本发明涉及一种蔬菜粉,尤其涉及一种复合苋菜籽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
苋菜籽营养丰富,常吃可以促进骨骼生长,促进儿童生长发育;本发明以苋菜籽、菠菜籽为主要原料,配以多种辅料,加工成一种食用方便的苋菜籽粉。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种复合苋菜籽粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种复合苋菜籽粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
苋菜籽70-80、菠菜籽20-30、胡萝卜粉7-8、银耳粉4-5、金银花3-4、茯苓2-3、红枣1-2、枸杞子2-3、三七核1-2、川芎2-3、熟地黄3-4、苋菜叶2-3、黄芪2-3、陈皮3-4、核桃仁6-7、麦芽糊精1-2、麸皮粉1-2、葡萄籽油适量。
一种复合苋菜籽粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苋菜籽、菠菜籽拣杂洗净,晒干后浸泡在适量葡萄籽油中,4-5小时后捞出沥干,送入锅中,加入洗净的金银花,小火不断翻炒至干,筛去金银花后磨成粉,过80-100目筛,得到苋菜籽粉;
(2)将茯苓、红枣、枸杞子等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,文火煎煮50-60分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将核桃仁与麸皮粉混合,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去麸皮粉,核桃仁磨粉,过100-120目筛,得到核桃粉;
(4)将上述苋菜籽粉、中药粉、核桃粉与胡萝卜粉等剩余原料混合均匀,研磨至120-140目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。

本发明以苋菜籽、菠菜籽为主要原料,配以辅料加工成一种食用方便、营养丰富的苋菜籽粉,经常食用可促进牙齿和骨骼的生长,促进儿童生长发育,加快骨折愈合,具有排毒养颜、润肺养胃、滋阴补肾、提高机体免疫力的功效。

实施例:
一种复合苋菜籽粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
苋菜籽80、菠菜籽30、胡萝卜粉8、银耳粉5、金银花4、茯苓3、红枣2、枸杞子3、三七核2、川芎3、熟地黄4、苋菜叶3、黄芪3、陈皮4、核桃仁7、麦芽糊精2、麸皮粉2、葡萄籽油适量。
一种复合苋菜籽粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苋菜籽、菠菜籽拣杂洗净,晒干后浸泡在适量葡萄籽油中,5小时后捞出沥干,送入锅中,加入洗净的金银花,小火不断翻炒至干,筛去金银花后磨成粉,过100目筛,得到苋菜籽粉;
(2)将茯苓、红枣、枸杞子等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8倍清水,文火煎煮60分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将核桃仁与麸皮粉混合,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去麸皮粉,核桃仁磨粉,过120目筛,得到核桃粉;
(4)将上述苋菜籽粉、中药粉、核桃粉与胡萝卜粉等剩余原料混合均匀,研磨至140目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。

1.一种复合苋菜籽粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:苋菜籽70-80、菠菜籽20-30、胡萝卜粉7-8、银耳粉4-5、金银花3-4、茯苓2-3、红枣1-2、枸杞子2-3、三七1-2、川芎2-3、熟地黄3-4、苋菜叶2-3、黄芪2-3、陈皮3-4、核桃仁6-7、麦芽糊精1-2、麸皮粉1-2、葡萄籽油适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的复合苋菜籽粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)将苋菜籽、菠菜籽拣杂洗净,晒干后浸泡在适量葡萄籽油中,4-5小时后捞出沥干,送入锅中,加入洗净的金银花,小火不断翻炒至干,筛去金银花后磨成粉,过80-100目筛,得到苋菜籽粉;
(2)将茯苓、红枣、枸杞子、三七、川芎、熟地黄、苋菜叶、黄芪、陈皮混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,文火煎煮50-60分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将核桃仁与麸皮粉混合,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去麸皮粉,核桃仁磨粉,过100-120目筛,得到核桃粉;
(4)将上述苋菜籽粉、中药粉、核桃粉与胡萝卜粉、银耳粉、麦芽糊精混合均匀,研磨至120-140目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
