Abstract
本发明提供可以得到具有充分的机械强度、翘曲少的陶瓷生片的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物、陶瓷生片以及层叠陶瓷电容器。陶瓷生片用浆料组合物,含有聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂、陶瓷粉末及有机溶剂,其中所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂是用一元醛对聚合度为超过1000且4500以下、乙烯基酯单元的含量小于1摩尔%的聚乙烯醇树脂进行缩醛化而得到的缩醛化度为60~83摩尔%的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷生片(green sheet)用浆料组合物、陶瓷生片及层叠陶瓷电容器。
背景技术
在制造层叠陶瓷电容器的情况下,一般进行下述工序。首先,在使陶瓷粉末分散了的有机溶剂中,添加聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂等的粘结剂树脂和增塑剂,通过球磨机等均匀混合,由此调制陶瓷生片用浆料组合物,将调制了的浆料组合物在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜等的剥离性的支持体上进行流延成型,通过加热等使溶剂等蒸馏除去后,从支持体剥离来制造陶瓷生片。
这些陶瓷生片从上述剥离性的支持体上剥离来使用。首先,交替地重叠在陶瓷生片的表面将形成内部电极的导电糊通过丝网印刷等进行涂布而成的材料,进行加热压接而得到层叠体。进而,通过各工序形成层叠体,切断为规定的形状。而且,通过经过以下工序而制造层叠陶瓷电容器:在进行将该层叠体中所含的粘结剂成分等进行热分解而除去的处理、即所谓的脱脂处理后进行煅烧而得到的陶瓷煅烧物的端面上烧结外部电极。因此,对于上述陶瓷生片而言,要求陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的调制作业的良好的作业性和能够耐受它们的加工的各工序的强度。
近年来,伴随着电子设备的多功能化、小型化,在层叠陶瓷电容器要求大容量化、小型化。对应于此,作为在陶瓷生片中使用的陶瓷粉末,可以使用0.5μm以下的微组的粒径的粉末,进行以5μm以下的薄膜状在剥离性的支持体上进行涂覆的尝试。
但是,使用微细的粒径的陶瓷粉末时,填充密度、表面积增加,因此使用的粘结剂树脂量增加,与此相伴,陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的粘度也增大,因此有时涂覆变得困难、或者陶瓷粉末自身发生分散不良。另一方面,在陶瓷生片制作时的各工序中,由于负载拉伸、弯曲等的应力,因此需要具有能够承受这样的应力的充分的强度的粘结剂。
为了解决这样的问题点,在专利文献1中公开了对于皂化度为80摩尔%以上的聚乙烯醇的乙烯醇单元、至少以0.005~2摩尔%的比例添加二醛来进行缩醛化所形成的陶瓷生片用陶瓷糊,实现机械强度优异的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
但是,在用二醛交联了的情况下,分子间交联变得过密,虽然得到的薄膜生片的机械强度提高,但存在得到的交联聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的一部分在有机溶剂中变得不溶、一部分未溶解的成分残留这样的问题。另外,由于交联部位和未交联部位的应力缓和力不同,因此存在有时薄膜生片产生翘曲这样的问题。

发明要解决的课题
本发明鉴于上述现状,提供能够得到具有充分的机械强度、并且翘曲少的陶瓷生片的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物、陶瓷生片及层叠陶瓷电容器。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人进行了积极研究,结果发现,通过使用聚合度为超过1000且4500以下、乙烯基酯单元的含量小于1摩尔%、缩醛化度为60~83摩尔%的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂作为陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的粘结剂树脂,得到可以使涂覆性优异、同时即使在使厚度变薄的情况下机械强度高、进而难以翘曲的陶瓷生片,以致完成本发明。
发明的效果
可以提供可以得到具有充分的机械强度、并且翘曲少的陶瓷生片的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物、陶瓷生片及层叠陶瓷电容器。
具体实施方式
以下,详细说明本发明。
本发明中使用的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的聚合度为超过1000且4500以下。聚合度为1000以下时,在制作厚度2μm以下的薄膜陶瓷生片的情况下,机械强度变得不足,聚合度超过4500时,在有机溶剂中不能充分溶解,或溶液粘度变得过高,涂布性、分散性下降。聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂聚合度的优选下限为1500、优选上限为3500。
需要说明的是,上述聚合度由在聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的制造中使用的聚乙烯醇树脂的粘均聚合度、聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的粘均聚合度的两者而求出。换句话说,由于聚合度不因缩醛化而变化,因此聚乙烯醇树脂和将该聚乙烯醇缩醛化而得到的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的聚合度是相同的。虽然没有特别限定,但聚乙烯醇树脂的粘均聚合度是指基于JIS K6726所求出的平均聚合度。另外,在混合使用2种以上的聚乙烯醇树脂作为聚乙烯醇树脂的情况下,是指混合后的聚乙烯醇树脂总体的表观上的粘均聚合度。另一方面,在聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的聚合度的情况下,是指基于JIS K6728中记载的方法,测定将聚乙烯醇树脂缩醛化了后的粘均聚合度。
上述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的乙烯基酯单元的含量小于1摩尔%,优选的上限为0.99摩尔%。如果为1摩尔%以上,则由于薄膜的生片的柔软性变得过强,因此有时陶瓷生片无法保持充分的机械强度。需要说明的是,乙烯基酯单元的含量小于1摩尔%的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,可以通过将乙烯基酯单元的含量小于1摩尔%的聚乙烯醇树脂、即皂化度高于99摩尔%的聚乙烯醇树脂进行缩醛化而得到。聚乙烯醇树脂的皂化度的优选下限为99.01摩尔%。
上述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的乙烯基酯单元含量的优选下限为0.01摩尔%。,需要说明的是,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.01摩尔%以下的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,可以通过将皂化度为99.99摩尔%以上的聚乙烯醇树脂进行缩醛化而得到。工业上生产皂化度为99.99摩尔%以上的聚乙烯醇是困难的,劲儿由于向水的溶解性变差,因此有时缩醛化反应变得困难。因此,聚乙烯醇树脂的皂化度的优选上限为99.99摩尔%。
上述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的缩醛化度的下限为60摩尔%,上限为83摩尔%。不到60摩尔%时,则由于聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的亲水性高、难以溶于有机溶剂,因此在陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的制造中造成阻碍,超过83摩尔%时,残存的羟基变少,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的强韧性受损,从生产率、反应性的观点考虑,有时工业上难以得到,导致生产率的下降。缩醛化度的优选下限为65摩尔%,优选上限为75摩尔%。
在上述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中使用的醛是一元醛(1分子内具有1个醛基)。在用具有2个以上的醛基的化合物进行缩醛化了的情况下,由于交联部位和未交联部位的应力缓和力不同,因此在干燥后从聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯剥离后有时产生翘曲。因此,优选使用的醛仅为一元醛,即使在使用具有2个以上的醛基的化合物的情况下,相对于聚乙烯醇树脂的乙烯醇单元,优选添加小于0.005摩尔%的量、更优选0.003摩尔%以下的量来进行缩醛化。
本发明中使用的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,通常以聚乙烯醇树脂为原料来制造。上述聚乙烯醇树脂,可以通过以往公知的手法、即将乙烯基酯系单体聚合、将得到的聚合物进行皂化而得到。作为将乙烯基酯系单体进行聚合的方法,可以适用溶液聚合法、本体聚合法、悬浮聚合法、乳液聚合法等以往公知的方法。作为聚合引发剂,可以根据聚合方法、适当地选择偶氮系引发剂、过氧化物系引发剂、氧化还原系引发剂等。皂化反应,可以适用以往公知的使用碱催化剂或酸催化剂的醇解、水解等,其中,以甲醇为溶剂而使用苛性钠(NaOH)催化剂的皂化反应是简便的,是最优选的。
作为乙烯基酯系单体,例如,可以列举甲酸乙烯酯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯、丁酸乙烯酯、异丁酸乙烯酯、特戊酸乙烯酯、叔羧酸乙烯酯(バ一サチツク酸ビニル)、己酸乙烯酯、辛酸乙烯酯、月桂酸乙烯酯、棕榈酸乙烯酯、硬脂酸乙烯酯、油酸乙烯酯、苯甲酸乙烯酯等,其中优选乙酸乙烯酯。
另外,在对前述乙烯基酯系单体进行聚合的情况下,还可以在不损害本发明的主旨的范围与其它单体共聚。因此,本发明中的聚乙烯醇树脂,为也包含由乙烯醇单元和其它单体单元构成的聚合物。作为其它单体的例子,可以列举例如乙烯、丙烯、正丁烯、异丁烯等的α-烯烃;丙烯酸及其盐;丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丙酯、丙烯酸异丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异丁酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸十二烷基酯、丙烯酸十八烷基酯等的丙烯酸酯类;甲基丙烯酸及其盐;甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯、甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯等的甲基丙烯酸酯类;丙烯酰胺、N-甲基丙烯酰胺、N-乙基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、二丙酮丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺丙烷磺酸及其盐、丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺或其酸盐或其季盐、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺及其衍生物等的丙烯酰胺衍生物;甲基丙烯酰胺、N-甲基甲基丙烯酰胺、N-乙基甲基丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺丙烷磺酸及其盐、甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺或其酸盐或其季盐、N-羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺或其衍生物等的甲基丙烯酰胺衍生物;甲基乙烯基醚、乙基乙烯基醚、正丙基乙烯基醚、异丙基乙烯基醚、正丁基乙烯基醚、异丁基乙烯基醚、叔丁基乙烯基醚、十二烷基乙烯基醚、硬脂基乙烯基醚等的乙烯基醚类;丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈等的腈类;氯乙烯、氟乙烯等的卤化乙烯;偏二氯乙烯、偏二氟乙烯等的偏二卤乙烯;乙酸烯丙酯、烯丙基氯等的烯丙基化合物;马来酸及其盐或酯或其酸酐;乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷等的乙烯基甲硅烷基化合物;乙酸异丙烯酯等。这些单体通常可以以相对于乙烯基酯系单体以不到10摩尔%的比例使用。
作为在缩醛化中使用的酸催化剂,没有特别限定,可以使用有机酸和无机酸中的任意,例如,可以列举乙酸、对甲苯磺酸、硝酸、硫酸、盐酸等。其中,优选使用盐酸、硫酸、硝酸,特别优选使用盐酸。
本发明的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,可以通过下述方法得到。首先,将3~15质量%浓度的聚乙烯醇树脂的水溶液调整至80~100℃的温度范围,用10~60分钟将该温度缓慢冷却。当温度下降至-10~40℃时,添加醛和酸催化剂,一边将温度保持一定,一边进行10~300分钟的缩醛化反应。然后,用30~200分钟将反应液升温至45~80℃的温度,将该温度保持60~360分钟。反应的熟化温度(升温后的温度)优选45℃以上。低于45℃时,得到的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的溶液粘度变高,陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的分散性降低。接着,适当地将反应液冷却至室温、水洗后,然后添加碱等的中和剂,进行洗涤、干燥,由此得到目标聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂。需要说明的是,为了将缩醛化度调整至60~83摩尔%,需要适当调整醛相对于聚乙烯醇树脂的添加量、及添加了醛和酸催化剂后的反应时间等。另外,相对于聚乙烯醇100质量份,优选添加46~74质量份的醛。
在本发明中,作为为了将聚乙烯醇树脂进行缩醛化而使用的一元醛,没有特别限定,例如,可以列举乙醛(包括三聚乙醛)、丙醛、丁醛、戊醛、己醛、庚醛、2-乙基己醛、环己醛、糠醛、苯甲醛、2-甲基苯甲醛、3-甲基苯甲醛、4-甲基苯甲醛、对羟基苯甲醛、间羟基苯甲醛、苯乙醛、β-苯基丙醛等。其中,从生产率和特性平衡等的方面考虑,乙醛、丁醛是合适的。这些醛可以单独使用,也可以将2种以上并用。作为本发明中使用的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,使用了碳数2~6的醛,特别是碳数2~4的醛的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,其中使用了正丁醛的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,从陶瓷生片的机械强度、涂覆性考虑优选。
本发明的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中的上述α-烯烃片段的含量,优选的下限为1摩尔%,优选的上限为20摩尔%。α-烯烃片段的含量不到1摩尔%时,含有上述α-烯烃的效果变得不充分,超过20摩尔%时,疏水性变得过强,陶瓷粉末的分散性下降,或由于聚乙烯醇树脂的溶解性下降,因此缩醛化反应变得困难。
另外,本发明的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物,作为粘结剂树脂除了上述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂以外,还可以含有丙烯酸系树脂、纤维素系树脂。在含有丙烯酸系树脂、纤维素系树脂等作为粘结剂树脂的情况下,上述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂占粘结剂树脂总体的含量的优选下限为30质量%。不到30质量%时,得到的陶瓷生片的机械强度有时变得不充分。
本发明中使用的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,可以通过使用醛将聚合度为超过1000且4500以下的聚乙烯醇树脂进行缩醛化而得到。需要说明的是,在混合使用2种以上的聚乙烯醇树脂的情况下,只要各自的聚合度的平均值为超过1000且4500以下即可。聚合度的平均值的优选下限为1500、上限为3500。
作为上述陶瓷粉末没有特别限定,例如,可以列举氧化铝、氧化锆、硅酸铝、氧化钛、氧化锌、钛酸钡、氧化镁、塞隆、尖晶石莫来石(スピネムルライト)、碳化硅、氮化硅、氮化铝等的粉末。这些陶瓷粉末可以单独使用,也可以将2种以上并用。陶瓷粉末相对于本发明的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的总量的含量的上限为80质量%,下限为30质量%。陶瓷粉末的含量小于30质量%时,粘度变得过低,在将陶瓷生片进行成型时的操作性变差,多于80质量%时,陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的粘度变得过高,混炼性处于下降的倾向。
作为上述有机溶剂,没有特别限定,例如,可以列举丙酮、甲基乙基酮、二丙基酮、二异丁基酮等的酮类;甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇等的醇类;甲苯、二甲苯等的芳香族烃类;丙酸甲酯、丙酸乙酯、丙酸丁酯、丁酸甲酯、丁酸乙酯、丁酸丁酯、戊酸甲酯、戊酸乙酯、戊酸丁酯、己酸甲酯、己酸乙酯、己酸丁酯、乙酸2-乙基己酯、丁酸2-乙基己酯等的酯类;甲基溶纤剂、乙基溶纤剂、丁基溶纤剂、α-萜品醇、丁基溶纤剂乙酸酯、丁基卡必醇乙酸酯等。这些有机溶剂可以单独使用,也可以将2种以上并用。有机溶剂相对于本发明的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的总量的含量的上限为80质量%,下限为20质量%。如果在上述范围内,则可以对本发明的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物赋予适当的混炼性。多于80质量%时,粘度变得过低,在将陶瓷生片进行成型时的操作性变差,少于20质量%时,陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的粘度变得过高,混炼性处于下降的倾向。
陶瓷生片用浆料组合物,还可以在不损害本发明效果的范围含有丙烯酸系树脂、纤维素系树脂等的粘结剂树脂、增塑剂、润滑剂、分散剂、抗静电剂、抗氧化剂等的以往公知的添加剂。
本发明的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物,可以根据需要添加增塑剂。添加的增塑剂的种类没有特别限定,例如,可以列举邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸苄基丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二己酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DOP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基丁基)酯等的邻苯二甲酸系增塑剂、己二酸二己酯、己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DOA)等的己二酸系增塑剂、乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇等的二醇系增塑剂、三乙二醇二丁酸酯、三乙二醇二(2-乙基丁酸酯)、三乙二醇二(2-乙基己酸酯)等的二醇酯系增塑剂等,它们还可以将2种以上组合使用。增塑剂的使用量没有特别限定,但相对于陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的总量,优选使用0.1~10质量%,更优选为1~8质量%。其中,从挥发性低、容易保持片的柔软性来考虑,DOP、DOA、三乙二醇2-乙基己基酯是优选的。
作为制造本发明的使用了聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物的方法没有特别限定,例如,可以列举将含有上述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的粘结剂树脂、陶瓷粉未、有机溶剂及根据需要添加的各种添加剂使用球磨机、混磨机、三辊机等的各种混合机进行混合的方法。
本发明的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物,由于具有上述的构成,因此可以制造即使厚度为2μm以下、也具有充分的机械强度的薄膜陶瓷生片。这样,为使用本发明的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物而得到的陶瓷生片、厚度为2μm以下的陶瓷生片也是本发明之一。
作为本发明的陶瓷生片的制造方法,没有特别限定,可以通过以往公知的制造方法来制造,例如,可以列举将本发明的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜等的剥离性的支持体上流延成型、通过加热等蒸馏除去溶剂等后,从支持体进行剥离的方法等。
通过将在本发明的陶瓷生片上涂布了导电糊的材料进行层叠,可以制作层叠陶瓷电容器。这样,使用本发明的陶瓷生片和导电糊而得到的层叠陶瓷电容器也是本发明之一。
作为本发明的层叠陶瓷电容器的制造方法没有特别限定,可以通过以往公知的制造方法来制造,例如,可以列举将在本发明陶瓷生片的表面上通过丝网印刷等涂布形成内部电极的导电糊而形成的材料交替地重叠多片、进行加热压合而得到层叠体、将在该层叠体中所含的粘结剂成分等进行热分解而除去后(脱脂处理),进行煅烧,在得到的陶瓷煅烧物的端面烧结外部电极的方法等。
另外,作为上述导电糊的制造方法没有特别限定,可以通过以往公知的制造方法来制造,例如,可以列举向聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中混合金属等的导电性粉末、分散剂、增塑剂、溶剂等的方法等。
以下列举实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明并不受这些实施例的任何限定。需要说明的是,在以下的实施例中,“%”和“份”只要没有特别说明,就表示“质量%”和“质量份”。
聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂和的各特性的测定,根据以下的方法进行。
(聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的乙烯基酯单元含量)
基于JIS K6728中记载的方法进行测定。
(聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的乙烯醇单元含量)
基于JIS K6728中记载的方法进行测定。
实施例
(实施例1)
(聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的调制)
在具备回流冷凝器、温度计和锚型搅拌叶的内容积2升的玻璃制容器中加入1295g离子交换水和105g聚乙烯醇(PVA-1:聚合度1050、皂化度99.2摩尔%),将全体升温至98℃而使聚乙烯醇完全溶解,形成聚乙烯醇水溶液(浓度7.5质量%)。一边以旋转速度120rpm持续搅拌形成的聚乙烯醇水溶液,一边经大约30分钟缓慢冷却至5℃后,在该水溶液中添加70g丁醛、和100ml作为缩丁醛化催化剂即酸催化剂的浓度20质量%的盐酸,开始聚乙烯醇的缩丁醛化。进行30分钟缩丁醛化后,经120分钟将全体升温至70℃,在70℃下保持180分钟后,冷却至室温。过滤通过冷却所析出的树脂后,用离子交换水(相对于树脂为100倍量的离子交换水)洗涤多次,为了中和而加入0.3质量%的氢氧化钠溶液,在70℃下保持5小时后,离心脱水,再用100倍量的离子交换水洗涤多次,脱水后,在40℃、减压下干燥18小时,得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-1)。得到的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-1)的缩丁醛化度为71.0摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.8摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为28.2摩尔%。
在20质量份甲苯和20质量份乙醇的混合溶剂中加入10质量份得到的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,搅拌溶解,进而,加入8质量份作为增塑剂的DOP,搅拌溶解。在得到的树脂溶液中加入100质量份作为陶瓷粉末的钛酸钡(堺化学工业株式会社制造,BT-03(平均粒径0.3μm)),用球磨机混合48小时,由此得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(实施例2)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-2:聚合度1700,皂化度99.6摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-2)。PVB-2的缩丁醛化度为69.8摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.4摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为29.8摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(实施例3)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-3:聚合度2400,皂化度99.9摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-3)。PVB-3的缩丁醛化度为74.3摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.1摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为25.6摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(实施例4)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-4:聚合度3500,皂化度99.8摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-4)。PVB-4的缩丁醛化度为73.2摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.2摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为26.6摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(实施例5)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-5:聚合度4200,皂化度99.9摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-5)。PVB-5的缩丁醛化度为69.0摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.1摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为30.9摩尔%。接着,除了添加8质量份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,8质量份作为增塑剂的DOA以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(实施例6)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-6:聚合度1700,皂化度99.95摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-6)。PVB-6的缩丁醛化度为74.25摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.05摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为25.70摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(实施例7)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-7:聚合度1700,皂化度99.9摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-7)。PVB-7的缩丁醛化度为80.6摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.1摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为19.3摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(实施例8)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-8:聚合度1700,皂化度99.8摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-8)。PVB-8的缩丁醛化度为65.2摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.2摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为34.6摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(比较例1)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-A:聚合度850,皂化度99.2摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-A)。PVB-A的缩丁醛化度为71.0摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.8摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为28.2摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(比较例2)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-B:聚合度1700,皂化度99摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-B)。PVB-B的缩丁醛化度为70摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为1摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为29摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(比较例3)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-C:聚合度3500,皂化度98.5摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-C)。PVB-C的缩丁醛化度为71.5摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为1.5摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为27摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(比较例4)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-D:聚合度4800,皂化度99.9摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-D)。PVB-D的缩丁醛化度为71.9摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.1摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为28摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物,但浆料粘度高,涂覆性差,在生片中的粒子分散性中看到不均。
(比较例5)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-E:聚合度2400,皂化度99.9摩尔%)代替PVA-1、在添加丁醛的同时添加0.08g戊二醛以外,其余与实施例1同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-E)。PVB-E的缩丁醛化度为71.9摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.1摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为28摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
(比较例6)
除了使用聚乙烯醇(PVA-F:聚合度1700,皂化度99.5摩尔%)代替PVA-1以外,其余与比较例5同样地得到聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-F)。PVB-F的缩丁醛化度为71.0摩尔%,乙烯基酯单元的含量为0.5摩尔%,乙烯醇单元的含量为28.5摩尔%。接着,与实施例1同样地得到陶瓷生片用浆料组合物。
使用涂布棒将实施例1~8和比较例1~6中制作的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物涂覆在进行了脱模处理的聚酯膜上,使得干燥厚度达到2μm,在常温下风干1小时后,用热风干燥机在80℃下干燥3小时,接着在120℃下干燥2小时,得到陶瓷生片。
(评价)
(机械强度的评价)
从聚酯膜剥离得到的陶瓷生片,观察陶瓷生片的状态。
以下面的2个等级进行评价。
○:在陶瓷生片上未观察到断裂、破损
×:观察到稍稍断裂、破损
(生片评价)
从聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯以60mm×50mm的尺寸切出陶瓷生片,在20℃下放置3分钟后,用光学显微镜观察片的侧面。
以下面的2个等级进行评价。
○:未看到陶瓷片的翘曲
×:看到陶瓷片稍稍翘曲
机械强度的评价和生片评价的结果示于表1。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,可以提供可以得到具有充分的机械强度、且翘曲少的陶瓷生片的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物、陶瓷生片及层叠陶瓷电容器。
Claims (3)
1.一种陶瓷生片用浆料组合物,含有聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂、陶瓷粉末及有机溶剂,所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂是用一元醛对聚合度为超过1000且4500以下、乙烯基酯单元的含量小于1摩尔%的聚乙烯醇树脂进行缩醛化而得到、缩醛化度为60~83摩尔%的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂。
2.一种陶瓷生片,其特征在于,其为使用权利要求1所述的陶瓷生片用浆料组合物而得到的陶瓷生片,厚度为2μm以下。
3.一种层叠陶瓷电容器,其特征在于,使用权利要求2所述的陶瓷生片和导电糊而得到。
