本发明公开了一种富硒绿茶瓜子的制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:葵瓜子100-150、金樱子2-3、葛根1-2、玫瑰花2-3、枳壳2-3、麦芽2-3、当归1-2、杜仲叶2-3、草决明1-2、富硒绿茶微粉5-15、调味液适量。本发明富硒绿茶瓜子制备方法简单,操作容易,同时散发瓜子与茶香,咸甜适宜,口感独特;同时配方增加金樱子有抗菌消炎的作用,当归能调节免疫功能,抗癌,与富硒绿茶协同作用,长期食用,能安神健体、消除疲劳。

背景技术
瓜子的种类较多:有葵花子、白瓜子、吊瓜子、西瓜子、黄瓜子、丝瓜子等,其营养丰富,香气诱人,含丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、优质蛋白、钾、磷、钙、镁、硒元素及维生素E、维生素B1等营养元素,在人们生活中是不可缺少的零食。近年来,瓜子的种类越来越多,为了丰富瓜子的品种口味,有利于人们的身体健康,现在的瓜子应该逐渐像保健食品方向发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种富硒绿茶瓜子的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种富硒绿茶瓜子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的瓜子:葵瓜子100-150、金樱子2-3、葛根1-2、玫瑰花2-3、枳壳2-3、麦芽2-3、当归1-2、杜仲叶2-3、草决明1-2、富硒绿茶微粉5-15、调味液适量;
(2)、将金樱子、葛根、玫瑰花、枳壳、麦芽、当归、杜仲叶、草决明等合并粉碎过40-80目筛,与葵瓜子一起入锅文火炒至60-70℃,加葵瓜子3-5倍水文火煮沸25-35分钟,捞出葵瓜子沥干;
(3)、将富硒绿茶微粉加入3-4倍量70-80℃的水搅拌混匀,与葵瓜子重量20-30%得调味液搅匀,得茶香调味液;
(4)、将沥干葵瓜子与茶香调味液混合均匀,在75-80℃浸泡2-3小时,文火煮制干香,即得成品;
所述的调味液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原量:白酒10-20、蜂蜜15-20、芸豆8-15、牛蒡5-10、五加皮2-3、木槿花3-5、钙果叶1-2、食盐5-10、香草1-2、胡椒1-2、植物油及水适量;
(2)、将五加皮、木槿花、钙果叶、食盐、香草、胡椒等加2-3倍量水煎煮,过滤去渣,得香辛液;
(3)、将牛蒡去皮切片,与芸豆分别在浓度为3-4%的食盐水浸泡1-2小时,捞出合并沥干入熟油锅内煸炒至香熟,烘干研磨成粉,加入香辛液搅拌均匀,煮沸10-15分钟,过滤去渣,得到滤液与白酒、蜂蜜搅匀,密封静置3-6小时,即得调味液。

具体实施方式
一种富硒绿茶瓜子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(kg)的瓜子:葵瓜子150、金樱子3、葛根1、玫瑰花3、枳壳2、麦芽3、当归2、杜仲叶2、草决明2、富硒绿茶微粉8、调味液适量;
(2)、将金樱子、葛根、玫瑰花、枳壳、麦芽、当归、杜仲叶、草决明等合并粉碎过80目筛,与葵瓜子一起入锅文火炒至70℃,加葵瓜子5倍水文火煮沸35分钟,捞出葵瓜子沥干;
(3)、将富硒绿茶微粉加入3-4倍量80℃的水搅拌混匀,与葵瓜子重量30%得调味液搅匀,得茶香调味液;
(4)、将沥干葵瓜子与茶香调味液混合均匀,在80℃浸泡3小时,文火煮制干香,即得成品;
所述的调味液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(kg)的原量:白酒16、蜂蜜20、芸豆10、牛蒡8、五加皮2、木槿花4、钙果叶1、食盐7、香草2、胡椒2、植物油及水适量;
(2)、将五加皮、木槿花、钙果叶、食盐、香草、胡椒等加2-3倍量水煎煮,过滤去渣,得香辛液;
(3)、将牛蒡去皮切片,与芸豆分别在浓度为4%的食盐水浸泡2小时,捞出合并沥干入熟油锅内煸炒至香熟,烘干研磨成粉,加入香辛液搅拌均匀,煮沸15分钟,过滤去渣,得到滤液与白酒、蜂蜜搅匀,密封静置6小时,即得调味液。

1.一种富硒绿茶瓜子的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的瓜子:葵瓜子100-150、金樱子2-3、葛根1-2、玫瑰花2-3、枳壳2-3、麦芽2-3、当归1-2、杜仲叶2-3、草决明1-2、富硒绿茶微粉5-15、调味液适量;
(2)、将金樱子、葛根、玫瑰花、枳壳、麦芽、当归、杜仲叶、草决明等合并粉碎过40-80目筛,与葵瓜子一起入锅文火炒至60-70℃,加葵瓜子3-5倍水文火煮沸25-35分钟,捞出葵瓜子沥干;
(3)、将富硒绿茶微粉加入3-4倍量70-80℃的水搅拌混匀,与葵瓜子重量20-30%得调味液搅匀,得茶香调味液;
(4)、将沥干葵瓜子与茶香调味液混合均匀,在75-80℃浸泡2-3小时,文火煮制干香,即得成品;
所述的调味液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
