技术领域
本实用新型属于电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种涂胶棉纱编织电缆。 
背景技术
在通讯系统中,需要一种涂胶棉纱编织电缆,这种类型的涂胶棉纱编织电缆用于AC/DC配置电路,电缆管道,通讯中央办公室里的线夹和沟渠,配电站,手机发射塔,和其他移动设备中。这些环境通常是干燥的,但是电缆也可能被安装在部分遮盖或防护的走廊、槽隙、可能出现水或者高湿环境的地下室。同时,该类电缆还要满足涂胶棉纱编织电缆所需的机械性能,能稳定承受安装、维护和长期使用下的物理拉力。另外,由于这类场合特别重要,又赋予了该类电缆的苛刻要求,如柔软、无毒、无腐蚀、阻燃和无烟雾。 
目前该类场合使用的电缆,在内部结构基本一致的情况下,外部大都采用挤包护层结构,这样的话,电缆外径较没有护层结构的大,在有限的空间里占据较多的位置,从电缆本身来讲,挤包一层护套,既增加了电缆的制造成本,又增加了电缆的重量,于敷设、安装都是不利的。 
实用新型内容
为此,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适合在高湿环境中使用的涂胶棉纱编织电缆,该电缆具有承载力强、强度高、外径小、柔软以及无毒、无腐蚀、阻燃以及无烟雾等优点。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下的技术方案: 
一种涂胶棉纱编织电缆,包括导电线芯,包覆于导电线芯上的聚酯薄膜,挤包于聚酯薄膜上的橡皮绝缘,包覆于橡皮绝缘的聚酯包带,其特征在于:所述聚酯包带上还包覆有涂胶棉纱编织层。 
在本实用新型中,所述涂胶棉纱编织层的涂胶厚度为0.2~0.3mm。 
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型的涂胶棉纱编织电缆具有直径小、柔软、耐热、耐潮、阻燃、无卤、耐日光、耐低温等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的涂胶棉纱编织电缆,由导电线芯1,包覆于导电线芯1之上的聚酯薄膜2,挤包于聚酯薄膜2之上的橡皮绝缘3,包覆于橡皮绝缘3之上的聚酯包带4,在聚酯包带4上的涂胶棉纱编织层。 
为了使电缆特别柔软,所有规格的导电线芯1全部由0.51mm的防腐蚀的镀锡铜丝先束后绞而成,并根据不同的电缆规格调整铜丝的根数。为了防止相互间的化学作用,在挤包绝缘前的导电线芯1上绕包一层聚酯薄膜2,同时,为了保证电缆的柔软性,选择柔软性能优异的弹性体----橡胶材料作为绝缘。由于要特别考虑对于超平常机械拉力条件下电缆的附加防护,所以在电缆结构中考虑使用纺织护套,既棉纱编织,并且,在该棉纱编织层上,常温涂覆胶6,构成涂胶棉纱编织层,涂胶厚度为0.2~0.3mm,紧接着,在生产过程中经过一段温度控制为120℃~140℃的热风管道,管道长度为20m(通过时间为3-5min),和一段常温风管道,管道长度为8m(通过时间为2-3min),固化、定型。 
涂胶棉纱编织层要求涂覆均匀,棉纱编织层要完全浸渍,在一定条件下,其吸水率不得大于20%,同时涂层既要牢固,又不宜厚,弯曲时不能有裂纹,不得脱落,另外,电缆在烘箱里90℃下放7天,不得有物品滴落下来。 
采用上述方案制成的涂胶棉纱编织电缆具有直径小、柔软、耐热、耐潮、阻燃、无卤、耐日光、耐低温等优点,经检验,其性能指标具体如下: 
电缆工作温度为90℃; 
电缆按照GR347标准,通过“抗外力弯曲性能”试验; 
电缆敷设出现水或者高湿环境的地下室中,外护层的吸湿性按UL1581标准“带子以外纤维护层的吸湿性”进行试验,其吸湿性不大于20%,同时,外护层能通过ASTM G21“合成高分子材料耐真菌的测定”; 
电缆通过UL44的VW-1垂直试样燃烧试验:5次中任何一次供火后任何试样上的指示旗烧焦25%以下,任何时候任何试样发出的燃烧或灼热的颗粒或燃烧的液滴不点燃棉层,5次供火,每次15s,试样不得延燃60s以上; 
电缆通过UL44的FT4垂直托架火焰暴露试验:电缆的烧毁高度不超过1.5m; 
电缆通过UL44的有限烟雾试验(ST1):电缆总的烟雾释放不超过150m2;电缆的最大烟雾释放率不超过0.40m2/s; 
电缆通过UL44的“燃烧、烟雾和酸性气体释放”试验:电缆在燃烧时,其光密度(DM)不大于500,在第一个四分钟内的烟模糊值不大于800;试验烧毁的电缆不超过0.80m;燃烧产生的物体,其因酸性气体释放的失重量不大于20%; 
电缆通过UL44的“耐气候试验”:电缆经过720h氙弧或碳弧照射后的抗张强度和伸率不小于照射前的80%; 
电缆通过UL44的“低温弯曲和低温冲击试验”:电缆在-40℃低温下放置4h后,经过弯曲和卷绕,电缆表面不开裂。 
但是,本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本实用新型,而并非用作为对本实用新型的限定,只要在本实用新型的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本实用新型的权利要求书范围内。

1.一种涂胶棉纱编织电缆,包括导电线芯,包覆于导电线芯上的聚酯薄膜,挤包于聚酯薄膜上的橡皮绝缘,包覆于橡皮绝缘的聚酯包带,其特征在于:所述聚酯包带上还包覆有涂胶棉纱编织层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂胶棉纱编织电缆,其特征在于:所述涂胶棉纱编织层的涂胶厚度为0.2~0.3mm。
