概述
本文档描述了实现基于雷达的手势感测和数据传输的技术和设备。这些技术和设备使得用户能够借助雷达系统而不是多个不同种类的控制设备来控制和传输数据,从而准许用户学习一个简单的系统而不是许多不同的系统来控制他们的设备。另外,这些技术和设备还借助于该雷达系统实现数据传输,从而不仅通过减少控制设备的数量和类型还通过取代其他数据传输系统来降低成本。

计算系统800包括实现设备数据804(例如,接收到的数据,正在接收的数据,经调度以用于广播的数据、数据的数据分组等等)的有线和/或无线通信的通信设备802。设备数据804或其他设备内容可包括设备的配置设置、存储在设备上的媒体内容和/或与设备的用户关联的信息。存储在计算系统800上的媒体内容可包括任何类型的音频、视频和/或图像数据。计算系统800包括经由其任何类型的数据、媒体内容和/或数据能被接收的一个或多个数据输入806,例如人类话语、与局部的雷达场的交互、用户可选择的输入(显式或隐式)、消息、音乐、电视媒体内容、记录的视频内容和从任何内容和/或数据源接收的任何类型的音频、视频和/或图像数据。
计算系统800还包括通信接口808,通信接口808可实现为串行和/或并行接口、无线接口、任何类型的网络接口、调制解调器中的任一个或多个,并且可实现为任何其他类型的通信接口。通信接口808提供计算系统800与通信网络之间的连接或通信链路,其他电子、计算和通信设备通过所述通信网络与计算系统800传送数据。
计算系统800包括一个或多个处理器810(例如,微处理器、控制器等中的任一种),其处理各种计算机可执行指令以控制计算系统800的操作并实现用于基于雷达的手势感测和数据传输或在其中可体现基于雷达的手势感测和数据传输的技术。替换地或附加地,计算系统800可借助联系在812大体标识出的处理和控制电路所实现的硬件、固件或固定逻辑电路来实现。尽管未示出,但是计算系统800可包括耦合设备内各种部件的系统总线或数据传输系统。系统总线可包括不同的总线结构的任一种或组合,不同的总线结构例如存储器总线或存储器控制器、外围总线、通用串行总线和/或利用多种总线架构中的任一种的处理器或局部总线。

计算机可读介质814提供数据存储机构以存储设备数据814以及各种设备应用818和任何其他类型的信息和/或与计算系统800的操作方面相关的数据。例如,操作系统820可被保持为具有计算机可读介质814并且在处理器810上执行的计算机应用。设备应用818可包括设备管理器(例如任何形式的控制应用、软件应用、信号处理和控制模块)、原生于特定设备的代码和用于特定设备的硬件抽象层等等。
设备应用818还包括用以实现基于雷达的手势感测和数据传输的任何系统部件、实体或管理器。在该示例中,设备应用818包括手势管理器406或接收手势管理器506和系统管理器124。

Claims (20)

1.一种计算机实现的方法,包括:
通过雷达通信设备并且基于由该雷达通信设备的方向传感器感测到的方向,选择用于朝向接收设备投射定向的雷达传输的方向;
由所述雷达通信设备在所选择的方向上朝向所述接收设备投射定向的雷达传输,所述定向的雷达传输从所述雷达通信设备传输数据到所述接收设备;
由所述雷达通信设备接收由与所述定向的雷达传输的交互导致的反射;
由所述雷达通信设备确定所述交互指示在所述定向的雷达传输内做出的手势;
由所述雷达通信设备并且基于所指示的手势,确定与所述接收设备的控制相应的输入;以及
由所述雷达通信设备并且经由雷达传输,将所述输入传送到所述接收设备,所述输入起作用以导致所述接收设备的控制。
2.如权利要求1所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述方向传感器包括取向传感器。
3.如权利要求1所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述输入起作用以控制所述数据的传输。
4.如权利要求1所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述定向的雷达传输包括时分的雷达传输,所述时分的雷达传输中的第一个传输数据并且所述时分的雷达传输中的第二个被配置为导致所述反射。
5.如权利要求1所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述输入基于所指示的手势的类型。
6.如权利要求1所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述手势是人体组织对所述定向的雷达传输的简单中断。
7.如权利要求1所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述定向的雷达传输是定向束的狭场。
8.如权利要求1所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述定向的雷达传输被配置为穿过织物以及从人体组织反射。
9.一种计算机实现的方法,包括:
由接收设备从远离该接收设备的雷达通信设备接收定向的雷达传输;
由所述接收设备接收由与所述定向的雷达传输的交互导致的反射;
由所述接收设备确定所述交互指示在所述定向的雷达传输内做出的手势;
由所述接收设备并基于所述手势确定关于所述接收设备与所述雷达通信设备之间的数据连接的输入;以及
基于所述输入更改所述数据连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述输入是为了开始所述数据连接,并且
其中,更改所述数据连接包括经由握手协议开始数据连接。
11.如权利要求9所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述输入是为了停止所述数据连接,并且
其中,更改所述数据连接停止所述数据连接。
12.如权利要求9所述的计算机实现的方法,其中所述雷达通信设备物理上朝向所述接收设备来定向。
13.如权利要求12所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述定向的雷达传输是宽场,其在所述宽场的中心处具有与在所述宽场的周边处不同的特性,并且
其中,所述方法进一步包括,由所述接收设备并且基于所述定向的雷达传输的特性,确定所述定向的雷达传输被定向到计算设备。
14.如权利要求12所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述定向的雷达传输是定向束的狭场,并且
所述方法进一步包括,由所述接收设备并且基于接收所述定向的雷达传输,来确定所述定向的雷达传输被定向到所述接收设备。
15.如权利要求9所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述定向的雷达传输包括时分的雷达传输,所述时分的雷达传输中的第一个发送数据并且所述时分的雷达传输中的第二个被配置为导致所述反射。
16.如权利要求9所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述输入基于属于特定类型的手势。
17.如权利要求9所述的计算机实现的方法,其中,所述定向的雷达传输被配置为穿过织物以及从人体组织反射。
18.如权利要求9所述的计算机实现的方法,进一步包括:
由所述接收设备接收由与所述定向的雷达传输进行的第二交互导致的第二反射;
由所述接收设备确定所述第二交互指示在所述定向的雷达传输内做出的第二手势;以及
由所述接收设备将所述第二手势的指示传送到应用、操作系统或设备,所述第二手势起作用以控制所述应用、操作系统或设备。
19.一种雷达系统,包括:
无线电元件,配置为提供能够传输数据并与人体组织交互的雷达传输;
雷达天线,配置为接收由于在所述雷达传输中的人体组织进行的交互的反射;
信号处理器,配置为处理在所述雷达传输中的接收的反射,所述雷达传输足以确定可用于确定接收的反射的手势的手势数据;以及
系统管理器,配置为确定所述手势并使得在所述雷达系统与计算设备之间更改数据通信,所述更改基于所确定的手势。
20.如权利要求19所述的雷达系统,其中,所述雷达系统可操作地与另外的计算设备耦合,所述数据通信包括内容流式传输,并且对数据通信的更改包括下列之一:
发起所述计算设备与所述另外的计算设备之间的内容的流;或
停止所述计算设备与所述另外的计算设备之间的内容的流。
