本发明提供一种滋润皮肤,帮助体内排毒的玉米瘦肉粥,属于保健食品制作技术领域。取白米1/2杯,芡实10克,淮山、薏仁各20克洗净泡水30分钟;玉米粒20克、枸杞5克均洗净,泡软;瘦猪肉20克洗净,切丝备用;将白米放入锅中,加入适量的水煮成粥,加入淮山、薏仁、芡实煮至熟透,再加入玉米粒、猪肉丝及盐煮熟;撒上枸杞拌匀即可。本发明玉米瘦肉粥,具有滋润皮肤,帮助体内排毒,增加皮肤自然健康的光泽,并能排除体内多余的水分及预防便秘的功效,薏仁、芡实应挑选颗粒饱满,表面无破损且无附着粉状细粒的效果更佳。

本发明属于保健食品制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种粥。
背景技术
在中国四千年有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终。粥,其质稀软清爽,既能减轻消化器官的负荷,又有利于营养成份的吸收,具有简便、味佳、津润、易消化几大优点,所以有“治粥为生命之源,饮膳可代药之半”的美誉。
粥与中国人的关系,正像粥本身一样,稠粘绵密,相濡以沫;粥作为一种传统食品,在中国人心中的地位更是超过了世界上任何一个民族。
发明内容
本发明提供一种滋润皮肤,帮助体内排毒的玉米瘦肉粥。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
(1)取白米1/2杯,芡实10克,淮山、薏仁各20克洗净泡水30分钟;玉米粒20克、枸杞5克均洗净,泡软;瘦猪肉20克洗净,切丝备用;
(2)将白米放入锅中,加入适量的水煮成粥,加入淮山、薏仁、芡实煮至熟透,再加入玉米粒、猪肉丝及盐煮熟;
(3)撒上枸杞拌匀即可。
本发明玉米瘦肉粥,适用于女性消费者,具有滋润皮肤,帮助体内排毒,增加皮肤自然健康的光泽,并能排除体内多余的水分及预防便秘的功效。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
基本材料:白米1/2杯,芡实10克,枸杞5克,瘦猪肉、玉米粒、淮山、薏仁各20克,盐2小匙。
做法:
1.白米、淮山、薏仁、芡实均洗净、泡水30分钟;瘦猪肉洗净,切丝;玉米粒、枸杞均洗净,泡软备用;
2.放入锅中,加入适量的水煮成粥,加入淮山、薏仁、芡实煮至熟透,再加入玉米粒、猪肉丝及盐煮熟,最后撒上枸杞拌匀即可。
薏仁、芡实应挑选颗粒饱满,表面无破损且无附着粉状细粒的效果更佳。

1.一种玉米瘦肉粥,其特征在于:
(1)取白米1/2杯,芡实10克,淮山、薏仁各20克洗净泡水30分钟;玉米粒20克、枸杞5克均洗净,泡软;瘦猪肉20克洗净,切丝备用;
(2)将白米放入锅中,加入适量的水煮成粥,加入淮山、薏仁、芡实煮至熟透,再加入玉米粒、猪肉丝及盐煮熟;
(3)撒上枸杞拌匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米瘦肉粥,其特征在于:所述薏仁、芡实表面无破损、无附着粉状细粒且颗粒饱满。
