具体实施方式
概述
嵌入在服装中的电子器件变得越来越普遍。这种电子器件通常需要连接至外部装置以便进行电力和/或数据传输。例如,将笨重的电子组件(例如,诸如,电池、微处理器、无线单元、和传感器)集成到可穿戴服装(诸如,衬衫、外套、或者裤子)中可能是困难的。此外,由于服装经常被清洗,因此,将这种电子组件连接至服装可能导致耐久性方面出现问题。因此,代替将这种电子组件集成在服装内,可以将电子组件中的至少一些电子组件放置在外部装置中。当将电子组件放置在外部装置中时,可以利用连接器来将外部装置中的电子组件连接至嵌入在服装中的电子器件。

例如,当连接器插头112附接至连接器插座114时,在各向异性导电聚合物306与插座PCB 312之间形成电连接。各向异性导电聚合物306提供旋转容错,因为各向异性材料带可以旋转360度并且维持到插座PCB 312的圆形垫的同一连接。这是有益的,因为当穿戴服装时,外部装置104的条将自然地环绕移动。因此,旋转容错使得能够旋转连接器而不会丢失在连接器插头112与连接器插座114之间的连接。此外,各向异性导电聚合物306是弹性的,这使得材料带在机械力下收缩和整合。

Claims (11)

4.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,所述外部装置的所述一个或者多个电子组件包括一个或者多个传感器、输出装置、电池、或者无线单元。
5.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,所述连接器插头类似于搭扣或者按钮。
6.一种外部装置,包括:
条,所述条包含一个或多个电子组件;以及
连接器插头,所述连接器插头配置为连接至实施在服装处的连接器插座以在所述外部装置的所述电子组件与嵌入在所述服装中的电子器件之间实现通信。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述连接器插头进一步包括耦合至各向异性导电聚合物带的第一印刷电路板,所述各向异性导电聚合物带被配置为与实施在所述服装处的第二印刷电路板的圆形垫形成连接,以在所述外部装置的所述一个或者多个电子组件与嵌入在所述服装中的所述电子器件之间实现连接。
8.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述连接器插头进一步包括磁体,所述磁体被配置为与所述连接器插座形成磁性连接。
9.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述连接器插头被配置为与所述连接器插座形成搭扣连接。
10.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述外部装置的所述一个或者多个电子组件包括一个或者多个传感器、输出装置、电池、或者无线单元。
11.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述连接器插头类似于搭扣或者按钮。
