制备上述猪肝米肠的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将猪瘦肉、青豆、枸杞、番茄和猪肥膘分别洗净备用,小米、大米和猪肝分别洗净并继续在水中浸泡1.5小时后备用;
2)将番茄切成小块后加水熬成番茄酱;
3)将猪瘦肉、猪肥膘和猪肝切成小块,连同青豆和枸杞在料理机中搅成泥状物;
