2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米须保健面条,其特征在于,所述保健面条由下列组分按重量份制成:小麦粉88、玉米粉45、荞麦面粉25、黑豆粉13、花生仁粉5、食用菌冻干粉4、猪肝冻干粉2、玉米须冻干粉6、荞麦花粉0.6、蚯蚓冻干粉5、人参粉2、葫芦巴11、枸杞11、乌梅13、菊花脑16、菊花7、面粉添加剂0.3,所述的面粉添加剂由下列重量份的组分原料制成:瓜蒌子25、黄芩35、石斛20-30、刀豆15、薏苡仁26、三七27、北沙参26、黄精27、黄芪25、六堡茶25、绿萼梅14、瓜蒌叶14、菱角茎14、酸枣仁9、姜黄0.07、奇雅子2.5、辣木籽3.5、菱角3、葡萄籽提取物0.4、螺旋藻0.4、小麦胚芽油2.5、松花粉2.5、胶原蛋白粉5、大豆卵磷脂0.3、L-天冬氨酸钙0.3、L-天冬氨酸镁0.1、茶多酚0.01、碳酸镁0.02、生物蛋白钙0.08、柠檬酸钙0.07、柠檬酸铁0.03、硒酵母0.04、食用碱0.1、海藻酸钠粉0.9。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玉米须保健面条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)按配方比例称取各组分原料;(2)将葫芦巴、枸杞、乌梅、菊花脑、菊花洗净,加水煎煮,煎煮液过滤去渣质,得到澄清滤液;(3)将滤液加入到小麦粉中,和配方中的其余组分混合,再按加工面条的常规法加工出保健面条。
