Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cosmetic composition, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in cosmetics, belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and more particularly relates to an anti-aging composition, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in cosmetics.
Background
The cosmetics are used for a long time, and along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of the substances of people, the skin care requirements of people are higher and higher, and particularly, the application population of the anti-aging products is wider and wider. Through the trend that people over 30 years old gradually become younger, the anti-aging consciousness of people is mature, and consumers can also believe and concur the basic anti-aging mechanisms of 'anti-saccharification, anti-photoaging and anti-free radical … …', so that anti-aging cosmetics are paid more and more attention.
However, the existing cosmetics generally have short plates with poor transdermal absorption effect, which is specifically shown as remarkable in vitro effect, but slow or no obvious effect exists in human body effect. Meanwhile, some active ingredients with good anti-aging effect have application limitations such as large irritation or poor stability.
Therefore, a mild and safe anti-aging product with remarkable effect is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a formula of an anti-aging composition and a preparation method thereof, wherein a vesicle material prepared by a non-ionic surfactant wraps other active ingredients, and compared with the traditional liposome material, the anti-aging composition has the characteristics of easy preparation and better percutaneous permeability; through specific proportion matching, the three functional components have the functions of maximum percutaneous penetration and synergistic effect, protect the skin, and resist skin aging and oxidative stress, so that the skin is healthier.
The invention also aims to provide the application of the anti-aging composition in cosmetics, and the three functional components have the maximum transdermal penetration and the synergistic effect, so that the skin is protected, the skin aging and oxidative stress are resisted, and the skin is healthier.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an anti-aging composition comprises the following main functional components in percentage by mass:
10-40% of extract of Laticauda elongata/extract of Fucus vesiculosus/extract of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, 10-40% of extract of acerola/pullulanase, 10-40% of extract of Medicago sativa, and 0.1-5% of vesicle material.
Further, the anti-aging composition mainly comprises the following functional raw materials in percentage by mass:
10-35% of extract of Zostera marina, 10-35% of extract of Fucus vesiculosus, 10-35% of extract of Emilia javanica, 10-35% of Aureobasidium pullulans, 10-35% of extract of Medicago sativa, and 0.5-5% of vesicle material.
Further, the anti-aging composition mainly comprises the following functional raw materials in percentage by mass:
10-30% of extract of Zostera marina, 10-30% of extract of Fucus vesiculosus, 10-30% of extract of acerola, 10-30% of polysaccharide of Aureobasidium pullulans, 10-30% of extract of Medicago sativa, and 0.5-3% of vesicle material.
Further, the anti-aging composition mainly comprises the following functional raw materials in percentage by mass:
the sea algae extract/fucus extract/saccharomyces cerevisiae extract 15-25%, acerola extract/pullulanase 15-25%, alfalfa extract 15-25% and vesicle material 1-3%.
Furthermore, the composite material of the vesicle material composed of the nonionic surface activity can be easily formed into the vesicle only by diluting with water and stirring, and has the advantages of easy preparation, excellent percutaneous permeability of the formed vesicle and high stability over time.
Specifically, the preparation process of the anti-aging composition comprises the following steps:
respectively weighing the extract of the algae Lasiocladia elongata, the extract of the fucus vesiculosus, the extract of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the extract of the acerola/the pullulanase, the extract of the Medicago sativa and the vesicle material according to the mass percentage.
Dissolving the extract of Laplace elongata/Fucus vesiculosus/Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the extract of acerola/Aureobasidium pullulans and the extract of Medicago sativa in deionized water containing 0.7% phenoxyethanol to obtain core material solution.
Mixing the vesicle material with 0.1-5% cholesterol to obtain wall material solution.
And (3) placing the core material solution under a homogenizer at the rotation speed of 1500-3000 rpm, slowly pouring the wall material solution into the core material solution after the rotation speed is stable, and continuously stirring for 30-60 min to obtain the anti-aging composition with the particle size of 0.05-20 mu m.
The anti-aging composition comprises the following functional components: the Sargassum extensum extract/Fucus vesiculosus extract/Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract is prepared from two brown algae water extracts (Sargassum extensum and Fucus vesiculosus) and selenium-rich Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, and has excellent antioxidant property and mutual complementary and synergistic effect.
Due to the three-dimensional and high-molecular-weight configuration of the acerola extract/pullulanase, the acerola extract/pullulanase can be well attached to a skin micro-area, and the effects of smoothness, compactness and lifting can be immediately seen on the surface of the skin.
The alfalfa extract has metabolic stimulation to both the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin, exhibits retinoid wrinkle-removing activity, and does not produce any side effects.
The vesicle material is prepared by non-ionic surfactant, and can improve the transdermal permeability of active ingredients. Different from the traditional liposome material, the vesicle is easier to prepare, the transdermal permeability is better, and a small amount of cholesterol is added to fill in molecular pores formed by active agent monomers, so that the bilayer membrane of the vesicle is endowed with certain rigidity, the stability is higher along with the time, and the full exertion of the effective components is promoted. Through specific proportion matching, the three functional components have the functions of maximum percutaneous penetration and synergistic effect, protect the skin, and resist skin aging and oxidative stress, so that the skin is healthier.
Use of an anti-aging composition in cosmetics. The anti-aging composition accounts for 1-20% of the total amount of the cosmetic formula, preferably ranges from 1-10%, and most preferably ranges from 2-5%. The cosmetic also comprises conventional auxiliary materials accounting for 80-99% of the total amount of the formula of the cosmetic, and can be matched with certain viscosity regulators, emollients, humectants, chelating agents, skin-feel conditioning agents, emulsifiers, preservatives, essences and the like according to different skin-feel requirements, and prepared into astringent, facial mask, gel, essence, emulsion and cream so as to meet the requirements of ideal dosage form, skin feel and efficacy.
The invention also provides a new characterization method for applying the anti-aging composition in cosmetics, the artificial intelligence AI is used for the first time to measure the influence on the mood after the cosmetics using the composition relate to the neurological category, and the positive influence of the anti-aging composition on the skin and the state of a user is further verified.
By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial technical effects:
1) the anti-aging composition overcomes the problems of poor transdermal absorption, slow effect taking or no obvious effect generally existing in anti-aging products on the market, improves the transdermal permeability of active ingredients by a vesicle material consisting of nonionic surfactants, and has more remarkable and faster effect taking.
2) The anti-aging composition disclosed by the invention consists of a striped seaweed extract/a fucus extract/a saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, a acerola cupreum extract/a pullulanase polysaccharide and a medicago sativa extract, has excellent anti-oxidation, anti-free radical and anti-aging effects, can be comparable to the effects of vitamin A and vitamin C which are traditional effect substances, but has no biostimulation, is milder and safer, has better product stability, has no discoloration and instability risks, and is easier to apply to skin care products.
3) The anti-aging composition obtained by specific proportioning and combination protects the skin from the external environment stress source by resisting oxidative stress and heavy metal induced stress reaction from the aspect of epidermis protection. In addition, the collagen peptide can promote the proliferation of fibroblasts, improve the activity of cells, promote the synthesis of collagen I and hyaluronic acid, further relieve the pressure of a molecular network and consolidate the structure of a matrix. Finally, the skin state of the face is comprehensively improved, and the face contour is more compact and shapeable.
4) The application of the anti-aging composition in cosmetics tests the influence of the product on emotion by using an artificial intelligent AI technology for the first time, and relates to the category of neurology. The results demonstrate that the use of a product to which an anti-aging composition is added affects the subconscious emotional well-being of a human, further demonstrating the effectiveness of the anti-aging product.
