一种葵花籽羊肉酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉洗净,切成粒状,置于锅中,倒入柠檬汁、食盐,加热焖煮1-2小时,将羊肉取出,刷上稻米油,置于烤箱中烘烤10-15分钟,取出;
(2)将莲藕、山芋洗净切成块状,与葵花籽仁一起置于锅中,加入适量的水,加热焖煮1-2小时,将莲藕、山芋、葵花籽仁取出,做成山芋泥;
(3)将蛇床子、牡丹、高良姜、艾叶、兰草、迷迭香、花椒、白豆蔻用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末;
(4)将剩余稻米油和配方中的除水以外的其它剩余物料,以及羊肉、山芋泥、步骤3中的粉末合并,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,包装即可。

1.一种葵花籽羊肉酱,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料:豆瓣酱45-55、豆豉酱58-65、羊肉20-30、葵花籽仁20-30、莲藕15-20、山芋8-10、蛇床子1-2、牡丹2-3、高良姜1-2、艾叶1-2、兰草1-2、迷迭香2-3、花椒1-2、白豆蔻1-2、柠檬汁30-40、稻米油130-140、薏仁油15-18、香葱末60-70、辣椒粉10-15、生姜末20-25、蒜瓣15-20、食盐10-12、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种葵花籽羊肉酱的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉洗净,切成粒状,置于锅中,倒入柠檬汁、食盐,加热焖煮1-2小时,将羊肉取出,刷上稻米油,置于烤箱中烘烤10-15分钟,取出;
