Description
高収縮糸として経糸に167dtex72フィラメントのPETの仮撚加工糸、緯糸に334dtex72フィラメントのPETの仮撚加工糸を用い、低収縮糸として炭素繊維T−300(東レ株式会社製)を芯糸に334dtex72フィラメントのPETの仮撚糸をらせん状に二方向からカバリング(ダブルカバリング)した導電糸を用いて、上記図1〜図4に示した組織(以下、図1〜図4に示した組織のそれぞれを第一組織〜第四組織と称する)の織物を製織した。仕上げ処理前の織密度は25.4mm四方で経糸/緯糸=168本/100本である。低収縮糸は、仕上げ処理前に上下方向に10mmピッチで織り込んだ。
低収縮糸として線径20μmのSUS316線7本を1500T/mで撚り、その撚り方向とは反対方向に334dtex72フィラメントにPETの仮撚糸をらせん状に二方向からカバリング(ダブルカバリング)した導電糸を用いて、上記図5に示した組織(以下、第五組織と称する)の織物を製織した。その他の条件は、第一実施例と同様である。
第一実施例および第二実施例と同じ材料を用い、図7に示す組織の織物を製織した。図7に示す組織は、端的に言えば、面方向への変位を許容する「誘導部」に相当する部分が形成されずに、高収縮糸(91)によって面方向への変位をほとんど許容しない「拘束部」に相当する部分(911)のみが形成されたものである。

Claims (4)
- 相対的に収縮率の高い高収縮糸および相対的に収縮率の低い低収縮糸を有する織物であって、
前記高収縮糸は経糸と緯糸のそれぞれが直線状に延びるようにして互いに直交するように交差した状態にあり、当該高収縮糸の一部は糸飛ばし長さがその他の箇所に比べて大きい部分である誘導部を構成し、
前記低収縮糸は、その少なくとも一部が、前記誘導部に係合して面方向に沿って撓んだ状態にあることを特徴とする織物。 - 前記誘導部は、面方向に沿う所定方向への変位を許容する一または複数の誘導部と、面方向に沿う前記所定方向の反対方向への変位を許容する一または複数の誘導部と、が交互に形成されたものであり、
前記低収縮糸は、その少なくとも一部が、前記誘導部に係合して面方向に沿って前記所定方向または前記所定方向の反対方向に向かって交互に撓んだ状態にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の織物。 - 前記誘導部を構成する前記面方向に沿う所定方向への変位を許容する誘導部と面方向に沿う前記所定方向の反対方向への変位を許容する誘導部との間の少なくとも一部には、前記低収縮糸が係合し、その変位を許容する範囲が前記誘導部よりも小さくなるように、糸飛ばし長さが前記誘導部を構成する部分の糸飛ばし長さよりも小さく設定された拘束部が前記高収縮糸により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の織物。
- 二重または多重織物であって、前記低収縮糸は厚み方向における一方側の層の一部を構成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の織物。
