技术领域:
本发明涉及一种牛仔面料,尤其涉及一种经纱三套色小提花牛仔面料。
背景技术:
传统的牛仔布以其粗犷、洒脱、随意作为其特性标志,受到各阶层人们的喜爱,而现在随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,牛仔布逐渐向舒适、休闲、精致的高档面料演变,从而出现了针织牛仔、提花牛仔、什色牛仔、套色牛仔等各种各样的牛仔面料。但是现有的经纱套色牛仔面料一般为二套色,存在纹路不清晰、层次感不强、光泽度不够、色光不稳定的问题。
发明内容:
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种经纱三套色小提花牛仔面料,该面料兼具稳定的色光、良好的光泽、清晰的纹理、鲜明的层次感和舒适的手感。
为实现上述目的,本发明从原料选择、纺纱方式、经纱染色方法工艺以及组织结构等各方面进行了全面的统筹和设计。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种经纱三套色小提花牛仔面料,其特征在于:经纱选用赛罗纺的天丝/粘胶混纺纱,并进行三套色染色,纬纱选用涤纶/粘胶氨纶包覆纱,组织选择五上一下小提花,最后坯布再经过后整理而成。
进一步设置如下:
所述的经纱选用16s的天丝/粘胶混纺纱,比例为60/40,天丝选用A100,尽量减少原纤化。天丝和粘胶纤维采用赛罗纺纱,可以弥补粘胶纤维湿强较低的不足,进一步增强纤维本身就具有的光泽感,提高牛仔面料质感、光泽、悬垂性和服用舒适性,同时天丝和粘胶纤维染色性能均良好,可以提高染色均匀性。
所述的纬纱采用21s的涤纶/粘胶氨纶(70D)包覆纱,比例为70/30,涤纶的加入可以弥补面料过于悬垂,保持牛仔潇洒自然的风格,同时增加面料的光泽,氨纶的使用提高面料的穿着舒适性。
所述的三套色染色是指经纱先后经过溴靛蓝、靛蓝和硫化黑染色的工艺。相对二套色,三套色染色纱线的色光和均匀性极难控制。
本发明为了解决该问题,一方面是选择合适的经纱原料和配比,控制纺纱均匀性;二是选择合适的染色设备,在束状染色机上进行,可以提高染色经纱色泽稳定和均匀性,使洗水后层次感强;三是在染色前对经纱进行前处理,去除纺丝时加入的油剂和纺纱时混入的杂质,同时消除纱线内应力;四是对染色工艺如三个染化料的底液和补液的浓度、补液流量、染色温度、轧辊压力、车速等参数均进行了无数次反复试验摸索,得到一个较适合的工艺,并在染色时严格控制各工艺参数的准确及稳定。
三套色染色工艺流程中:第一道为溴靛蓝染色,经氧化架空气氧化后进入靛蓝染色,连续进行七道的靛蓝染色氧化后水洗,最后一道为硫化黑染色。
染色时轧辊压力优选0.6MPa,车速优选25m/min,可以使三种染料在面料上带液均匀并充分氧化,减少色差。

所述的三套色染色流程:前处理2道:去油剂3g/L;纯碱5g/L;70℃;→水洗2道→溴靛蓝染色氧化1道:80℃,补液流量3.53L/min;→靛蓝染色氧化7道:室温,补液流量2.50L/min;→水洗2道→硫化黑染色1道:98℃,补液流量3.53L/min;→水洗4道→烘干。

染色后一定要进行2道2-4g/L醋酸水洗,一方面是中和硫化钠,另一方面是稳定硫化黑的色光,提高亮度。
所述的五上一下小提花组织,经组织循环数为6,纬组织循环数为6,采用该组织面料纹路清晰、立体感强、手感柔软光滑,能够更好的体现原料特性和套色的优点。在织造前上浆时,根据天丝和粘胶纤维吸湿性强、易膨胀的特性,采用高浓低黏浆和较高压力上浆工艺,提高上浆质量,确保织造顺利进行。
所述的后整理除包括常规的酶退浆、水洗、定型外,还包括定型前的轻丝光工序。根据粘胶耐碱性较差、天丝易原纤化的特性,控制烧碱浓度不高于100g/L、张力0.1Pa、车速30m/min,可以在达到面料手感柔软、光泽度高的同时,降低其损伤。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、经纱选用赛络纺天丝/粘胶混纺纱,纬纱选用涤纶/粘胶氨纶包覆纱,多种纤维性能优势互补,提高了牛仔面料的质感、光泽、和服用舒适性,同时改善了经纱染色均匀性。
2、经纱采用溴靛蓝、靛蓝、硫化黑三套色染色,使面料颜色黑中带有两种蓝光,洗水后层次感强,为牛仔面料的洗水和使用提供更多空间。
3、采用五上一下小提花组织,使牛仔面料纹路清晰、立体感增强,同时进一步改善了面料的光泽和手感。
4、采用面料后丝光,可以消除在染整处理过程中形成的纤维折皱和内应力,使面料具有良好的尺寸稳定性、丰满柔软的手感和丝般的光泽。
5、本发明牛仔面料从原料组合、纺纱方法、经纱染色方法工艺以及组织结构、后整理等各方面进行了全面的统筹和设计,解决了常规套色牛仔面料纹路不清晰、层次感立体感不强、光泽度不够、色光不稳定的问题,是一款兼具舒适和时尚的高档面料。

具体实施方式:
一种经纱三套色小提花牛仔面料,经纱选用16s赛络纺天丝/粘胶混纺纱,比例为60/40;纬纱选用21s涤纶/粘胶+70D氨纶包覆纱,比例为70/30。
(1)球经:采用YXD216型球经整经机将经纱整成每束400根的球经,球经车速350m/min。
(2)染色:三套色染色在束状染色机上进行,染色时轧辊压力0.6MPa,车速25m/min。
工艺流程:前处理2道(去油剂3g/L、纯碱5g/L,70℃,2道)→水洗2道→溴靛蓝染色氧化1道(80℃,补液流量3.53L/min)→靛蓝染色氧化7道(室温,补液流量2.50L/min)→水洗2道→硫化黑染色1道(98℃,补液流量3.53L/min)→水洗4道(后2道加醋酸2g/L)→烘干,

(3)分经:采用YXD215分纱整经机将套染球经分成经纱轴,车速230m/min。
(4)浆纱:浆料变性淀粉:蜡片=50:1,含固量8.5%,化料总体积1400L,浆纱温度90℃,LSM40-2000浆纱机车速40m/min。
(5)织造:组织结构如图1所示,采用剑杆织机,总经根数7800根(其中边经根数152根),经密103根/英寸,纬密63根/英寸,筘号9.75/4入,上机筘幅200cm,车速600转/min。
地组织:5/1小提花
边组织:2/2经重平。
(6)后整理:退浆(退浆酶6g/L,60℃)→热水洗2道→冷水洗1道→丝光(烧碱100g/L、张力0.1Pa、车速30m/min)→水洗2道→酸中和2道→水洗1道→烘干→定型(185℃,车速50m/min)。
经上述工艺所得的经纱三套色小提花牛仔成品面料,门幅48/50英寸,克重326g/m2,面料具有稳定的色光、良好的光泽、清晰的纹理、鲜明的层次感和针织物般舒适的手感,是一款兼具舒适和时尚的高档面料。
