背景技术
    酒有特殊的醇香，深受人们喜爱，市场的酒大多是以白酒、啤酒、红酒等为主，保健功能有限，而人们对健康的要求越来越高，也就意味着对酒的保健功能要求越来越高。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种海藻柠檬酒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种海藻柠檬酒，由以下重量份原料制成：黄酒450-460、柠檬110-120、海藻8-10、山药40-50、红枣35-40、西米25-26、酸奶40-45、草莓100-120、酒曲4-5、抹茶粉10-12、柠檬醋105-110、鹿茸5-6、陈皮6-8、厚朴花4-6、白芷5-6、豆豉6-7、桃花4-5、玫瑰草3-4、荠菜籽2-3、营养添加剂13-15、鲜竹筒适量、麦麸35-40、水适量：
一种海藻柠檬酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将柠檬洗净，切成片，与海藻混匀后置于鲜竹筒中，倒入黄酒，密封泡制28-30天，过滤，得到柠檬酒备用；
（2）将山药洗净、去皮，并切碎，将红枣洗净去核，搅碎后用鸡肉皮包裹好，放入烤箱中烤10-15分钟，取出山药、红枣，做成山药红枣泥备用；
（3）将草莓洗净，取其果肉，与西米、酸奶、抹茶粉、酒曲、山药红枣泥、麦麸合并，放入发酵桶中，常温发酵12-15天，过滤，得草莓西米酒；
（4）将鹿茸、陈皮、厚朴花、白芷、豆豉、玫瑰草用5-9倍量的水提取，得到提取液备用；
（5）将柠檬酒、草莓西米酒、提取液、柠檬醋合并，混匀后灌装即可。
本发明的优点是：本发明公开了一种海藻柠檬酒，添加海藻、红枣、山药等营养物质，增加了本发明酒的营养，改善了口感，且配以鹿茸、陈皮、厚朴花、白芷等中药提取物，有很好的解表和胃、行气止痛的作用。
具体实施方式
一种海藻柠檬酒，由以下重量份（Kg）原料制成：黄酒450、柠檬110、海藻8、山药40、红枣35、西米25、酸奶40、草莓100、酒曲4、抹茶粉10、柠檬醋105、鹿茸5、陈皮6、厚朴花4、白芷5、豆豉6、桃花4、玫瑰草3、荠菜籽2、营养添加剂13、鲜竹筒适量、麦麸35、水适量：
一种海藻柠檬酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将柠檬洗净，切成片，与海藻混匀后置于鲜竹筒中，倒入黄酒，密封泡制28天，过滤，得到柠檬酒备用；

1.一种海藻柠檬酒，其特征在于，由以下重量份原料制成：黄酒450-460、柠檬110-120、海藻8-10、山药40-50、红枣35-40、西米25-26、酸奶40-45、草莓100-120、酒曲4-5、抹茶粉10-12、柠檬醋105-110、鹿茸5-6、陈皮6-8、厚朴花4-6、白芷5-6、豆豉6-7、桃花4-5、玫瑰草3-4、荠菜籽2-3、营养添加剂13-15、鲜竹筒适量、麦麸35-40、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种海藻柠檬酒的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将柠檬洗净，切成片，与海藻混匀后置于鲜竹筒中，倒入黄酒，密封泡制28-30天，过滤，得到柠檬酒备用；
（2）将山药洗净、去皮，并切碎，将红枣洗净去核，搅碎后用鸡肉皮包裹好，放入烤箱中烤10-15分钟，取出山药、红枣，做成山药红枣泥备用；
