本发明公开了一种菠菜牛肉米,是由下述重量份的原料制成:籼米130-140、菠菜10-12、牛肉8-10、绿茶粉5-6、南瓜叶1-2、芒果叶1-2、葡萄叶1-2、桂圆2-3、黄精2-3、金樱子1-2、木瓜核1-2、橘红2-3、桂枝1-2、马兰1-2、枳壳1-2、紫苏梗1-2、番茄酱适量;本发明将籼米用绿茶浸泡,再与菠菜粉、牛肉浆混合造粒,制得的复合米营养全面、口感细腻,具有牛肉风味;添加中药成分使复合米具有理气宽中、滋阴补肾、补脾益气、养血安神的食疗作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健米,尤其涉及一种菠菜牛肉米及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米是稻谷经清理、砻谷、碾米、成品整理等工序后制成的成品,其作为一种主食,已经深入人心。但其口味单一,营养单一,已经满足不了人们对食品具有营养保健功效的多元化需求,本发明将菠菜、牛肉与籼米混合造粒,制成一种具有保健功效的复合营养米。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种菠菜牛肉米及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种菠菜牛肉米,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
籼米130-140、菠菜10-12、牛肉8-10、绿茶粉5-6、南瓜叶1-2、芒果叶1-2、葡萄叶1-2、桂圆2-3、黄精2-3、金樱子1-2、木瓜核1-2、橘红2-3、桂枝1-2、马兰1-2、枳壳1-2、紫苏梗1-2、番茄酱适量。
一种菠菜牛肉米的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将籼米拣杂淘洗干净,将绿茶粉用沸水泡开,冷却至室温后加入籼米,浸泡50-60分钟后捞出籼米,晒干后磨成粉,过100-120目筛,得到米粉;
(2)将菠菜洗净、切段,在60-65℃下缓慢烘干,磨成粉,过80-100目筛,得到菠菜粉;
(3)将牛肉洗净,用开水浸泡4-5分钟,取出切成片,加入14-16倍清水,小火熬煮4-5小时,加入适量番茄酱,打成浆,得到牛肉浆;
(4)将南瓜叶、芒果叶、葡萄叶等剩余中药原料混合粉碎,加入12-14倍清水,煎煮35-40分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(5)将上述米粉、菠菜粉与牛肉浆、浓缩液混合均匀,造粒,得到颗粒饱满的米粒,再分级、干燥,即得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将籼米用绿茶浸泡,再与菠菜粉、牛肉浆混合造粒,制得的复合米营养全面、口感细腻,具有牛肉风味;添加中药成分使复合米具有理气宽中、滋阴补肾、补脾益气、养血安神的食疗作用。

一种菠菜牛肉米,是由下述重量份(斤)的原料制成:
籼米130、菠菜10、牛肉8、绿茶粉5、南瓜叶1、芒果叶1、葡萄叶1、桂圆2、黄精2、金樱子1、木瓜核1、橘红2、桂枝1、马兰1、枳壳1、紫苏梗1、番茄酱适量。
一种菠菜牛肉米的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将籼米拣杂淘洗干净,将绿茶粉用沸水泡开,冷却至室温后加入籼米,浸泡50分钟后捞出籼米,晒干后磨成粉,过100目筛,得到米粉;
(2)将菠菜洗净、切段,在60℃下缓慢烘干,磨成粉,过80目筛,得到菠菜粉;
(3)将牛肉洗净,用开水浸泡5分钟,取出切成片,加入14倍清水,小火熬煮4小时,加入适量番茄酱,打成浆,得到牛肉浆;
(4)将南瓜叶、芒果叶、葡萄叶等剩余中药原料混合粉碎,加入12倍清水,煎煮35分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到浓缩液;

1.一种菠菜牛肉米,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
籼米130-140、菠菜10-12、牛肉8-10、绿茶粉5-6、南瓜叶1-2、芒果叶1-2、葡萄叶1-2、桂圆2-3、黄精2-3、金樱子1-2、木瓜核1-2、橘红2-3、桂枝1-2、马兰1-2、枳壳1-2、紫苏梗1-2、番茄酱适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的菠菜牛肉米的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将籼米拣杂淘洗干净,将绿茶粉用沸水泡开,冷却至室温后加入籼米,浸泡50-60分钟后捞出籼米,晒干后磨成粉,过100-120目筛,得到米粉;
(2)将菠菜洗净、切段,在60-65℃下缓慢烘干,磨成粉,过80-100目筛,得到菠菜粉;
(3)将牛肉洗净,用开水浸泡4-5分钟,取出切成片,加入14-16倍清水,小火熬煮4-5小时,加入适量番茄酱,打成浆,得到牛肉浆;
