技术领域
本发明涉及一种交织生态色织面料的生产工艺,属于纺织染整技术领域。
背景技术
普通聚酯纤维色织面料吸湿透气性差,手感干硬,面料光泽亮不柔和,EcoMade纤维是采用塑料瓶等再生资源制成,利用复杂的再生技术,在生产流程中将塑料瓶转化为优质纱线,满足了消费者对可以更有效利用资源的服装的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能克服普通聚酯纤维面料的缺陷、使面料性能更加优良的交织生态色织面料的生产工艺,其技术方案为:
一种交织生态色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于工艺步骤依次为组织规格设计、经纱颜色处理、经纱上浆、织布、烧毛退浆、液氨、柔软定型和预缩,其中:组织规格设计为1/1平纹或平纹地提花,经向纱线采用纯棉50~70英支单股纱或100~120英支两股线,经密为144~200根/英寸,纬向纱线采用EcoMade75D长丝,纬密为90~100根/英寸;经纱颜色处理采用白度控制在150-165的增白,或者常规染色,或者两者兼有;经纱上浆采用泡沫上浆方式,上浆率2~3%;烧毛退浆工序采用冷堆25-35℃酶退浆,堆置时间6~8h;柔软定型液采用浓度为10~20g/L的FTD吸水性柔软剂,110~120℃低温;织布、液氨和预缩工艺采用常规。
本发明的优点在于:处理后的面料兼具棉纤维的吸湿、透气、手感柔软等特点,同时耐磨性高,抗皱性能好,耐洗服用性好,洗前至50次洗后吸水性均在10s内;同时面料有蚕丝般光泽,白色面料白度高,染色纱线面料颜色鲜艳亮丽。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案做进一步说明。
实施例一,采用以下步骤:
1)组织规格设计,蓝白格平纹地透孔面料,经纱采用纱支为50s纯棉单纱,经密为144根/英寸,纬向采用EcoMade75D长丝,纬密为90根/英寸;
2)经纱颜色处理,白色经纱增白白度为153,蓝色纱采用亨斯迈蓝色活性染料60℃染色。
3)经纱上浆,采用泡沫上浆,上浆率为2.2%;
4)常规织布;
5)烧毛退浆,25℃低温酶退浆,堆置时间为7h;
6)液氨工艺采用常规;
7)柔软定型液采用浓度为10g/L的FTD柔软剂,依次经过的八个烘箱温度分别为101℃、110℃、112℃、116℃、117℃、119℃、116℃和102℃;
8)预缩采用常规。
成品测试:成品面料外观效果较好,光泽柔和,白格处白度149,蓝格处颜色鲜艳,手感柔软。
内在质量测试数据:AATCC 79-2014方法检测吸水性洗前9s,5次洗后6s,10次洗后6s,20次洗后6s,30次洗后4s;50次洗后4s;ASTM D737-2012方法检测透气性173mm/s;AATCC124-2014方法检测5次~50次洗后外观平整度3.5级;ASTM D4966-2012方法检测磨损性11000r;ASTM D5035方法检测经向断裂870N,纬向断裂371N;ASTM D1424-2013方法检测经向撕裂20.4N,纬向撕裂13.1N;AATCC 135-2014方法检测经向缩水-0.7%,纬向缩水-0.5%。
实施例二,采用以下步骤:
1)白色平纹面料,经纱采用纱支为70s纯棉单纱,经密为190根/英寸,纬向采用EcoMade75D长丝,纬密为100根/英寸;
2)经纱颜色处理,增白白度为154;
3)经纱上浆,采用泡沫上浆,上浆率为2.9%;
4)常规织布;
5)烧毛退浆,34℃低温酶退浆,堆置时间为7h;
6)液氨工艺采用常规;
7)柔软定型采用浓度为20g/L的FTD柔软剂,依次经过的八个烘箱温度分别为103℃、108℃、109℃、112℃、113℃、113℃、111℃和102℃;
8)预缩采用常规。
成品测试:成品面料外观效果较好,光泽柔和,白度151,手感柔软。
内在质量测试数据:AATCC 79-2014方法检测吸水性洗前6s,5次洗后5s,10次洗后6s,20次洗后6s,30次洗后5s;50次洗后5s;ASTM D737-2012方法检测透气性161mm/s;AATCC124-2014方法检测5次~50次洗后外观平整度3.0级;ASTM D4966-2012方法检测磨损性13000r;ASTM D5035方法检测经向断裂823N,纬向断裂397N;ASTM D1424-2013方法检测经向撕裂13.4N,纬向撕裂11.8N;经向断裂870N,纬向断裂371N;AATCC 135-2014方法检测经向缩水-0.2%,纬向缩水-0.4%。

Claims (1)

1.一种交织生态色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于工艺步骤依次为组织规格设计、经纱颜色处理、经纱上浆、织布、烧毛退浆、液氨、柔软定型和预缩,其中:组织规格设计为1/1平纹或平纹地提花,经向纱线采用纯棉50~70英支单股纱或100~120英支两股线,经密为144~200根/英寸,纬向纱线采用EcoMade75D长丝,纬密为90~100根/英寸;经纱颜色处理采用白度控制在150-165的增白,或者常规染色,或者两者兼有;经纱上浆采用泡沫上浆方式,上浆率2~3%;烧毛退浆工序采用冷堆25-35℃酶退浆,堆置时间6~8h;柔软定型液采用浓度为10~20g/L的FTD吸水性柔软剂,110~120℃低温;织布、液氨和预缩工艺采用常规。
