本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种木耳排毒香肠,由以下重量份原料组成:精瘦肉150-160、肥肉80-85、椰子汁50-70、猕猴桃25-30、芹菜20-30、木耳30-40、银耳20-30、决明子3-4、北风草3-4、黄芩4-5、野菊花3-4、柚子皮3-4、花生壳1-2、梨树根1-2、肠衣足量、味精10-15、黑胡椒10-12、芝麻油15-20、盐适量,水适量。
一种双耳排毒香肠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精瘦肉、肥肉洗净,切块,倒入锅中,用所述的椰子汁加热熬煮,至椰子汁倍吸收一半,捞出肉块,做成肉末;
(2)将猕猴桃洗净去皮,与洗净切碎的芹菜一起做成蔬果浆备用;
(3)将木耳、银耳浸泡30-40分钟后,捞出洗净,切碎,一半芝麻油,炒熟得熟双耳备用;
(4)将决明子、北风草、黄芩、野菊花、柚子皮、花生壳、梨树根用5-10倍量水,加热提取,得提取液干燥成中药粉末;
(5)将肉末、蔬果浆、双耳、中药粉末混合,添加味精、黑胡椒、剩余一半芝麻油、盐进行调味,搅拌均匀后,取肠衣,上机进行灌装,烘烤干燥后,封装即可。

一种双耳排毒香肠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精瘦肉、肥肉洗净,切块,倒入锅中,用所述的椰子汁加热熬煮,至椰子汁倍吸收一半,捞出肉块,做成肉末;

1.一种木耳排毒香肠,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:精瘦肉150-160、肥肉80-85、椰子汁50-70、猕猴桃25-30、芹菜20-30、木耳30-40、银耳20-30、决明子3-4、北风草3-4、黄芩4-5、野菊花3-4、柚子皮3-4、花生壳1-2、梨树根1-2、肠衣足量、味精10-15、黑胡椒10-12、芝麻油15-20、盐适量,水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双耳排毒香肠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精瘦肉、肥肉洗净,切块,倒入锅中,用所述的椰子汁加热熬煮,至椰子汁倍吸收一半,捞出肉块,做成肉末;
(2)将猕猴桃洗净去皮,与洗净切碎的芹菜一起做成蔬果浆备用;
(3)将木耳、银耳浸泡30-40分钟后,捞出洗净,切碎,一半芝麻油,炒熟得熟双耳备用;
(4)将决明子、北风草、黄芩、野菊花、柚子皮、花生壳、梨树根用5-10倍量水,加热提取,得提取液干燥成中药粉末;
(5)将肉末、蔬果浆、双耳、中药粉末混合,添加味精、黑胡椒、剩余一半芝麻油、盐进行调味,搅拌均匀后,取肠衣,上机进行灌装,烘烤干燥后,封装即可。
