本发明的另一实施例针对于一种用于加注液化燃气的船,所述船包含能够处理在供应液化燃气时产生的汽化气体(boil-off gas,BOG)的设施。
有利效应
根据本发明的实施例,可通过用于加注液化燃气的船在海上将燃料加注到液化燃气推进船。因此,可大量减少用于向液化燃气推进船补给燃料所需的时间和精力,且可减少用于加注液化燃气所需的成本。此外,由于用于加注液化燃气的船包含BOG处理设施,所以液化燃气推进船不需要包含用于处理在液化燃气供应过程期间产生的大量BOG的设施。因此,可节约液化燃气推进船的成本。

根据本发明的一方面,一种用于将液化燃气加注到液化燃气推进船的船包含:液化燃气储罐,其安装于所述船中;燃料供应管道,其连接到所述液化燃气储罐且将燃料加注到所述液化燃气推进船;以及BOG收集管道,其收集在液化燃气推进船的液化燃气罐中产生的BOG。
所述船可进一步包含BOG处理单元。经由BOG收集管道而收集的BOG可由BOG处理单元处理。
BOG处理单元可包含用于将BOG丢弃于空气中的排出口或用于燃烧BOG的气体燃烧器。
BOG处理单元可包含船的推进引擎、锅炉、燃气轮机,或发电机,其被供应BOG且消耗BOG。
BOG处理单元可包含储罐,所述储罐在高压下压缩经由BOG收集管道而收集的BOG且储存经压缩的BOG。
可在船的推进引擎、锅炉、燃气轮机,或发电机中消耗储罐中所储存的BOG。
储存于储罐中的BOG可用作压力源,将所述压力源供应给液化燃气储罐以将液化燃气储罐的液化燃气供应给液化燃气推进船。
BOG处理单元可包含再液化单元,所述再液化单元将经由BOG收集管道而收集的BOG再液化。
所述船可进一步包含分支管道,所述分支管道从BOG收集管道分叉且连接到液化燃气储罐的上部部分。
本发明的模式
下文将参阅附图更详细地描述本发明的示范性实施例。然而,本发明可以不同的形式来体现,且不应将本发明构建为限于本发明所陈述的实施例。而是,提供这些实施例以使得本发明将是彻底和完整的,且将向所属领域的技术人员完整地传达本发明的范围。在整个本发明中,相同参阅数字指代各图和本发明的实施例中的相同部分。
图1是解释根据本发明的一实施例的用于加注液化燃气的船在海上将燃料供应给液化燃气推进船的情况的图。图2是绘示用于从根据本发明的实施例的用于加注液化燃气的船将燃料供应给液化燃气推进船的方法的流程图。
本发明的实施例提出一种方法,其中提供用于加注液化燃气的船10以在海上将燃料直接供应给液化燃气推进船30。此处,液化燃气可包含被液化和储存的例如LNG、LPG或DME等燃气。
LNG是通过将从气田开采出来的天然气液化而获得,主要由甲烷组成。当降低LNG的温度或施加压力来液化LNG时,LNG的体积减小到约1/600。因此,LNG具有空间效率方面的优势。然而,由于LNG的沸点低至零下162度,所以LNG必须容纳在以特殊方式热绝缘的罐或容器中,使得在储存LNG时,将其温度维持在低于沸点。
LPG是通过将相对低的压力(6-7kg/cm2)施加到重烃并将重烃液化而获得。在从油田开采原油或提炼原油时,或在开采天然气时,可获得包含两个或两个以上碳原子的重烃。当液化LPG时,LPG的体积被减小到约1/250。因此,与LNG相比,LPG便于储存和运载。此外,LPG主要由丙烷和丁烷组成,且可包含少量的乙烷、丙烯和丁烯。
DME是一种醚,与LPG相比易燃性较低且是无毒的。由于DME含有较大百分比的氧,所以在燃烧DME时产生烟很少。因此,DME对环境的影响很小。
下文中,将上述液化燃气中的LNG用作燃料的LNG推进船将被用作以下描述中的实例。
当例如集装箱运输船等船将LNG用作推进燃料时,需要在航行之前用LNG填装LNG燃料罐31。如上文所描述,许多港口不具有LNG储存设施(例如,LNG接收站)。此外,虽然港口中存在LNG储存设施,但出于安全原因,LNG储存设施所处的位置远离从集装箱运输船卸载集装箱的地方。因此,集装箱运输船必须移动到远离装货和卸货地方的LNG储存设施,以便补给燃料。此外,将船移动到远离港口的位置来给船补给燃料,这种做法可能需要大量时间和精力而且价值不大。
在本发明的此实施例中,具有LNG储罐11的LNG加注船10直接去往LNG推进船30所处的地方,且在海上将LNG供应给LNG推进船30。
参阅图2,使LNG加注船10做好准备(步骤S1)。LNG加注船10包含LNG储罐11和燃料供应管道13,将储存于LNG储罐11中的LNG供应给LNG推进船30。
接下来,用来自LNG储存设施的LNG填充LNG加注船10的LNG储罐11(步骤S2)。LNG储存设施可包含浮式LNG储存设施、LNG运输船,或LNG地面接收站。更具体来说,LNG储存设施可包含LNG浮式生产储气卸气结构(floating production storage offloading,FPSO)、LNG运输船(LNGcarrier,LNGC),或LNG再气化速递船(shuttle regasification vessel,SRV)。
随后,LNG加注船10在海上接近LNG推进船30(步骤S3)。
接下来,将储存于LNG储罐11中的LNG供应给LNG推进船30的LNG燃料罐31(步骤S4)。
当供应LNG时,LNG被蒸发,因此产生汽化气体(BOG)。因此,所述方法可进一步包含将从LNG推进船30的LNG燃料罐31产生的BOG收集到LNG加注船10中(步骤S5)。
根据上文所描述的方法,在将集装箱装载于LNG推进船30(例如,集装箱运输船)上或从LNG推进船30卸载集装箱时,可由LNG加注船10在海上给LNG推进船30补给燃料。因此,可减少给LNG推进船30补给燃料所需的大量时间和精力。因此,注入LNG所需的成本可降低。
图3是解释用于处理在根据本发明的实施例的LNG加注船供应LNG时产生的BOG的方法的图。
LNG加注船10包含LNG储罐11、燃料供应管道13、BOG收集管道14等。LNG加注船10在海上接近LNG推进船30以将LNG供应给LNG推进船30。
通过由泵12引起的压力从LNG储罐11经由燃料供应管道13将储存于LNG储罐11中的LNG供应给LNG推进船30的LNG燃料罐31。
LNG的液化温度在环境压力下低至零下163度。因此,甚至在LNG的温度在环境压力下略高于零下度数时,LNG也会蒸发。LNG储罐11或LNG燃料罐31是热绝缘的。然而,由于外部热被连续地传输到LNG,所以储存于LNG储罐11或LNG燃料罐31中的LNG在LNG供应过程期间被连续蒸发,且因而产生BOG。一般来说,LNG储罐11中所产生的BOG的量远大于被供应LNG的LNG燃料罐31中所产生的BOG的量。
当连续产生BOG时,LNG储罐11或LNG燃料罐31的压力过度增加。因此,所产生的BOG被排放到空气中或被烧掉。
举例来说,14000TEU(二十英尺等效单位)集装箱运输船可包含容量为15000m3的LNG燃料罐31。当将LNG供应给燃料罐时,可产生大量的BOG。举例来说,每小时产生3吨或更多的BOG。由于BOG是易燃气体,所以在例如集装箱运输船等货船中处理BOG很危险。此外,当未将BOG用作能源而是排放到空气中或烧掉时,珍贵的能量可能会浪费。
因此,根据本发明的实施例的LNG加注船10包含用于收集在LNG供应过程期间从LNG推进船30产生的BOG的单元。
经由安装于LNG加注船10中的BOG收集管道14来收集从LNG推进船30的LNG燃料罐31产生的BOG。BOG收集管道14连接到LNG推进船30的LNG燃料罐31的上部部分。
可将经由BOG收集管道14收集的BOG的一部分经由分支管道14a供应给LNG储罐11的上部部分。在执行LNG供应时,LNG储罐11内的压力不断减小,LNG燃料罐31内的压力不断增加。因此,除非由泵12施加的压力逐渐增加,否则无法顺利地执行LNG供应。LNG储罐11内的压力的减小得到经由分支管道14a供应的BOG补偿。因此,当从BOG收集管道14分叉的分支管道14a连接到LNG储罐11的上部部分时,可补充LNG储罐11内的压力以顺利地执行LNG供应。
经由BOG收集管道14收集的BOG由BOG处理单元处理。BOG处理单元包含所属领域的技术人员众所周知的能够处理BOG的多种组件。
BOG处理单元可包含用于将BOG排放到空气中的排出口或用于燃烧BOG的气体燃烧器。气体燃烧器可包含气体燃烧单元(gas combustionunit,GCU)或燃烧塔。将BOG收集到LNG加注船10中并排放到空气中或烧掉的原因是,在例如集装箱运输船等LNG推进船30中安装BOG管道并不容易,因为货物装载在LNG推进船30上。此外,由于BOG是易燃气体,所以可能发生意外的火灾或爆炸。
BOG处理单元可为安装在LNG加注船10中以消耗经由BOG收集管道14收集的BOG的能量消耗部分19。能量消耗部分19是能够将BOG用作能源的组件。举例来说,能量消耗部分19可包含LNG推进引擎、锅炉、燃气轮机、发电机等,其安装于LNG加注船10中。可安装用LNG作燃料的引擎,用作LNG加注船10的推进引擎。此类引擎可包含ME-GI引擎。BOG可由高压压缩机15压缩,随后被LNG推进引擎用作燃料。此外,BOG可由低压压缩机17压缩,且随后供应给发电引擎,例如双燃料柴油电机(dualfuel diesel electric,DFDE)引擎或燃气轮机,以产生电力。此外,可将BOG供应给锅炉且随后用作热源。当将BOG供应给此类能量消耗部分19时,可依据所需的压力而通过高压压缩机15或低压压缩机17来压缩BOG。
BOG处理单元可包含储罐16,用于储存经由BOG收集管道14收集并由高压压缩机15在高压下压缩的BOG。储存于储罐16中的BOG可用于各种用途。举例来说,可将BOG转移到LNG推进引擎且随后用作燃料。在此情况下,BOG可在通过阀21时被减压,且随后转移到能量消耗部分19。此外,可将BOG供应给LNG储罐11且随后用作压力源,用于将LNG储罐的LNG供应给LNG推进船。在此情况下,可仅通过储存于储罐16中的BOG的压力将储罐11中的LNG供应给LNG燃料罐31,而不补充泵12的压力或使用泵12。
BOG处理单元可包含再液化单元18,以用于将经由BOG收集管道14而收集的BOG再液化。可将经再液化的LNG再转移到LNG储罐11。在此情况下,BOG可通过低压压缩机17。
如上文所描述,当LNG加注船10将LNG供应给LNG推进船30时,可产生BOG,且所产生的BOG可由BOG收集管道14收集。随后,BOG处理单元用多种方法来处理所收集的BOG。这是因为在LNG推进船30中处理BOG并不容易,且可能发生意外的情形。
在将BOG收集到LNG加注船10中之后,可将所收集的BOG丢弃于空气中或烧掉。此外,可经由从BOG收集管道14分叉的分支管道14a将BOG供应给LNG储罐11,且可补充在供应LNG时LNG储罐11内的降低的压力。此外,可将BOG用作能量消耗部分19的能源。另外,可在高压下压缩BOG,储存于储罐16中,稍后使用。
由于在LNG加注过程期间所产生的BOG被收集到LNG加注船10中并由BOG处理单元处理,所以LNG推进船30不需要包含用于处理BOG的设施,或可经设计以仅包含具有处理正常产生的相对少量的BOG的容量的BOG处理设施。此外,由于可将所收集的BOG用作能源或进行储存并稍后使用,所以可有效地利用可能被丢弃的能源。
虽然已关于具体实施例描述了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员将明白,在不脱离在所附权利要求书中界定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可作出各种改变和修改。
Claims (9)
1.一种液化燃气加注船,用于将液化燃气加注到液化燃气推进船,其特征在于,所述液化燃气加注船包括:
液化燃气储罐,其安装于所述液化燃气加注船中;
燃料供应管道,其连接到所述液化燃气储罐且将燃料供应给所述液化燃气推进船;以及
蒸发气体收集管道,其收集在所述液化燃气推进船的液化燃气罐中产生的蒸发气体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液化燃气加注船,其进一步包括蒸发气体处理单元,其特征在于,经由所述蒸发气体收集管道而收集的所述蒸发气体由所述蒸发气体处理单元处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液化燃气加注船,其特征在于,所述蒸发气体处理单元包括用于将所述蒸发气体丢弃于空气中的排出口或用于燃烧所述蒸发气体的气体燃烧器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液化燃气加注船,其特征在于,所述蒸发气体处理单元包含船的推进引擎、锅炉、燃气轮机,或发电机,其被供应所述蒸发气体且消耗所述蒸发气体。
5.根据权利要求2所述的液化燃气加注船,其特征在于,所述蒸发气体处理单元包含储罐,所述储罐在高压下压缩经由所述蒸发气体收集管道而收集的所述蒸发气体且储存所述经压缩的蒸发气体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液化燃气加注船,其特征在于,在所述液化燃气加注船的推进引擎、锅炉、燃气轮机,或发电机中消耗所述储罐中所储存的所述蒸发气体。
7.根据权利要求5所述的液化燃气加注船,其特征在于,储存于所述储罐中的所述蒸发气体被供应给所述液化燃气储罐且用作压力源,以用于将所述液化燃气储罐的所述液化燃气加注到所述液化燃气推进船。
8.根据权利要求2所述的液化燃气加注船,其特征在于,所述蒸发气体处理单元包括再液化单元,所述再液化单元将经由所述蒸发气体收集管道而收集的所述蒸发气体再液化。
9.根据权利要求1所述的液化燃气加注船,其特征在于,其进一步包含分支管道,所述分支管道从所述蒸发气体收集管道分叉且连接到所述液化燃气储罐的上部部分。
