本发明主要涉及食品及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种百合牛肉罐头及其制备方法。
背景技术
市场上的即食肉食品的种类很少,基上是以生鲜肉为主,然而随着人们生活水平的提高,市场上单一的肉食品并不能满足人们的生活需求,且市售的即食肉食品的营养也是单一的,并没有体现其辅助的功效。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种百合牛肉罐头及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种百合牛肉罐头,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉100-120、百合20-30、莲子10-20、山药块30-50、薏仁30-50、黑米35-50、黑豆30-40、峨参3-4、酸枣仁5-6、桑葚5-6、阿胶3-4、冰草3-4、槐树叶2-3、苹果醋80-100、橄榄油60-80、甜酱汁30-40、食盐20-40、白砂糖30-80、味精10-30、水适量。
一种百合牛肉羹的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净后,切成粒状,倒入锅中,加入所述橄榄油,加热煎熟后,倒入苹果醋,加入百合、莲子、山药块,加热焖煮1-2小时;
(2)将薏仁、黑米、黑豆浸泡5-7小时,捞出洗净后,加入甜酱汁,适量的水,焖煮2-3小时,收汁后,停止加热,取所有物料备用;
(3)将峨参、酸枣仁、桑葚、阿胶、冰草、槐树叶用5-10倍量的水,加热提取,将所得中药提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将步骤1中所有物料、步骤2中所有物料以及中药浓缩液均匀混合,加入食盐、白砂糖、味精调味,混合均匀后,灭菌、灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种百合牛肉罐头,含有多种谷物,营养丰富,膳食纤维含量高,添加峨参、阿胶等具有益气补血功效的中药材的提取物,具有很好的益气补血的作用,适合血虚以及营养不良的人群食用;且制作工艺简单环保,是一种具有良好口感的保健食品。

一种百合牛肉罐头,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉100Kg、百合20Kg、莲子10Kg、山药块30Kg、薏仁30Kg、黑米35Kg、黑豆30Kg、峨参3Kg、酸枣仁5Kg、桑葚5Kg、阿胶3Kg、冰草3Kg、槐树叶2Kg、苹果醋80Kg、橄榄油60Kg、甜酱汁30Kg、食盐20Kg、白砂糖30Kg、味精10Kg、水适量。
一种百合牛肉羹的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净后,切成粒状,倒入锅中,加入所述橄榄油,加热煎熟后,倒入苹果醋,加入百合、莲子、山药块,加热焖煮2小时;

1.一种百合牛肉罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉100-120、百合20-30、莲子10-20、山药块30-50、薏仁30-50、黑米35-50、黑豆30-40、峨参3-4、酸枣仁5-6、桑葚5-6、阿胶3-4、冰草3-4、槐树叶2-3、苹果醋80-100、橄榄油60-80、甜酱汁30-40、食盐20-40、白砂糖30-80、味精10-30、水适量;
所述的一种百合牛肉罐头的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净后,切成粒状,倒入锅中,加入所述橄榄油,加热煎熟后,倒入苹果醋,加入百合、莲子、山药块,加热焖煮1-2小时;
