Description
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油组合物,涉及例如汽车、工业用机械·装置中使用的缓冲器用的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
缓冲器设置于连接乘用车的轮胎和车身的部分,承担的作用是减轻因路面的凹凸、车速的增减而产生的车体的摇晃。因此,根据缓冲器的性能,会对乘车感受造成显著影响。
缓冲器的摩擦(friction,摩擦)主要为油封(橡胶材料)和杆(铬镀敷)部分处所产生的摩擦。因此,非常重要的课题是改善橡胶材料与铬镀敷之间产生的摩擦特性。此外,为了使缓冲器的杆伸缩时能顺利地活动,要求橡胶摩擦的绝对值(橡胶材料-金属间的摩擦系数)小。
在此,迄今为止开发了下述缓冲器油,对其进行了通过橡胶摩擦的绝对值来评价摩擦特性,并且该参数小(参照非专利文献1、2)。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
然而,仅用如非专利文献1、2所记载的橡胶摩擦的绝对值,无法充分评价摩擦特性,不易开发摩擦特性优异的润滑油。另一方面,已知为了减轻车身的摇晃,还重要的是摩擦功的量(摩擦能量;也称为Friction能量)大。此外,缓冲器由于不会更换,一般而言要连续使用5年至10年。因此,对缓冲器用的润滑油还以更高的级别要求氧化稳定性。
本发明的目的在于,提供橡胶材料-金属间的摩擦系数小、且摩擦能量大、进一步氧化稳定性也优异的润滑油组合物。
用于解决问题的手段
为解决前述问题,本发明提供以下所示的润滑油组合物。
润滑油组合物,其特征在于,在基础油中配合有下述式(1)和下述式(2)所表示的酸性磷酸酯中的至少任一种、以及抗氧化剂,

根据本发明,可以提供橡胶材料-金属间的摩擦系数小、且摩擦能量大、进一步氧化稳定性也优异的润滑油组合物。

具体实施方式
本实施方式中的润滑油组合物(以下也称为“本组合物”)的特征在于,在基础油中配合有规定的酸性磷酸酯和抗氧化剂。以下,针对本组合物进行详细说明。
[基础油]
本组合物中使用的基础油没有特别的限制,可以使用矿物油和合成油中的至少任一者,即可以将各自单独或者两种以上进行组合来使用、或者将矿物油和合成油进行组合来使用。
如果是缓冲器用,则在良好地保持摩擦特性的基础上,优选使用40℃下的运动粘度为5mm2/s以上且40mm2/s以下左右的基础油。
此外,针对作为基础油的低温流动性的指标的倾点没有特别的限制,优选为-10℃以下,特别优选为-15℃以下。
作为这样的矿物油,可以举出例如环烷烃系矿物油、链烷烃系矿物油、GTL WAX等。具体而言,可以例示出通过溶剂精制或者加氢精制而得到的轻质中性油、中质中性油、重质中性油、光亮油等。
另一方面,作为合成油,可以举出聚丁烯或者其氢化物、聚α-烯烃(1-辛烯低聚物、1-癸烯低聚物等)、烷基苯、多元醇酯、二元酸酯、聚氧亚烷基二醇、聚氧亚烷基二醇酯、聚氧亚烷基二醇醚、受阻酯、和硅酮油等。
[酸性磷酸酯]
本组合物中所配合的酸性磷酸酯为下述式(1)和下述式(2)所表示。

上述各式中,R1、R2和R3均为烷基。R1和R2中的至少任一者、以及R3的碳原子数为20以上且30以下。
作为这样的碳原子数为20以上且30以下的烷基,可以举出二十烷基、二十一烷基、二十二烷基、二十三烷基、二十四烷基、二十五烷基、二十六烷基、二十七烷基、二十八烷基、二十九烷基、和三十烷基。
作为上述式(1)、式(2)的酸性磷酸酯,在例如R1~R3为二十四烷基或者二十八烷基的情况中,可以举出酸性磷酸二十四烷基酯、酸性磷酸二(二十四烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二十八烷基酯、和酸性磷酸二(二十八烷基)酯等。以仅供参考的形式,将酸性磷酸二(二十四烷基)酯和酸性磷酸二(二十八烷基)酯的一个例子示意性地示于图1、图2中。
通过使酸性磷酸酯具有碳原子数为20以上的烷基,可以有效地提高摩擦系数和摩擦能量。此外,通过这样的酸性磷酸酯的存在,氧化稳定性也提高。
进一步,如果前述的烷基的碳原子数为30以下,则可以保证在基础油中的溶解性,故而优选。前述烷基的优选的碳原子数为20以上且26以下,进一步优选为20以上且24以下。
另一方面,如果烷基的碳原子数低于上述下限值,则摩擦系数变大,也无法期待摩擦能量的增大。例如,图3中示意性地示出酸性磷酸二(硬脂基)酯的一个例子,由于烷基的碳原子数少,因此摩擦系数变大,摩擦能量也变小。
式(1)、式(2)中的烷基可以是直链,但从降低摩擦系数和增大摩擦能量的观点出发,期望为具有侧链。进一步,侧链形成空间位阻,还提高氧化稳定性。即,在式(1)中,优选R1和R2中至少任一者具有侧链。此外,在式(2)中,优选R3具有侧链。进一步,前述侧链的碳原子数优选为6以上且18以下。如果侧链的碳原子数为6以上,则从降低摩擦系数和增大摩擦能量的观点出发是优选的。此外,如果侧链的碳原子数为18以下,则在基础油中的溶解性达到良好,故而优选。
从降低摩擦系数、增大摩擦能量、和氧化稳定性的观点出发,式(1)的酸性磷酸酯比式(2)的酸性磷酸酯更优选。
本组合物中,前述酸性磷酸酯相对于基础油优选配合有以组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且3质量%以下,更优选配合量为0.1质量%以上且2质量%以下,进一步优选为0.2质量%以上且1质量%以下。如果酸性磷酸酯的配合量为0.01质量%以上,则不仅从降低摩擦系数、增大摩擦能量的观点、还从氧化稳定性的观点也是优选的。此外,如果酸性磷酸酯的配合量为3质量%以下,则可以保证在基础油中的溶解性,故而优选。
[抗氧化剂]
本组合物中进一步配合有抗氧化剂。虽然上述所规定的酸性磷酸酯中也具有提高氧化稳定性的效果,但通过组合使用抗氧化剂,从而能发挥出显著的氧化稳定性。
作为抗氧化剂,可以优选使用胺系抗氧化剂、酚系抗氧化剂和硫系抗氧化剂中的至少任一种。这样的抗氧化剂可以单独使用一种,也可以任意组合两种以上使用。
作为胺系抗氧化剂,可以举出例如单辛基二苯基胺、单壬基二苯基胺等单烷基二苯基胺系化合物;4,4'-二丁基二苯基胺、4,4'-二戊基二苯基胺、4,4'-二己基二苯基胺、4,4'-二庚基二苯基胺、4,4'-二辛基二苯基胺、4,4'-二壬基二苯基胺等二烷基二苯基胺系化合物;四丁基二苯基胺、四己基二苯基胺、四辛基二苯基胺、四壬基二苯基胺等多烷基二苯基胺系化合物;α-萘基胺、苯基-α-萘基胺、丁基苯基-α-萘基胺、戊基苯基-α-萘基胺、己基苯基-α-萘基胺、庚基苯基-α-萘基胺、辛基苯基-α-萘基胺、壬基苯基-α-萘基胺等萘基胺系化合物。
作为酚系抗氧化剂,可以举出例如2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚等单酚系化合物;4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2,2'-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等双酚系化合物。
作为硫系抗氧化剂,可以举出例如2,6-二叔丁基-4-(4,6-双(辛基硫基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基氨基)苯酚、五硫化磷与蒎烯的反应物等硫代萜烯系化合物;硫代二丙酸二月桂基酯、硫代二丙酸二硬脂基酯等硫代二丙酸二烷基酯等。
这些抗氧化剂的配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且10质量%以下左右,优选为0.03质量%以上且5质量%以下左右。
应予说明,本发明中,“以在基础油中配合有规定的酸性磷酸酯和抗氧化剂为特征的润滑油组合物”中,不仅包括“在基础油中包含规定的酸性磷酸酯和抗氧化剂的润滑油组合物”,还包括含有将“基础油”、“规定の酸性磷酸酯”和“抗氧化剂”中的至少一者的成分进行改性而得到的改性物、将该成分进行反应后的反应产物来代替该成分的组合物。
[其他成分]
本组合物中,在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,根据需要可以配合其他添加剂,例如粘度指数提高剂、降凝剂、抗磨耗剂、摩擦调整剂、金属系清净剂、无灰系分散剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、和消泡剂等。此外,包含上述各添加剂的本组合物中,还包括含有将该添加剂进行改性而得到的改性物、将该添加剂进行反应后的反应产物的组合物。
作为粘度指数提高剂,可以举出聚甲基丙烯酸酯、分散型聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烯烃系共聚物(例如乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)、分散型烯烃系共聚物、苯乙烯系共聚物(例如苯乙烯-二烯共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物等)等。从配合效果的观点出发,粘度指数提高剂的配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下左右。
作为降凝剂,使用例如质量平均分子量为1万以上且15万以下左右的聚甲基丙烯酸酯等。降凝剂的优选配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且10质量%以下左右。
作为抗磨耗剂,可以举出例如硫代磷酸金属盐(Zn、Pb、Sb等)、硫代氨基甲酸金属盐(Zn等)之类的硫系抗磨耗剂、磷酸酯(三甲酚磷酸酯)之类的磷系抗磨耗剂。抗磨耗剂的优选配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.05质量%以上且5质量%以下左右。
作为摩擦调整剂,可以举出例如、新戊二醇单月桂酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷单月桂酸酯、丙三醇单油酸酯(油酸甘油单酯)等多元醇偏酯等。摩擦调整剂的优选配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.05质量%以上且4质量%以下左右。
作为金属系清净剂,优选为金属水杨酸盐、金属酚盐和金属磺酸盐中的至少任一者。作为金属,优选为碱土金属,更优选为Ca。从保持清净性的观点出发,特别优选水杨酸Ca盐。作为金属系清净剂,为了保持本组合物的清净性,优选通过盐酸法而得出的碱值为100mgKOH/g以上且250mgKOH/g以下。作为金属系清净剂的配合量,以组合物总量为基准且以金属量换算计,优选为60质量ppm以上且6000质量ppm以下。
作为无灰系分散剂,可以举出例如琥珀酸酰亚胺类、含硼琥珀酸酰亚胺类、苯甲基胺类、含硼苯甲基胺类、琥珀酸酯类、脂肪酸或者琥珀酸所代表的一元或多元羧酸的酰胺类等。无灰系分散剂的优选配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.1质量%以上且20质量%以下左右。
作为防锈剂,可以举出例如脂肪酸、烯基琥珀酸半酯、脂肪酸皂、烷基磺酸盐、多元醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸酰胺、氧化石蜡、烷基聚氧乙烯醚等。防锈剂的优选配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且3质量%以下左右。
作为金属钝化剂,可以将例如苯并三唑、噻二唑等单独使用,或者组合两种以上使用。金属钝化剂的优选配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且5质量%以下左右。
作为消泡剤,可以将例如硅酮系化合物、酯系化合物等单独使用,或者组合两种以上使用。消泡剂的优选配合量以本组合物总量为基准计为0.05质量%以上且5质量%以下左右。
本组合物由于配合有具有规定结构的酸性磷酸酯、和抗氧化剂,因此橡胶材料-金属间的摩擦系数小,且摩擦能量大,进一步氧化稳定性也优异。因此,优选作为缓冲器用途,特别是适合作为乘车感受受到重视的四轮汽车(乘用车、巴士、和卡车等)的缓冲器用途。
应予说明,本组合物也优选应用于二轮用的缓冲器,进一步还优选作为油压操作油来应用。
实施例
以下,通过实施例和比较例对本发明进一步进行具体说明,但本发明不受这些例子的任何限定。应予说明,各例中的润滑油组合物(试样油)的性状和性能通过下述方法求出。
(1)40℃运动粘度
按照JIS K 2283来测定。
(2)40℃运动粘度增加率
进行ISOT试验(按照JIS K 2514:130℃、24小时)后,测定40℃运动粘度,求出相对于ISOT试验前的40℃运动粘度的增加率(%)。
(3)摩擦系数和摩擦能量
通过图4所示的试验装置求出橡胶-金属间的摩擦系数(动摩擦系数)和摩擦能量。具体而言,如图4所示,介由试样油以规定的载重压接橡胶和镀Cr(铬)的钢板,并使其往返滑动,记录利萨如波形。图5中示出利萨如波形的一个例子。由摩擦力的最大值求出摩擦系数(μ),求出利萨如波形的面积(振幅和摩擦力的积,相当于功的量)作为摩擦能量。
试验条件如下所示。
温度: 30℃
振幅: ±0.4mm(正弦波)
载重: 3kgf(29.4N)
上侧试材: NBR(丁腈橡胶)
下侧试材: 硬质镀Cr钢板
施加频率: 5Hz
试样油量: 100mL。
[实施例1~2、比较例1~12]
按照表1、表2中所示的配合组成来制备各试样油。针对各试样油,通过前述方法来评价性状和性能。结果也示于表1、表2中。
1)基础油:链烷烃系矿物油(60N,40℃运动粘度:7.8mm2/s)
2)抗氧化剂:DBPC(2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚)
3)酸性磷酸酯胺盐:磷酸酯的烷基以单乙基和单甲基为主
4)ZnDTP:碳原子数为12的一级烷基型
5)ZnDTP:碳原子数为6的一级烷基型(若干具有异丙基、异丁基)。
[评价结果]
如由实施例1、2可知,对于配合有规定的酸性磷酸酯、和抗氧化剂的试样油,橡胶材料-金属间的摩擦系数小,且摩擦能量大,进一步氧化稳定性优异。因此能够理解的是,根据本发明,可以提供乘坐感受优异、能够经长时间使用的缓冲器油。
与此相对的是,各比较例的试样油虽然配合有各种油性剂、磷系极压剂等,但均不能使摩擦系数、摩擦能量、和氧化稳定性全部同时得到满足。例如,比较例2、3、5、和10尽管以与实施例1、2相同的量配合有相同的抗氧化剂,但其氧化稳定性差。此外,比较例12尽管配合有具有相对而言碳原子数较多的烷基的酸性磷酸二酯,但即使如此烷基的碳原子数也为18,少于本申请的发明中的烷基的碳原子数的下限值,因此与仅有基础油(比较例1:仅配合抗氧化剂)的情况相比摩擦系数大,还几乎确认不到摩擦能量的增大。
Claims (8)
1.润滑油组合物,其特征在于,在基础油中配合有下述式(1)和下述式(2)所表示的酸性磷酸酯中的至少任一种、以及抗氧化剂,

上述各式中,R1、R2和R3均为烷基;R1和R2中的至少任一者、以及R3的碳原子数为20以上且30以下。
2.如权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述R1和R2中的至少任一者具有侧链。
3.如权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述R3具有侧链。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述侧链的碳原子数为6以上且18以下。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为酚系抗氧化剂、胺系抗氧化剂、和硫系抗氧化剂中的至少任一种。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,配合有以组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且3质量%以下的所述酸性磷酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该组合物用于缓冲器。
8.如权利要求7所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述缓冲器用于四轮汽车。
