背景技术
随着社会的发展,经济的进步,人们保健意识的增强,越来越多的人,开始重视保健,随着崇尚自然食物意识的增强,更多的人选择了通过食用功能性食物进行保健,所以各种功能性食品营运而生,如各种保健面条等,但是现有的保健面条有的口感不好,有的功能不明显,很难被人们长期接受。

本发明的目的是提供一种具有保健食疗作用的荸荠护肝保健面条。本发明的保健面条具有营养丰富,口感滑爽、不粘牙,煮时不浑汤,经常食用可起到活血、清热、护肝的保健功效。
