次に、図1dは本発明の第1実施形態に係る導電性編物の第1変形例を示す図面であって、ここに示すように、導電性編物は、導電線の配置経路に沿って支持線15を編む構成を有する。
Claims (13)
- 導電性編物において、
長手方向に沿って配置される複数本の経糸;
前記経糸に編まれる複数本の緯糸;及び
長手方向に沿って配置されて編まれる少なくとも一本以上の導電線を含んで面状に編まれ、
前記導電線が前記経糸及び/または緯糸によって編まれた前記導電性編物の面に一体に拘束される導電線編み区間と、前記導電線が前記経糸及び/または緯糸によって編まれた前記導電性編物の面から突出し、前記導電性編物の外部に所定の長さだけ露出する導電線露出区間と、を有し、
前記緯糸は、前記導電線を基準に内側で、前記経糸と編まれる第1経糸編み用の緯糸;前記導電線を基準に外側で、前記導電線の配置幅に該当する幅の範囲に編まれない供給除外空間を提供するように前記経糸と編まれる第2経糸編み用の緯糸;及び前記供給除外空間に該当する位置で、前記導電線を選択的に拘束するように前記経糸に編まれる拘束及び解除用の緯糸を含み、
前記拘束及び解除用の緯糸は、前記導電線編み区間で前記導電線が前記経糸及び第1経糸編み用の緯糸に共に拘束されるように編まれ、前記導電線露出区間では前記導電線が前記経糸及び第1経糸編み用の緯糸に拘束されない範囲内で編まれることを特徴とする導電性編物。 - 前記導電性編物が長手方向に伸縮性を有するように、前記経糸は伸縮性繊維糸からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性編物。
- 前記導電線の捻りを防止するために、その配置経路に沿って左右側に配置されて編まれる支持線をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性編物。
- 前記導電線は経糸方向に沿って一字状構造または波状構造に配置されるように編まれたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の導電性編物。
- 前記導電線は複数本の絶縁された導電糸を複数本の繊維糸で被覆して編み、一つの束に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の導電性編物。
- 前記導電線は、内部中心に配置される伸縮性芯線;前記芯線に巻き取られる複数本の絶縁された導電糸;及び前記導電糸の外周面に伸縮性を有するように形成される外皮層を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の導電性編物。
- 複数本の経糸を長手方向に沿って供給する経糸供給過程、複数本の緯糸を供給する緯糸供給過程、及び前記経糸に前記緯糸を編む編物編み過程を編機により行う導電性編物の製造方法において、
前記緯糸の供給方向に少なくとも一本以上の導電線を供給する導電線供給過程を含み、
前記編物編み過程は、前記導電線を共に編む導電線編み過程を備え、前記導電線編み過程は前記導電線を前記経糸に編む導電線編み段階と、前記導電線編み段階の遂行中に供給される前記導電線が前記経糸によって編まれた前記導電性編物の面から突出し、前記経糸に編まれないようにして前記導電性編物の外部に所定の長さだけ露出させる導電線露出段階を含み、
前記緯糸供給過程は、前記導電線を基準に内側で前記経糸と編まれる第1経糸編み用の緯糸を供給する第1緯糸供給過程;前記導電線を基準に外側で前記経糸と編まれる第2経糸編み用の緯糸を供給すると共に、前記導電線の配置幅に該当する幅の範囲では前記第2経糸編み用の緯糸の供給を排除した供給除外空間を提供する第2緯糸供給過程;及び前記供給除外空間に対応して離間した位置で前記導電線を選択的に前記経糸に編み結合する用途の拘束及び解除用の緯糸を供給する拘束及び解除用の緯糸供給過程を含み、
前記導電線編み段階は、前記第1及び第2経糸編み用の緯糸と前記拘束及び解除用の緯糸を同時に前記経糸に編み結合する過程を行うと共に、前記拘束及び解除用の緯糸により前記導電線が前記経糸と第1経糸編み用の緯糸に共に編まれて拘束されるように行い、
前記導電線露出段階は、前記第1及び第2経糸編み用の緯糸を前記経糸に編み、前記拘束及び解除用の緯糸を経糸に編むと共に、前記導電線が前記経糸と第1経糸編み用の緯糸に拘束されない範囲内で編まれるように行うことを特徴とする導電性編物の製造方法。 - 導電性編物の製造装置において、
経糸供給部から供給される複数本の経糸を長手方向に沿って導く経糸ガイド部;
緯糸供給部から供給される複数本の緯糸を横方向に導く緯糸ガイド部;
導電線供給部から供給される少なくとも一本以上の導電線を横方向に導く導電線ガイド部;
前後方向に前進し、前記経糸ガイド部側の前記経糸を前進時に掛け、後進時に引くことで前記緯糸ガイド部及び前記導電線ガイド部によって前記経糸、緯糸及び導電線の編み動作を可能にする経糸誘導部;及び
前記経糸ガイド部、緯糸ガイド部、導電線ガイド部、及び経糸誘導部を作動させて前記経糸に対して直交方向に前記緯糸を編み、前記導電線を前記経糸に選択的に編む編み部駆動装置を含むことを特徴とする導電性編物の製造装置。 - 前記編み部駆動装置は、前記緯糸ガイド部、前記導電線ガイド部の作動領域を選択的に調節できるように構成され、前記導電線が前記経糸及び/または緯糸によって編まれた前記導電性編物の面に一体に拘束される導電線編み区間と、前記導電線が前記経糸及び/または緯糸によって編まれた前記導電性編物の面から突出し、前記導電性編物の外部に所定の長さだけ露出する導電線露出区間と、が繰り返し形成されるように編むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の導電性編物の製造装置。
- 前記経糸ガイド部は、フレームに横設される第1支持台に配置された複数の経糸針を備え、前記経糸針には経糸が通され、
前記導電線ガイド部は、前記経糸ガイド部の上側に横設される第2支持台に配置された少なくとも一つ以上の導電線針を備え、前記導電線針には導電線が通され、
前記緯糸ガイド部は、前記第2支持台に接して横設される第3支持台に配置された複数の緯糸針を備え、前記緯糸針には緯糸が通され、
前記経糸誘導部は、前記第1支持台に対向して横設される第4支持台に配置された複数の引き針を備え、前記引き針は前記経糸針に通された経糸を引っ張り、
前記編み部駆動装置は、前記第1から第4支持台に駆動力を伝達できるように接続されて、前記第1支持台を上下方向に並進運動させ、前記第2及び第3支持台を横方向及び上下方向に並進運動させ、前記第4支持台を前後方向に並進運動させるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の導電性編物の製造装置。 - 導電性編物の製造装置において、
経糸供給部から供給される複数本の経糸を長手方向に沿って導く経糸ガイド部;
前記経糸ガイド部の上側に配置され、導電線供給部から供給される少なくとも一本以上の導電線を経糸方向に沿って導く導電線ガイド部;
前記導電線ガイド部の一側に配置され、前記導電性編物の一側面を形成するように緯糸供給部から供給される複数本の第1経糸編み用の緯糸を経糸に編む第1緯糸編み部;
前記導電線ガイド部の他側に配置され、前記導電性編物の他側面を形成するように緯糸供給部から供給される複数本の第2経糸編み用の緯糸を経糸に編む第2緯糸編み部;
前記経糸ガイド部側の前記経糸を引くように対向して配置され、前記第1及び第2緯糸編み部及び前記導電線ガイド部との相互作用を通じて前記経糸、第1及び第2経糸編み用の緯糸及び導電線が編まれるように動作する経糸誘導部;及び
前記第1及び第2経糸編み用の緯糸が前記経糸に対して直交方向に編まれ、前記導電線が前記経糸方向に選択的に編まれるように前記経糸ガイド部、第1及び第2緯糸編み部、導電線ガイド部、及び経糸誘導部を作動させる編み部駆動装置を含むことを特徴とする導電性編物の製造装置。 - 前記編み部駆動装置は、前記第1及び第2緯糸編み部、前記導電線ガイド部の作動領域を選択的に調節できるように構成され、前記導電線が前記経糸及び/または第1及び第2経糸編み用の緯糸によって編まれた前記導電性編物の面に一体に拘束される導電線編み区間と、前記導電線が前記経糸及び/または第1及び第2経糸編み用の緯糸によって編まれた前記導電性編物の面から突出し、前記導電性編物の外部に所定の長さだけ露出する導電線露出区間と、が繰り返し形成されるように編むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の導電性編物の製造装置。
- 前記経糸ガイド部は、フレームに横設される第1支持台に配置された複数の経糸針を備え、前記経糸針には経糸が通され、
前記導電線ガイド部は、前記経糸ガイド部の上側に横設される第2支持台に配置された少なくとも一つ以上の導電線針を備え、前記導電線針には導電線が通され、
前記第1緯糸編み部は、横設される第3a支持台に配置された複数の緯糸針を備え、前記緯糸針には第1経糸編み用の緯糸が通され、
前記第2緯糸編み部は、横設される第3b支持台に配置された複数の緯糸針を備え、前記緯糸針には第2経糸編み用の緯糸が通され、
前記経糸誘導部は、横設される第4支持台に配置された複数の引き針を備え、前記引き針は前記経糸針に通された経糸を引っ張り、
前記編み部駆動装置は、前記第1から第4支持台に駆動力を伝達できるように接続され、前記第1支持台を上下方向に並進運動させ、前記第2、第3a及び第4b支持台を横方向及び上下方向に並進運動させ、前記第4支持台を前後方向に並進運動させるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の導電性編物の製造装置。
