本发明提供一种家常绿茶瓜子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)称取辅料;2)将部分辅料搅碎与瓜子拌匀后一起入锅文火炒至60‑70℃并保温3‑5分钟后;3)泡开绿茶并加入瓜子煮沸后,捞出瓜子沥干;4)沥干后的瓜子均匀拌入绿茶粉,放入微波炉中烘烤并充分晒干即可得成品。本发明的家常绿茶瓜子制作方法简单、操作方便、材料易得且价格便宜,且符合当今社会对食品的要求。

本发明涉及一种瓜子的制作方法,具体涉及一种家常绿茶瓜子的制备方法。
背景技术
茶起源于中国,绿茶是我国生产最早的茶类,遍及全国各大茶区。绿茶中含有茶多酚、咖啡碱、有机酸、芳香物质、多种维生素、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、多糖、矿物质、单宁等物质。现代研究表明,绿茶具有抗氧化,抗辐射,消炎抑菌,抗龋护齿,降低血脂、血糖、血压,防癌抗癌,强心利尿,消除疲劳,增进食欲等功能。绿茶粉是一种经过现代超微粉碎技术生产出来的纯天然的超细微蒸青粉体绿茶,它最大限度地保持了绿茶原有的绿色及其营养、药理成分,特别容易被肠胃消化吸收,可直接饮用或添加于各类食品中。。
瓜子的种类较多:有葵花子、南瓜子、吊瓜子、西瓜子、黄瓜子、丝瓜子等,其营养丰富,香气诱人,含丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、优质蛋白、钾、磷、钙、镁、硒元素及维生素E、维生素B1等营养元素,在人们生活中是不可缺少的零食。近年来,瓜子的种类越来越多,为了丰富瓜子的品种口味,有利于人们的身体健康,现在的瓜子应该逐渐向保健食品方向发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可口的、符合广大消费者的健康饮食理念的瓜子的制备方法。本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种家常绿茶瓜子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照每100重量份的瓜子称取如下重量份的辅料:绿茶茶叶5-8份,冰糖8-10份,八角1-2份,桂皮3-5份,当归1-2份、葛根1-2份、杜仲叶2-3份、草决明1-2份、盐3-5份,绿茶粉5-8份;
2)将当归、葛根、杜仲叶、草决明混合均匀后粉碎,与瓜子拌匀后一起入锅文火炒至60-70℃并保温3-5分钟后捞出待用;
3)将绿茶以瓜子量3-4倍的水泡开,并大火煮沸后转小火,加入冰糖、八角、桂皮及炒制过的瓜子一同煮至茶水汁烧掉一半后再加入盐煮至茶水汁基本收干,捞出瓜子沥干;
4)沥干后的瓜子均匀拌入绿茶粉,并放在大盘中均匀摊开,放入微波炉中用中小火力烘烤2分钟,取出搅匀再放入微波炉中继续烘烤2分钟,取出放凉并充分晒干即可得成品。
步骤1)所述的瓜子为南瓜子。
步骤4)所述的充分晒干为置于太阳下暴晒至瓜子完全干透。
本发明具有如下优点:制作方法简单、操作方便、材料易得且价格便宜,且符合当今社会对食品的要求,即营养价值丰富,保健功能好,风味独特,具有良好的市场前景。
另外,本发明采用绿茶进行制作,其具有一定的抗氧化性,可以有效地防止食品氧化褐变,延长食品保存期,是纯天然的绿色防腐剂,在产品中减少合成防腐剂的使用,产品更加健康,符合广大消费者的健康饮食理念。

3)将绿茶以瓜子量3倍的水泡开,并大火煮沸后转小火,加入冰糖、八角、桂皮及炒制过的瓜子一同煮至茶水汁烧掉一半后再加入盐煮至茶水汁基本收干,捞出瓜子沥干;
4)沥干后的瓜子均匀拌入绿茶粉,并放在大盘中均匀摊开,放入微波炉中用中小火力烘烤2分钟,取出搅匀再放入微波炉中继续烘烤2分钟,取出放凉并充分晒干即可得成品。

3)将绿茶以瓜子量3-4倍的水泡开,并大火煮沸后转小火,加入冰糖、八角、桂皮及炒制过的瓜子一同煮至茶水汁烧掉一半后再加入盐煮至茶水汁基本收干,捞出瓜子沥干;
