use, the area of skin wrinkles is reduced by 10.26%; after 28 days of use, the wrinkle area is reduced by 20.51%; after 56 days of use, the area of wrinkles is reduced by 26.50%. Compared with the results of the control group, the change rate of the wrinkle area rate of the efficacy group is obviously different after 7 days of use; after 14 days of use, the wrinkle area rate change rate of the efficacy group is remarkably different; after 28 days of use, the change rate of the wrinkle area rate of the efficacy group is remarkably different; after 56 days of use, the change rate of the wrinkle area rate of the efficacy group is significantly different. The partial efficacy group subjects showed a significant reduction in facial skin texture and improved skin smoothness using the front and rear facial image acquisition map (fig. 3).
The above results demonstrate that the example 4.1 efficacy group with the addition of the example 1 anti-aging composition has significant anti-aging effects.
Anti-aging Effect test 3
1. The tester: 20 healthy persons (25-55 years old), women, were randomized into two groups, one group using example.4.1 with the composition of example 1 added as the efficacy group, the other group using the sample with the blank added as the control group; the face has no obvious redness, skin damage, scars and the like;

3. test instrument: an elasticity tester for testing skin tightness and skin elasticity.
4. The test principle is as follows: based on the suction force and the stretching principle, constant negative pressure is applied to the skin to be tested in the vertical direction, then the negative pressure is eliminated, and the displacement change of the skin to be tested in a specified time period is measured, so that the skin elasticity characterization value is obtained. The test calculates the ratio R0 of the residual deformation amount to the maximum elongation of the skin to obtain a skin elasticity value, wherein the R0 value represents the skin extensibility, and the decrease of the R0 value means the decrease of the skin extensibility and the decrease of the stretching degree, and represents the improvement of the skin compactness. The R2 value represents the total skin elasticity and the R2 value increases, representing an increase in skin elasticity.
5. Test results: as shown in tables 6 and 7 and fig. 4 and 5.

The results show that the skin elasticity characterization value R0 after the use of the active group is reduced by 5.97% after 7 days of use compared with that before the use; after 14 days of use, the R0 value decreased by 14.36%; after 28 days of use, the R0 value decreased by 20.62%; after 56 days of use, the R0 value decreased by 24.61%. Compared with the result of the control group, the change rate of the skin elasticity characterization value R0 of the efficacy group is obviously different after 7 days of use; after 14 days of use, the change rate of the skin elasticity characterization value R0 of the efficacy group is significantly different; after 28 days of use, the change rate of the skin elasticity characterization value R0 of the efficacy group is remarkably different; after 56 days of use, the rate of change of the skin elasticity characterization value R0 of the efficacy group is significantly different.
After using the effective group, the skin elasticity characterization value R2 is increased by 2.97% after 7 days of use compared with that before use; after 14 days of use, the R2 value increased by 7.51%; after 28 days of use, the R2 value increased by 11.28%; after 56 days of use, the R2 value increased by 13.65%. Compared with the result of the control group, the change rate of the skin elasticity characterization value R2 of the efficacy group is obviously different after 7 days of use; after 14 days of use, the change rate of the skin elasticity characterization value R2 of the efficacy group is significantly different; after 28 days of use, the change rate of the skin elasticity characterization value R2 of the efficacy group is remarkably different; after 56 days of use, the change rate of the skin elasticity characterization value R2 of the efficacy group is significantly different.
The above results demonstrate that the effect of the efficacy group of example 4.1, with the addition of the anti-aging composition of example 1, on the improvement of skin firmness and increase of skin elasticity is evident, and the anti-aging effect is effectively exerted.
Emotion influence effect test 4 of the cosmetic of the present invention
1. The tester: 10 healthy persons (55-65 years old), women, were randomized into two groups, one group using example 4 with the composition of example 1 added as the efficacy group and the other group using the sample with the blank added as the control group; the face has no obvious redness, skin damage, scars and the like;
2. the testing method comprises the following steps: data studies were performed by KBC using AI-based Mindlogics techniques to analyze conscious responses (questionnaires) and subconscious responses (facial expressions).
3. Test results: the results of image acquisition of some subjects are shown in fig. 6, and the efficacy group affects subconscious consciousness of volunteers and promotes emotional health compared with the control group.
Security verification 5

In conclusion, the anti-aging composition disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of good stability, easy preparation and excellent percutaneous permeability, and the vesicle material is prepared by preparing two nonionic surfactants to encapsulate the rest active ingredients. Through the specific proportion collocation, three functional components penetrate transdermally to the maximum extent, have synergistic effect, protect skin, resist skin aging and oxidative stress, and have no side effect.
Meanwhile, the invention provides application examples of various anti-aging compositions in cosmetics, and the examples can effectively reduce wrinkles, increase elasticity, tighten skin and have obvious anti-aging effect.
In addition, the invention provides a novel characterization method for the application of the anti-aging composition in cosmetics, and the artificial intelligent AI is used for measuring the influence on emotion after the cosmetics using the composition for the first time, so that the positive influence of the anti-aging composition on the skin and the state of a user is further verified. The anti-aging composition and the application example thereof can effectively resist aging and promote the active emotion of a user, thereby improving the anti-aging effect.

Claims (7)

1. An anti-aging composition, characterized by: the main functional components of the composition are composed of the following components by the total weight of the composition:
10-35% of a sea-tangle extract/a fucus extract/a brewer's yeast extract, 10-35% of a kohlrabi extract/a pullulanase polysaccharide, 10-35% of an alfalfa extract and 0.5-5% of a vesicle material;
the vesicle material is a composite material formed by nonionic surfactant, and the vesicle material is prepared by the nonionic surfactant to wrap other active ingredients;
the anti-aging composition is prepared by the following process:
respectively weighing the extract of the sea stripe algae, the extract of the Fucus vesiculosus, the extract of the beer yeast, the extract of the kohlrabi, the pullulanase polysaccharide, the extract of the alfalfa and the vesicle material according to the mass percentage;
dissolving the extract of sea stripe, fucus vesiculosus, beer yeast, kokumi, pullulanase and alfalfa extract in deionized water containing 0.7% phenoxyethanol to obtain core material solution;
mixing vesicle material with 0.1-5% cholesterol to obtain wall material solution;
placing the core material solution under a homogenizer at a rotating speed of 1500-3000 rpm, slowly pouring the wall material solution into the core material solution after the rotating speed is stable, and continuously stirring for 30-60 min to obtain the anti-aging composition with a particle size range of 0.05-20 mu m.
2. The anti-aging composition of claim 1, wherein: the main functional components of the composition are composed of the following components by the total weight of the composition:
10-30% of sea-tangle extract/Fucus vesiculosus extract/Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, 10-30% of kohlrabi extract/pullulanase polysaccharide, 10-30% of alfalfa extract and 0.5-3% of vesicle material.
3. The anti-aging composition of claim 1, wherein: the main functional components of the composition are composed of the following components by the total weight of the composition:
15-25% of sea-tangle extract/Fucus vesiculosus extract/Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, 15-25% of kohlrabi extract/pullulanase polysaccharide, 15-25% of alfalfa extract and 1-3% of vesicle material.

Use of an anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for the preparation of a cosmetic product, characterized in that: the anti-aging composition is applied to a cosmetic formula, wherein the anti-aging composition accounts for 1-20% of the total amount of the cosmetic formula, and the cosmetic also comprises conventional auxiliary materials accounting for 80-99% of the total amount of the cosmetic formula.
