本发明涉及一种五香瓜子芝麻糊及其生产方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
芝麻糊是一种营养丰富,口感极佳的传统食品,市场上的黑芝麻糊大多口味单一、营养缺乏,极少有功能性的黑芝麻糊。在生活节奏飞快的现在生活中,人们越来越注重食品保健带来的作用,因此具有保健功能的食品必将在食品市场拥有一席之地。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种五香瓜子芝麻糊及其生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种五香瓜子芝麻糊,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:瓜子仁20-40、黑芝麻60-80、白芝麻20-30、白砂糖4-6、糯米粉20-30、鹿茸4-5、熟地2-4、冬虫夏草3-5、柠檬叶1-3、红枣2-4、山茶花1-3、甘蔗叶2-5、营养添加剂8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:樱桃核0.5-1、菜芙蓉花1-2、女贞子1-1.5、绞股蓝1.2-1.6、黄酒20-22、葛根10-15、火龙果5-8、马齿苋5-8;
制备方法为:(1)将樱桃核、菜芙蓉花、女贞子、绞股蓝切碎,用薄纱布包裹,然后放入黄酒中,浸泡30-40天,取出药包,得保健酒;
(2)将葛根与保健酒一起放入锅中,加热熬煮,至锅中水分全部焖干,将葛根取出,粉碎;
(3)将火龙果、马齿苋切碎,加入适量蜂蜜,腌制30-40分钟,然后取出晒干,再粉碎,与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。

(1)将白砂糖放入锅内,加热融化,然后将瓜子仁加入其中,混合均匀,待冷却后磨粉;
(2)将所述重量份的鹿茸、熟地、冬虫夏草、柠檬、红枣、山茶花、甘蔗叶加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(3)将黑芝麻、白芝麻放入提取液中,浸泡80-100分钟,放入磨浆机中磨浆,然后烘干,磨粉,再与糯米粉、步骤(1)得到的瓜子粉及其它剩余成分混合均匀,即得。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
1、一种五香瓜子芝麻糊,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:瓜子仁40、黑芝麻60、白芝麻30、白砂糖5、糯米粉20、鹿茸4、熟地4、冬虫夏草3、柠檬叶3、红枣2、山茶花、甘蔗叶4、营养添加剂8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:樱桃核0.6、菜芙蓉花1.5、女贞子1.3、绞股蓝1.5、黄酒20、葛根15、火龙果8、马齿苋5;
制备方法为:(1)将樱桃核、菜芙蓉花、女贞子、绞股蓝切碎,用薄纱布包裹,然后放入黄酒中,浸泡35天,取出药包,得保健酒;
(2)将葛根与保健酒一起放入锅中,加热熬煮,至锅中水分全部焖干,将葛根取出,粉碎;
(3)将火龙果、马齿苋切碎,加入适量蜂蜜,腌制35分钟,然后取出晒干,再粉碎,与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。

(1)将白砂糖放入锅内,加热融化,然后将瓜子仁加入其中,混合均匀,待冷却后磨粉;
(2)将所述重量份的鹿茸、熟地、冬虫夏草、柠檬、红枣、山茶花、甘蔗叶加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(3)将黑芝麻、白芝麻放入提取液中,浸泡80分钟,放入磨浆机中磨浆,然后烘干,磨粉,再与糯米粉、步骤(1)得到的瓜子粉及其它剩余成分混合均匀,即得。菜芙蓉,一种植物的名字,为锦葵科、秋葵属一年生草本植物,春种秋收,用种子繁殖。
本发明提供了一种五香瓜子芝麻糊及其生产方法,本发明方法操作简单,配方合理,营养丰富,芝麻富含维生素,能够延缓衰老,原料中添加的鹿茸、熟地、冬虫夏草等中药成分,使得本发明产品具有滋阴补阳的保健作用。
Claims (2)
1.一种五香瓜子芝麻糊,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:瓜子仁20-40、黑芝麻60-80、白芝麻20-30、白砂糖4-6、糯米粉20-30、鹿茸4-5、熟地2-4、冬虫夏草3-5、柠檬叶1-3、红枣2-4、山茶花1-3、甘蔗叶2-5、营养添加剂8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:樱桃核0.5-1、菜芙蓉花1-2、女贞子1-1.5、绞股蓝1.2-1.6、黄酒20-22、葛根10-15、火龙果5-8、马齿苋5-8;
制备方法为:(1)将樱桃核、菜芙蓉花、女贞子、绞股蓝切碎,用薄纱布包裹,然后放入黄酒中,浸泡30-40天,取出药包,得保健酒;

(1)将白砂糖放入锅内,加热融化,然后将瓜子仁加入其中,混合均匀,待冷却后磨粉;
(2)将所述重量份的鹿茸、熟地、冬虫夏草、柠檬、红枣、山茶花、甘蔗叶加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(3)将黑芝麻、白芝麻放入提取液中,浸泡80-100分钟,放入磨浆机中磨浆,然后烘干,磨粉,再与糯米粉、步骤(1)得到的瓜子粉及其它剩余成分混合均匀,即得。
