Comparative example 3
An anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic has a formula and a preparation method which are basically the same as those of example 1, except that norbornene-2-methylamine modified carnosic acid is not added.
Comparative example 4
An anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic has the same formula and preparation method as the example 1, and is different from a Chinese herbal medicine extract which is not added with purple raisin.
The anti-wrinkle performance test is carried out on the anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetics in the examples 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 4, the test result is shown in the table 1, and the test method is as follows: 270 female volunteers aged 35-45 years and suffering from wrinkles are taken to carry out experiments, the female volunteers are randomly divided into 9 groups, 50 persons in each group are coated on the affected part respectively according to the anti-aging freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetics of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4, the application is repeated twice a day, 15 days are a treatment course, and the effect is judged after 2 treatment courses.

The anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic is characterized by comprising, by weight, 2-5 parts of tetrahydroxystilbene glycoside modified β -carotene, 3-6 parts of β -nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide modified epoxy cyclodextrin, 1-3 parts of norbornene-2-methylamine modified carnosic acid, 1-3 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extracts, 3-8 parts of glycerol, 0.5-1.5 parts of an emulsifier and 30-40 parts of water.
2. The anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is one or more of glyceryl monostearate, stearyl alcohol or lanolin.

The anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the tetrahydroxystilbene glycoside modified β -carotene comprises the steps of dissolving tetrahydroxystilbene glycoside and β -carotene in a high boiling point solvent to form a solution under nitrogen or inert gas atmosphere, adding the solution into a three-port bottle provided with a reflux condenser tube and an electric stirrer, carrying out reflux stirring reaction at 105-115 ℃ for 5-7 hours, and then carrying out rotary evaporation to remove the solvent to obtain the tetrahydroxystilbene glycoside modified β -carotene.
4. The anti-aging freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic according to claim 3, wherein the molar ratio of tetrahydroxystilbene glycoside to β -carotene to high-boiling-point solvent is 2:1 (10-15).
5. The anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic according to claim 3, wherein the high-boiling solvent is at least one of dimethyl sulfoxide, N-dimethylformamide, N-dimethylacetamide and N-methylpyrrolidone; the inert gas is one of helium, neon and argon.

The anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the β -nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide modified epoxy cyclodextrin comprises the steps of adding β -nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide and epoxy cyclodextrin into N, N-dimethylformamide, stirring and reacting at 70-80 ℃ for 4-6 hours, and then removing the N, N-dimethylformamide by rotary evaporation to obtain β -nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide modified epoxy cyclodextrin.
7. The anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mass ratio of the β -nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, the epoxy cyclodextrin and the N, N-dimethylformamide is 1 (3-5) to (12-20).

The anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the norbornene-2-methylamine modified carnosic acid comprises the following steps: adding norbornene-2-methylamine, carnosic acid, 1- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxy benzotriazole into dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours at 25-45 ℃, then performing rotary evaporation to remove dimethyl sulfoxide, then adding dichloromethane and water in a mass ratio of 1:3, taking an oil phase in a layering manner, removing water by using anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filtering, taking a filtrate, and performing rotary evaporation to remove dichloromethane to obtain norbornene-2-methylamine modified carnosic acid; the molar ratio of the norbornene-2-methylamine to the carnosic acid to the 1- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride to the N-hydroxybenzotriazole to the dimethyl sulfoxide is 1:1:0.5:0.6 (6-10).

The anti-aging, freckle-removing and anti-wrinkle cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine extract is prepared by decocting the following raw material medicines in parts by weight with water and then extracting: 3-6 parts of angelica dahurica, 1-4 parts of magnolia flower, 3-6 parts of magnolia bark, 2-5 parts of dried purple raisin, 1-3 parts of polygonatum odoratum, 2-6 parts of asarum, 2-5 parts of astragalus membranaceus and 1-3 parts of radix ophiopogonis.
