Abstract

一种双气源燃气自适应主控阀，它包括阀体（1），在阀体（1）的一端设有低压气源进气口（3）和高压气源进气口（4），在阀体（1）中安装有自调型稳压阀（5）、ODS气路选择部件（6）和主气路选择部件（7），它们的进气端通过内部通道与低压气源进气口（3）及高压气源进气口（4）相连通，在它们的出气口上安装有对应的自适应调压装置，各自适应调压装置的调压阀杆（8）的一端与调压弹簧（9）相抵，另一端与各自的调压簧片（10）的悬臂端相抵，各调压簧片（10）的固定端与阀体（1）相连，控制各调压簧片（10）下压量的主调节杆（11）的一端插装在高压气源进气口（4）中，另一端活动插装在阀体（1）上的扁孔插座（12）中，在主调节杆（11）上与各调压簧片（10）相对应位置处设有平滑过渡的凹槽。本发明结构简单，可省去手动选择开关，提高安全性，降低生产成本。

Description

双气源燃气自适应主控阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气设备，尤其是一种多气源燃气设备，具体地说是一种双气源燃气自适应主控阀。
背景技术
    目前，多气源，尤其是双气源用气设备已逐渐被市场所接受，它大大地扩展了用户对气源的选择余地，方便了用户和生产企业。为了提高用气设备的安全性，方便用户，人们设计对用气设备中的关键部件如双气源稳压阀、双气源ODS系统、双气源喷嘴等进行了大量的研究，设计出了各种各样的自适应装置，这些装置大多能根据气源气压的不同，实现自动匹配，大大简化了操作，但这些设备必须与主控阀进行连接，目前由于缺乏自适应式主控阀，因此，仍必须通过相应的选择开关将双气源稳压阀、双气源ODS系统、双气源喷嘴与主控阀进行连接，如图1所示，这种状况，不仅增加了燃气设备连接的难度，而且很容易发生因选择开关操作不当适成不能正常工作或造成安全隐患，不能充分发挥现有的自适应部件的特点，必须加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的多气源燃气设备中自适应装置无法与主控阀实现自动对接，需通过选择开关进行连接造成结构复杂，易造成操作失误的问题，设计一种能与主要功能模块的自适应式双气源稳压阀、双气源ODS、双气源喷嘴实现自动匹配、无需选择开关的双气源燃气自适应主控阀。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种双气源燃气自适应主控阀，它包括阀体1，阀体1上安装有两个用于控制阀体内部气路通断的电磁阀2，在阀体1的一端设有低压气源进气口3和高压气源进气口4，在阀体1中安装有自调型稳压阀5、ODS气路选择部件6和主气路选择部件7，自调型稳压阀5、ODS气路选择部件6和主气路选择部件7的进气端通过内部通道与低压气源进气口3及高压气源进气口4相连通，在自调型稳压阀5、ODS气路选择部件6和主气路选择部件7的出气口上安装有对应的自适应调压装置，各自适应调压装置的调压阀杆8的一端与调压弹簧9相抵，另一端与各自的调压簧片10的悬臂端相抵，各调压簧片10的固定端与阀体1相连，控制各调压簧片10下压量的主调节杆11的一端插装在高压气源进气口4中，另一端活动插装在阀体1上的扁孔插座12中，在主调节杆11上与各调压簧片10相对应位置处设有平滑过渡的凹槽。
所述的低压气源进气口3中安装有密封阀，该密封阀由密封阀杆13、密封弹簧14组成，密封阀杆13上设有外径大于低压气源进气口3的密封肩台15，密封肩台15在密封弹簧14的作用下抵压在低压气源进气口3的内端孔上，当气源接头16旋入低压气源进气口3中后推动密封阀杆13向阀体内移动从而带动密封肩台15离开低压气源进气口3的内端孔实现低压气源供气。
所述的主调节杆11插入高压气源进气口4中的一端上也设有外径大于高压气源进气口4的密封肩台15并套装有密封弹簧14，密封肩台15在密封弹簧14的作用下抵压在高压气源进气口4的内端孔上，当气源接头16旋入高压气源进气口4中后推动主调节杆11向阀体内移动从而带动密封肩台15离开高压气源进气口4的内端孔实现高压气源供气。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明首先使主控阀实现了能根据气源压力自动匹配的功能，省去了传统的连接功能模块与主控阀之间的手动选择开关，不仅简化的燃气设备的结构，减少了内容连接管路，而且简化了操作，无需进行人工干预即可实现正确用气，减少了安全隐患。
本发明简化了燃气系统的结构，降低了制备成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
    如图2-17所示。
一种双气源燃气自适应主控阀，它包括阀体1，阀体1上安装有两个用于控制阀体内部气路通断的电磁阀2，在阀体1的一端设有低压气源进气口3和高压气源进气口4，在阀体1中安装有自调型稳压阀5、ODS气路选择部件6和主气路选择部件7，自调型稳压阀5、ODS气路选择部件6和主气路选择部件7的进气端通过内部通道与低压气源进气口3及高压气源进气口4相连通，在自调型稳压阀5、ODS气路选择部件6和主气路选择部件7的出气口上安装有对应的自适应调压装置，各自适应调压装置的调压阀杆8的一端与调压弹簧9（图5、6、7、10、11、12、15、16、17所示）相抵，另一端与各自的调压簧片10的悬臂端相抵，如图2所示，调压弹簧9的另一端与膜片（图5、10、15）或阀体内的台阶面相抵，各调压装置的原理与现有的双气源稳压阀、双气源喷嘴、双气源ODS的原理相同，它们均是通过燃气压力与弹簧力及调压簧片的弹力相平衡实现开口大小的调节，从而自动适应燃气压力，达到自适应控制。各调压簧片10的固定端与阀体1相连，控制各调压簧片10下压量的主调节杆11的一端插装在高压气源进气口4中，另一端活动插装在阀体1上的扁孔插座12中，在主调节杆11上与各调压簧片10相对应位置处设有平滑过渡的凹槽。所述的低压气源进气口3中安装有密封阀，该密封阀由密封阀杆13、密封弹簧14组成，密封阀杆13上设有外径大于低压气源进气口3的密封肩台15，密封肩台15在密封弹簧14的作用下抵压在低压气源进气口3的内端孔上，当气源接头16旋入低压气源进气口3中后推动密封阀杆13向阀体内移动从而带动密封肩台15离开低压气源进气口3的内端孔实现低压气源供气，如图9所示。主调节杆11插入高压气源进气口4中的一端上也设有外径大于高压气源进气口4的密封肩台15并套装有密封弹簧14，密封肩台15在密封弹簧14的作用下抵压在高压气源进气口4的内端孔上，当气源接头16旋入高压气源进气口4中后推动主调节杆11向阀体内移动从而带动密封肩台15离开高压气源进气口4的内端孔实现高压气源供气（图14）。
未接入气源时，低压气源进气口3和高压气源进气口4中的密封肩台15均在密封弹簧14的作用下将进气孔堵住，阀中的燃气不会外泄，外界的气体也无法进入，各模块单元（主气路单元、ODS气路单元和稳压阀单元）均处于关闭状态，如图3-7所示，此时，电磁阀即使打开由于各模块单元均处于关闭状态，因此主控阀中没有燃气通过。
当接入低压燃气（如天然气、沼气等）时，图8、9中有燃气通往，电磁阀接通，低压燃气先经过稳压阀稳压（图10）后再分两路分别进入ODS气路单元（图11）和主气路单元（图12），此时主气路单元中的气源分两路通过以保证供气量，此时由于主调节杆10未移动，因此调节簧片均位于主调节杆上的凹槽中，调压阀杆的阻力处于出厂调整状态。
当接入高压燃气时，接头16推动主调节杆11移动（图14），从而压动调节簧片10，调节簧片再推动调压阀杆8下压，从而改变通过稳压阀、ODS气路单元及主气路单元的出气量，如图15、16、17所示，尤其是图17中只有一路气通过，出气量减少。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (3)

1.一种双气源燃气自适应主控阀，它包括阀体（1），阀体（1）上安装有两个用于控制阀体内部气路通断的电磁阀（2），在阀体（1）的一端设有低压气源进气口（3）和高压气源进气口（4），在阀体（1）中安装有自调型稳压阀（5）、ODS气路选择部件（6）和主气路选择部件（7），自调型稳压阀（5）、ODS气路选择部件（6）和主气路选择部件（7）的进气端通过内部通道与低压气源进气口（3）及高压气源进气口（4）相连通，在自调型稳压阀（5）、ODS气路选择部件（6）和主气路选择部件（7）的出气口上安装有对应的自适应调压装置，各自适应调压装置的调压阀杆（8）的一端与调压弹簧（9）相抵，另一端与各自的调压簧片（10）的悬臂端相抵，各调压簧片（10）的固定端与阀体（1）相连，控制各调压簧片（10）下压量的主调节杆（11）的一端插装在高压气源进气口（4）中，另一端活动插装在阀体（1）上的扁孔插座（12）中，在主调节杆（11）上与各调压簧片（10）相对应位置处设有平滑过渡的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双气源燃气自适应主控阀，其特征是所述的低压气源进气口（3）中安装有密封阀，该密封阀由密封阀杆（13）、密封弹簧（14）组成，密封阀杆（13）上设有外径大于低压气源进气口（3）的密封肩台（15），密封肩台（15）在密封弹簧（14）的作用下抵压在低压气源进气口（3）的内端孔上，当气源接头（16）旋入低压气源进气口（3）中后推动密封阀杆（13）向阀体内移动从而带动密封肩台（15）离开低压气源进气口（3）的内端孔实现低压气源供气。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双气源燃气自适应主控阀，其特征是所述的主调节杆（11）插入高压气源进气口（4）中的一端上设有外径大于高压气源进气口（4）的密封肩台（15）并套装有密封弹簧（14），密封肩台（15）在密封弹簧（14）的作用下抵压在高压气源进气口（4）的内端孔上，当气源接头（16）旋入高压气源进气口（4）中后推动主调节杆（11）向阀体内移动从而带动密封肩台（15）离开高压气源进气口（4）的内端孔实现高压气源供气。
