本发明公开了一种有助养血安神的营养复合米及其制备方法,是由粳米、糯米、山药粉、紫米、补血菜、正红菇、羊肚菌、鳄梨果酱、黄秋葵、四棱豆、野苋菜、黄芽菜、莲子心、酸枣仁、通花根、芦根、茯苓等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本品长期食用有补血养血,安神补脑、促进睡眠的作用,针对现代人工作繁忙,心烦气躁、不易入睡,机体免疫力下降等问题有很好的改善效果。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然杂粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因杂粮口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,所以难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食,但大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,将多种粗粮、蔬菜及有益中草药成分与大米的营养相结合,提高了米制品特殊的营养价值,从而能够满足人们对于营养、美味且有养生保健功效的主食的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种有助养血安神的营养复合米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:有助养血安神的营养复合米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米200-210、糯米18-20、山药粉34-35、紫米23-24、补血菜14-15、正红菇10-12、羊肚菌6-7、鳄梨果酱12-13、黄秋葵17-18、四棱豆9-10、野苋菜11-12、黄芽菜20-22、莲子心1-2、酸枣仁2-3、通花根1-2、芦根1-2、茯苓3-4、保健添加剂7-8、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:杏仁粉32-33、百合粉11-12、黄酒6-7、苦瓜粉2-3、炙黄芪1-2、金樱子4-5、枳椇子10-12、玫瑰茄5-6、红参须1-2、菱角壳3-4、紫花地丁7-8、青钱柳叶1-2、水适量。
本发明的有助养血安神的营养复合米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)莲子心、酸枣仁、通花根、芦根、茯苓加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)糯米、紫米炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)正红菇、羊肚菌泡发洗净,补血菜、黄秋葵、四棱豆、野苋菜、黄芽菜洗净,加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
(4)粳米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(2)营养粉搅拌混合均匀,再与步骤(3)的混合浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水混合均匀后糊化制粒,干燥即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将炙黄芪、金樱子、枳椇子、玫瑰茄、红参须、菱角壳、紫花地丁、青钱柳叶根加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
本发明中的通花根为五加科植物通脱木的根,具有清热利水、行气消食、活血下乳的功效。
本发明的有益效果:本品长期食用有补血养血,安神补脑、促进睡眠的作用,针对现代人工作繁忙,心烦气躁、不易入睡,机体免疫力下降等问题有很好的改善效果。
具体实施方式
有助养血安神的营养复合米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
粳米200、糯米18、山药粉35、紫米24、补血菜15、正红菇12、羊肚菌7、鳄梨果酱12、黄秋葵18、四棱豆10、野苋菜12、黄芽菜22、莲子心1、酸枣仁2、通花根1、芦根1、茯苓3、保健添加剂8、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:杏仁粉32、百合粉12、黄酒6、苦瓜粉2、炙黄芪1、金樱子5、枳椇子12、玫瑰茄6、红参须2、菱角壳4、紫花地丁7、青钱柳叶1、水适量。
本发明的有助养血安神的营养复合米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)莲子心、酸枣仁、通花根、芦根、茯苓加适量水煎煮3次,每次50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)糯米、紫米炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)正红菇、羊肚菌泡发洗净,补血菜、黄秋葵、四棱豆、野苋菜、黄芽菜洗净,加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
(4)粳米磨粉过50目筛,与步骤(2)营养粉搅拌混合均匀,再与步骤(3)的混合浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水混合均匀后糊化制粒,干燥即可。

1.一种有助养血安神的营养复合米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米200-210、糯米18-20、山药粉34-35、紫米23-24、补血菜14-15、正红菇10-12、羊肚菌6-7、鳄梨果酱12-13、黄秋葵17-18、四棱豆9-10、野苋菜11-12、黄芽菜20-22、莲子心1-2、酸枣仁2-3、通花根1-2、芦根1-2、茯苓3-4、保健添加剂7-8、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:杏仁粉32-33、百合粉11-12、黄酒6-7、苦瓜粉2-3、炙黄芪1-2、金樱子4-5、枳椇子10-12、玫瑰茄5-6、红参须1-2、菱角壳3-4、紫花地丁7-8、青钱柳叶1-2、水适量;制备方法为:将炙黄芪、金樱子、枳椇子、玫瑰茄、红参须、菱角壳、紫花地丁、青钱柳叶根加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的有助养血安神的营养复合米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)莲子心、酸枣仁、通花根、芦根、茯苓加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)糯米、紫米炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
